Our daughter has been going here for over a year, and it's been great! She started in the preschool…read moreclassroom and is now in pre-k 2. The teachers have been wonderful, only downside is that two of her teachers have turned over, but the new teachers they've brought in are great replacements. Primrose has very high standards for their teachers, which we appreciate. We also like the philosophy of balanced learning, and a structured daily schedule. We're confident our daughter will be well prepared for kindergarten thanks to the learning plans and environment Primrose creates. Additionally, the building and classrooms are very clean (I toured other places that were not as impressive). We also love that Primrose provides lunch and snacks! Not having to prepare food in the morning or night before is a fantastic perk.

My 20 month old was kicked out for biting within 5 weeks of her first bite here (after 3+ mo with…read moreno incidents after she started there). We did not get the state required incident reports when it allegedly happened. They assured us they were working with her but I can't see how that was true - or maybe it was just incompetence. I walked in on a Tuesday to pick her up and was told it was her last day despite being told we would get "as much time as we needed" for notice to find somewhere else if it got to that point. They couldn't even tell us to our faces what they were doing. She almost immediately stopped biting upon starting at another local school. This place has a fair amount of turnover in staff, many of whom have minimal experience in child care relative to the other comparable local schools. I have a lot of other things I could say about this place but simply put - I don't recommend it.

My son attended day care here when he was 12 months old. It was a horrible experience and I've…read moresince been telling anyone I know that is looking for childcare to avoid this place like the plague. My son came home with bite marks and there was no mention of anything from his teacher. The teacher in this classroom was usually chatting with another employee upon pick up while my 12 month old was in the playpen area with a screen playing. To get to his classroom I had to pass their prek or preschool class and they were usually watching movies without an adult present. I dropped off and picked up at various times in the day and at times I would see what looked to be a parent volunteer reading to those kids. That was the only adult I noticed besides the directors daughter that I saw once with this class.l and on that occasion she was texting on her phone while the kids ate lunch. My son frequently came home with a bad diaper rash that would be treated at home. I discovered that they weren't putting any cream on him and when I inquired as to why I was told that I had to sign a medical release form for DESITIN or any other "OTC" diaper rash cream. Seriously?! The negligence of their staff was truly astounding. I read every word of the welcome paperwork I was given and even spoke to the director myself and she told me that all I had to bring was diapers. They never mentioned this at all. My child suffered so much from this place that it's taken me 7 months to even write this review. I've since met a babysitter who used to work there and her account of this place matches the really bad review that has been posted here previously. Whenever I asked his teacher anything she would quickly tell me how busy they were or how they were helping take care of a 3 month old who wasn't even supposed to be in that classroom. When I stopped bringing my son here no one even called me to follow up so I guess they're used to angry parents not returning. We used a daycare out of state prior to this and never had any issues
