Last time I was there they didn't have my size in a different pair of shoes (new balance) but the girl attending me ordered me a pair online, she ordered me a men's size even though I had her verify my size. Decided to give them a second chance and went in this past Friday to look for a pair of puma ballerina shoes, someone came over to help me but the display was my size. As I was tying on the shoe, all the employees gathered by the register to talk smack about a group of children that were in there before me. The store is small, I was with my partner and his sister, we all heard them criticizing the children and complain that if anyone walks into the store with a backpack they should be obligated to leave it at the door or better yet not even bother coming inside. It all didn't click to me that it was one of the workers talking until I went to put the shoe back on the shelf and realized all the employees were gathered gossiping, then one of them started talking about the kids looking a certain way/ making assumptions about the kind of people they must be. I walked our without purchasing anything, that kind of behavior should be unacceptable, these were a group of 20 something year olds talking about young teenagers. I couldn't believe how unprofessional they were being. It's that kind of behavior that made me realize they're probably so caught up in gossip that they messed up on my order the first time I shopped there. I don't recommend any one at all coming here. Go to Tilly's or any surrounding shops and spare yourself the headache of having to hear adults that'd rather help you than provide good customer service. read more

went shopping for 3 pairs of uggs. juju helped me & i understand it's black friday but there was 5 other ppl at the store with 6 employees standing around the sock stand chatting so i cannot wrap my head around this mistake. i walked up to one employee standing around & asked her for a specific shoe & size & her reply was we will not have those. i walked away & went to another employee, juju & she was sweet & helpful. i asked her for size 8,9 & 10 in women's & she said we only have men's but we can convert. i responded with great let me google the sizes. she brought out 3 boxes & tried doing the conversion in her head & i offered to google it but she said no no i know them its just a little confusing. i typed it into my phone but no service. i trusted her & she checked me out but not before offering socks which i bought due to her earning commission. i get home, ready to wrap & check the sizes only to realize the are WRONG but alsooo ONE SHOE IS MISSING. why did she not check the box before putting it in the bag. the shoes are $110 and store is 30 minutes from my house, now i have to go back & hope they have them in stock. that is incredible insane. read more

Horrible staff! Do not come here unless you want to be scammed. The manager here was so persistent on buying a pair of shoes that were out of stock in person and in hopes of getting them in time for Christmas, I placed the order. Few days later, order suddenly canceled. Okay and come to find out I didn't get my refund back of almost $200. I still to this day didn't get the refund and instead apparently another card that IS NOT MINE received the refund. They did not fix the problem and I am taking this to my bank. Horrible customer service! Starting from the area manager down to the employees in the store they were not attentive and acted like they were bother by us asking for help. My daughter left a package in there from Ulta $200 worth that was stolen. I called Customerservice and they did nothing.. The area manager also did nothing and did not call me back with an update on her investigation when she said she would. To add insult to injury the shoes we bought. we're two different colors one white and one off-white so my daughters present for Christmas was ruined when I called in the area manager said oh we can see if we can get you another one. All of the workers are rude and give side eyes i'm talking about a specific girl whom greeted me and then proceeded to look at me in a way as if I did something wrong? for no reason they're very passive aggressive. I literally just walked in with my little sister, and the girl gave me a fake hi and side eyed me for whatever reason they need to hire people who are more mature and welcoming. So not to get anyone fired! I went in today 4/12 just to purchase shoes as a gift for my husband and this girl would not stop trying to sell me stuff which ok I understand that's there job! But when I say NO THANK YOU it doesn't mean to scan it and put in my bag and charge me for it. So today I went to journeys here yesterday and was looking specifically for a pair of chuck 70's I needed to buy as a gift and the other location did not have. Let alone they did not help me at all with seeing who which stores had it. I had the best customer service from Miriam and nick! Thanks to them they helped me order a pair and were the best! Miriam helped me today and she was the best customer service experience I've had in a very long time , while Miriam was assisting others a lady in a brown shirt was very kind and kept checking on me , and then gentlemen that had a brown jersey greeted me as soon as I walked in.Overall a very easy and nice experience I will be returning. Erin greeted my daughter and I with a smile within 30 seconds and asked us if we needed assistance even after we walked in approaching the final minutes! This was a huge plus as I came in for one pair of shoes for my daughter and with Erin's assistance and customer service walked out with three pairs of shoes and not to mention the extra socks that were sold to me off the benefits and features of why my lil ladies and girlfriend needed them lol. Erin was patient as I was waiting for my daughter to call/text me back on the size and choice she made AAAAAAAND while trying to get a hold of my girlfriend as well on her size. Trying to return a pair of rainbow sandals that was bought for me as a gift ..I walked in with a receipt just didn't have the cardboard that the shoes are hanging on when I purchased them, and never wore. Not a Journey I want to take again. Went into this store to check out a couple different styles of shoes. The young lady assisting us seemed perturbed every time we asked for assistance. She would roll her eyes when we asked for a pair of shoes from the back and as soon as we would try the pair on, she would pressure us for a decision on a purchase. If she didn't have our size, she would bring out shoes a full two sizes larger asking if we wanted to try those. WTF???? Not sure if Journeys pressures their associates to bring in sales, but we did not appreciate feeling like we had to make a purchase just because we were asking for assistance. read more
