I recently sponsored a few children for Christmas Toy Drive 2024. One of the adult child wants a Bath & Body Works (BBW) set. I was at the Falcon Ridge Town Center in Fontana one evening. Lucky for me, BBW is in this center. My first time here. I walked in and did not know it was Black Friday until later. It is not a very big shop and the aisles are slightly snugged to walk through when there's a lot of people. Anyway, BBW was running a very sweet special, Buy 3 items, Get 3 items free... this applied to everything and I mean everything in the store... the lesser amount items were taken off. I got 1 body wash, 1 body cream, and 1 body lotion with Japanese Cherry Blossom scent. I got another 1 body wash, 1 body cream, and 1 fragrance mist with Champagne scent. Both scents smell really nice. With this amazing deal, I was able to get a set for the adult child and a set for my personal use. Yay! Staff was super friendly, nice, and helpful. One lady employee helped me with answering the questions I had about body cream versus body lotion. I guess one is thicker than the other. Had me come in for an interview knowing they weren't even going to interview me because of one mistake that took place monthsss ago and not a single person spoke to me about it until now. I did an online order and went to pick it up, but the salesperson couldn't find it. Turns out I wasn't paying attention and had it sent to the wrong store. The sales associate was amazing. She gathered up all the items I had ordered and called the other store to cancel my order. She made sure I got all the same discounts. I think her name was Daisy, but I'm not 100% sure. Located conveniently off the 15 freeway in the Falcon Ridge Town Center, right next to Target. I have been here twice. Placed an order online and picked up in store. Was greeted friendly and asked if I needed help. Pick up was quick, so I was in and out of the store in less than 10 min. Store was well stocked and clean. Good thing I already knew what I was looking for when I came in. I understand that I was probably one of the first shoppers in here for the day. I did come a little after opening. it would have been nice to have been greeted at all. It would have been nice to said Hi to even. Nope, none of that. I was looking for a quick gift in the men's area. I stood there for a while smelling each of the different scents. I saw an employee there who was stocking some items just next to the men's products. She looked at me at least twice, scoffed as though I was in her way and then kinda went on doing what she had been. Hmm, Ohhhh kaaayyyyy! Let me get outta your way and never come back. I feel like that'd be the most convenient for ya. I was not made to feel welcome or appreciated. Boooo! The good things: At least I was able to find what I needed and was able to get outta there easily. The store was able to honor my wanting to redeem bath and body works promotions. So excited to finally have a Bath and Body Works down the street from me! The newest store is amazing! On Monday they started the semi annual sale. They were limiting the number of people entering at a time. When we entered, we were given sanitizer and a shopping bag. The workers are very helpful and guide you to what you are looking for. Tell store is laid out weirdly, but once you look around you can find everything. They have a sink where you can sample soaps and sanitizers. I will be returning in the fall to restock. I get a notice that rewards are expiring and go to this store to pick out the rewards. Rewards don't work, waste of gas and manager accussed me of attempting to steal by using codes that didn't work. Codes still did work- placed an online order which cost money for shipping. I won't be back to this store, worst customer service experience I've had in years. read more

Yesterday evening, Saturday, April 4 I went into my favorite store B&BW on Summit Ave, Fontana, CA. I was shopping for body lotions. Shockingly to see that my favorite line aromatherapy was on sale for $6.50 which doesn't happen often so of course I gathered as many products as I could of the different new scents. I also received great customer service not only on the floor but at the check out from the 3 young ladies that was working that evening. I'm 100 when it comes to this store. All my family and friends know how much h of a diehard shopper I am for B&BW. When the rep rang up my total it came to $177.00 and with my coupons, sales and rewards my grand total was $46.00 out the door! I've shopped many B&BWs over the years and when this cute little store FINALLY came to our neighborhood I was so HAPPY! I also had a chance to speak with the manager Armando on my way out and gave him much love about his staff. Keep up the good work and Great Customer Service.
