The place is clean and well ventilated. There aren't any odors and the attention to detail is unmatched. I had a lavender pedicure and it lasted over an hour. It was incredibly relaxing and I left feeling so pleased with my time there. There's a drink station filled with coffee and other beverages. There's also an ATM machine there. Then when I was checking out the other tech came up and put oil on my shins. Which confused me, as I said they didn't put lotion on my feet. I have planter fasciitis issues and specifically went to have a foot massage and pedicure. Seems like the same lack of quality is there even with new owners. They charged me $49 for a dip powder that I left with brush streaks on my nails and on some sides looks like I don't even have color. My nails are all different shapes and lengths, didn't clean up the skin, didn't have me wash my hands, didn't brush the nail dust, just cut/filed/polished and had me pay after polished. I was confused because with Gel X the nails are already shaped and in different sizes ( short, medium square nails and more). They brought out long pointy nails stating they needed to be cut and shaped. The lady who started working on my pedicure was actually good, but then the boss came in, pull her to another client in the middle of the work and took over herself. It was the worst experience.
