My first time back to this nail salon after a long time. My aunt needed a fill so I took her here as my regular place was no longer accepting walk ins for the day. I decided to get a color change on my full set I had gotten the week before. The staff should focus on one customer at a time. It seemed as if they did not want to turn anyone away. I sat down and my technician buffed the color of and wrapped my nails with acetone. I thought she went to get the color I had chosen but realized it was taking such a long time. I turned around and she was working on someone else. I did remind her and questioned the fact that she put acetone on my nails when I just asked for a color change. Her response was that she didn't want to ruin my nails. As she's the technician and I thought she knew what she was doing so I left it on. When she finally came back... my full set acrylics had melted off. She still wanted to charge me for the removal and kept saying I asked for my service wrong because when she asked if I had gel I said yes. I did in fact have gel polish. I do not understand how "color change" could be misunderstood but anyways, I did make a fuss about the cost because my nails were fresh from the week before and she decided to remove them when all I needed was a change of color for a wedding I had the following day. She ended up only charging me for the gel she put on and didn't charge for the acrylic removal although I felt as if I shouldn't have to pay for anything since I paid a lot for my nails the week before and she was soo busy to not know what I asked for even when I questioned her in the process. Now, this was done on Friday and literally my nails broke and chipped on Sunday. My nails are so sensitive. I will not be going back. There was a time where I loved coming here but this is not okay! read more

I'll start of by saying that I've been going to this nail salon for about a year now and i'm never disappointed. The employees are very friendly and very clean. Their manicure and pedicure and full set prices are reasonable. They are always accommodating and try their best to give you exactly what you want when it comes to designs. I recently got my nails done with Hannah and she was very sweet and killed it on my Halloween Blood requested nails. I showed her a design that I had in mind and she did her own twist to it and I love it so much! I highly recommend this place. read more

I love this place and the staff are wonderful. This time I went in for a pedicure & she (didn't get her name!) did great. I told her I wanted natural nails and she suggested gel. I said no thank you. She said it again that it keeps your nails shiny a long time and I said no thank you. She put clear polish on and then brought the gel light.... Since she had started, I let her complete it. And I paid for it with out making a scene that I didn't want it. But the 3 is for not listening to the customer. read more

My typical nail salon was super busy last night and I needed to get a gel manicure so I stopped by here with my cousin. Wow! I'm impressed so far. The woman who did my nails was for sure a perfectionist (in a very good way). She even noticed one of my nails polish wasn't completely even and took off/redid the polish w/o me even asking. Let's see how long the gel will stick around for me! I shall keep this review updated. The only thing is they charge $3 to remove my old gel which my normal nail salon doesn't charge. Unfortunately I was there today and it happened, I made an appointment and someone else was over lapped I still told her to take her other customer to be courteous, however my pedicure almost took two hours and she didn't know how to do acrylic. I usually spend more then $50 and I sent all My friends I would think that they would have better service. Horrible experience. She suggested dip instead of an acrylic overlay and I went with it. Results were super natural and Cathy was so gentle throughout the whole process. Decided to try it here for the first time for a gel mani and a lacquer pedi, even called ahead to make an appt to make sure they had time for me. I hadn't gotten anything done since before the lockdown so I was super excited and pretty stoked to help out a small local business. A friend if mine recommended this shop after her nails came out beautifully. Unfortunately I will not be returning here. -Most places will pressure you to upgrade, fine. But this was overkill and was enough for me to mention here. -I finally agreed to upgrade to gel and she continued doing lacquer. I was annoyed enough at this point that I just let it go. I wasn't charged for Gel so whatever. -person who gave me a Pedicure cut my toe and complained when I let out a noise (who wouldn't?) and said I was exaggerating, even though she drew blood -when I asked if the color would come out darker, the person doing my manicure raised her voice and said "I TOLD YOU, one more coat!" I told her I did not hear her but i think she could tell I was angry at this point so she was trying to make conversation. I also tried asking if adding a 3rd coat would make the paint flake easier, which is something i've been told by other manicurists. She said again, "I said one more coat," and waved me off. I asked for a burgundy and it's more bright red. I didn't bother asking her anything else and just wanted her to finish up. -this is supposed to be gel and these are my nails a week and 2 days after. My toes are lacquer and are chipped as well. Paid about 60 for both including tip. They use masks and were quick to get me in. Everything was clean and sanitized and i like that they took Venmo, Zele and other payment forms. Very cool. I would suggest going somewhere else with better quality for this price. I'm fine with paying 60 or more as long as my gel nails stay intact for longer than 2 weeks and i'm not treated as a nuisance. read more

My service was fine and shop is clean they use new files and callous stones on everyone. The business had stickers on their door of all accepted cards. They did not tell me ahead of time that they're not accepting cards only cash or zelle. No sign posted either. They gave me BS that the internet is down in Anaheim, some BS Spectrum story. Also prices are posted everywhere so I don't understand how my $88 services turned into $101. It's like they automatically added the tip so I ended up tipping on top of the up charge just to get the hell out of there. I feel this place is dishonest and will not be back. I tipped my daughter's technician in cash. I left a $10 tip on zelle. My pedicure package should've been $50 as advertised. I didn't request any designs or add ons on my pedicure. My daughter got two flowers on her big toes. The usual salon standard is $2 a design or 2 for $5. I don't know your standard but I doubt two designs should've been $12. I don't want any refund. I just want my honesty posted for future customers. Next time post signs on the door and counter that you're only accepting cash and zelle. And welcome people with the warning. "Hello welcome, by the way due to technical difficulties we're only accepting cash or zelle today, does this work for you?". It's that simple. I have no issue with the actual services themself I take issue with the management. read more
