I had moved across country and left Glenda to follow up on all the issues uncovered in the home inspection. She found the necessary contractors to address the issues and everything went extremely smooth. We accepted the offer on Friday May 18th with an extremely aggressive closing date of Monday June 11th. Due to Glenda's tenacity to get things done we did in fact close on Monday June 11th without any issues. Throughout the process, pre and post sale, it was "buyer beware" and "we don't do that in North Carolina" attitude on all of our very basic requests. The entire transaction was very much transactional, and lacked personal support and advocacy needed to make a smooth buying/relocation process. I finally fired him after he sent threatening text messages to me for 2 hours from 9:44-11:47 on a Saturday night furious that I was unavailable to see a home on his schedule. He made inappropriate demands for access to my financial information several times. In the text messages he told me I was "bullshit", a "liar", inferred I was unable to afford the home, and said I was a bad daughter. Along with the termination agreement and explanation as to why I was firing him I also sent screen shots of all the 29 aggressive text messages to his broker Mr. Nicolaysen who took a few days to respond. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
