Came here with my husband on Saturday 02/11/23 for what was SUPPOSED to be a relaxing spa day for my BIRTHDAY, at that. In all, we ended up staying over 3 hours because they kept taking customers in between us receiving our service. Nowhere should a basic pedicure and gel manicure take over 3 hours. I tried to be understanding and patient, the woman doing my nails told me next time I should call in advance and say we're coming in. These people were NOT appointments, just people calling saying they were coming in. They literally did about 4 people's services in between doing ours (literally would start our services then stop to do someone else's, repeatedly). Completely unprofessional. This isn't even the worst part. I'm not sure what exactly happened, because the staff NEVER said anything to me but someone carried my uggs to the back and completely drenched them because I assume they dropped a chemical or something on my shoe and this was their attempt to hide it. When my pedicure was finished, I went to pick up my shoes (which were new and prior to this completely undamaged) and my one ugg boot was SOAKING WET. The girl who did my nails did not say anything, give any explanation or apology. It is now 3 days later, 02/14/23, and my boots are completely ruined. Whatever chemical they attempted to hide that they spilled on my shoe has completely ruined my boots and they are stained beyond repair. Worst of all, I spent $160 on services (very overpriced for what you get and quality of the salon) and now will have to put more money out to replace my shoes for this salon's dishonest mistake. Do NOT come here. If they can damage a paying customer's property without acknowledgment or accountability who knows what else will be done. I will not be back. I will never recommend this salon to anyone unless you want your property damaged with no accountability from the salon. I attached a photo of the damage they did to my uggs. As well as the horrendous gel manicure that I spent $160 on that they never even cut my cuticles and made my nails crooked. read more

This place is a Gem! All the ladies who work here are so sweet and accommodating. They make you feel very comfortable and go above and beyond to pamper you! While your nails are drying, they massage your back with hot stones. They dip your hands in parafin wax to smooth your hands. The pedicure I received was the best I've ever had in my life! They massage your legs with warm oil and hot stones. They even dip your heels in the hot parafin wax as well. I highly recommend this place! Normally I am a huge fan of this place. The renovations are great. Chairs are better, lighting is better, much more classy. I wish they would have invested more into the quality of work. Today 12-23 at 2:30 pm. Not crowded. Plus. Got over to the tub for my pedi water was scalding- I handle pain well. This was way too hot. Paraffin wax dip for the feet - way too hot. My skin blistered. - Minus Foot massage was much longer and felt great. Then came time for the polish - this is where my nice Philippino lady nose dived. French tip on the toes was a straight line across the nail. Fingernail polish was awful. She smudged them then tried to fix it, smudged again then tried to clear coat it and the polish bled into the base color. I asked for a crystal stone accent, I got a green star that was just stuck on the nail. She didn't charge for the nail polish. Knowing how bad it was. I was polite, tipped her and left. I recommend the pedicure. It's very relaxing. Stick with the Korean ladies. They know how to paint! read more

Let me start off by saying I RARELY write a bad review. I went in today for a pedicure and FULL SET. I had a scheduled appt with Kimmy at 9:30AM. I was given to someone else named Claire who used PAPER TOWELS to space my toes. Then when clipping my nails there were NO sanitary precautions. No new opened packs. Just a set on the pedicure table. Then i go to get my nails done, Kimmy is saying i scheduled a Manicure (which i have never had i always do acrylics) to try and talk me out of getting acrylics. Then during the process starts saying the glue isnt drying have i ever had acrylics before? like WTH? Finally best part, I go to Pay and she charges my card FOUR TIMES!! Then insists she will fix it LATER with the company i said oh no im not leaving until its fixed. I had to call my bank to assist because all of the sudden she then cant speak english and acts like everything was fine. Will NEVER return and do NOT recommend going. I was also there for 3 hours. read more

I went three times for fills and pedicures. Loved the complementary paraffin wax and stone massages. Did not like the filing methods they use though since the file end use was too rough which was a little painful at times and left faint lines on my nails. This last time they did not fill to the edges and it keeps chipping. Overall I would recommend for a pedicure but not for acrylic. read more

It took me a long time to find a nail salon that worked for me and did a good job after moving to New Jersey. It seemed that they all had a certain style they all do. But Kimmy was the most amazing nail tech I have EVER had and now sadly I can't find what salon she relocated to. I really like it here. The price is cheap for the service you receive. First, it's very clean here which is very important. Second, the staff is friendly and they take their time on the service you are receiving. I had a pedi/ mani and eyebrow wax and it took about two hours. Last, they use hot stones for leg massage and later on your back. The mani includes a paraffin wax. The nice touches really make it great. Biggest set back is even if you have an appointment you may have to wait. read more

GREAT place to get a pedicure. The whole nine yards from the exfoliating scrub, to the hot rock leg massage, to the paraffin treatment! I love it here. My only complaint is my gel didn't last as long as they do from other salons, but that could have just been the polish itself. read more

A friend of mine told me how wonderful the massage was here. My question was how clean was it. She said she saw better, but she also saw worse. I took my chances and went here today. I thought this place was as clean as any other place. I didn't see anything alarming, and I didn't feel the need to question anything. They do seem a little disorganized, but they manage. It was a little busy when I was there and they really do need a receptionist. They do everything themselves, reception area, cashier, front door, pedicure, manicure, waxing, and the cleaning up. So sometimes you have to wait while they are already servicing you. The massage was the longest massage I've ever been given during a pedicure. They use stones during the massage which I've never had. They also put paraffin wax on your heels with some saran wrap, it made my heels nice and soft. AND they put a warm towel behind your back, it was wonderful. Then when you are drying your nails at the drying table, she gave me a massage on my back. It was a nice surprise. The pedicure was $28 which is a few dollars more than I normally pay, but I will definitely go back. read more

Started going to this nail salon when it first opened. The woman who did my nails was awesome. Friendly and efficient. She left and I had the owner do my gel manicure a few times. She's unfriendly, rushed through my manicure and complained about me having "too much cuticle." However, she was sweet as pie to other customers lighter than I am (if you get my drift). The ppl were real nice and the pedi was great with all the added touches such as the hot rocks, leg/foot massage and paraffin wax dip for $28. I'm updating my review since I first started coming to the salon. Hannah is my nail tech. Two weeks ago she texted me and told me her husband was in the hospital and that she could not do my nails. I totally understood. Went to the nail salon this past weekend because I did have a nail appointment with her. She wasn't there. The nail technician that was there told me she was still taking care of her husband. I was upset because I was never informed by the salon or Hannah. Although I can understand why Hannah wouldn't call me. But the salon should have because my name and nail appointment is in the book. I went back to Belle nails because of this reason. read more

My experience here from start to finish was an absolute disaster. Sat for a mani pedi, was passed around to three different people people. Three hours later, I left with sliced up cuticles and half painted nails that were rushed and blotchy looking. After my pedi I was ready to get up and leave because I couldn't handle it anymore but I didn't want to seem rude. In a wedding so I went here to get my nails done. When I got there I said I wanted a gel manicure and just a polish change on my toes. I picked out a light pink because that is what the bride asked that we get. I sit down at the pedicure tub. Sophie comes over and first tells me that my nail color is too light, I'm paying you to do my nails, just paint them the color that I give you unless i ask for your opinion, but i don't argue and pick out another color. She than yells at me that my cuticles are to bad and she can't paint them, I said okay I can soak my feet but I can't have the lotion or the scrub because I am getting a spray tan. She than argues that I'm wrong and I can put lotion on before a spray tan, I told her that the place specifically asked us not to so I am going to listen to them. She then gets out the drill that they use for a full set and starts drilling my toe nails and being really hard on my feet can bend my toes really hard, burning my toes with the drill and making me bleed, all while complaining about me feet. I told her multiple times that I could soak and she ignored me. She paints them, they don't look great but they will do. Now onto my nails, she does the same thing, complaining about my cuticles, okay well I'm paying for a gel manicure and this is your job so just fix them. She made three of my fingers bleed with the drill she was very very rough. She moved me then from the tub to the table where she was going to paint my nails. There was only one other person in the whole place, she proceeded to stand behind me and talk to her for at least 10 minutes while I just sat and waited for her to come over to me. Than she finally sat down and continued to try and have a conversation with me but still not doing my nails, she got herself a drink, just kept chatting and I was trying to be polite but I was short with her because i just wanted her to do what I came in there for. My nails looks fine, but some two of them are sticky like the top coat didn't hold properly and three of my fingers still burn the next day because of the drill and how rough she was. I will never be back. The service was terrible and the nails are sub par. read more

Any owner that will not honor a gift certificate from a previous owner is a poor business person. To loose a customer and many others for $37.00 is pathetic. I am sure when she bought the book there was an adjustment for existing gift certificates. I am not impressed with the service with so much local competition you bet you will continue to loose more customers. A real shame as when Pink was opened it was frequented often. read more
