The Pretty in Pink Bowl

My sister and I came here for a sister date and it was so relaxing . The food was incredible and the drinks were phenomenal! The owner is the sweetest and it has places to take pics ! I had the Churro White Mocha and the Pink Strawberry Waffles. My sister had the Pretty in Pink Bowl and the Pink Blush Lemonade. On the way out we took a Unicorn Lemonade for a friend . Everything was amazing ! I can't wait to come back with our other sisters

Cute cafe that just opened up in Hillcrest, we had a Cappuccino that was delicious. Love the pink decor and the flowers. Going to come back with my girlfriends to have some wine and Aperol Spritzers and some appetizers. Ambiance - 5* Drinks - 5* Location - 5*

It looks like this is the same owner as the Pink Café in La Mesa. The café is fairly new and has taken over the space where Starbucks used to be. I came by pretty early on a weekend, so it was still nice and quiet. I ordered a latte, which was good, although I was a little disappointed that they don't offer "for here" cups. The café itself is very cute and everything feels brand new, with different shades of pink. One thing that surprised me was that a few of the tables were dirty and hadn't been wiped down, even though it was early and the café wasn't busy yet. Other than that, the staff was friendly and welcoming. I enjoyed my latte and liked the atmosphere, but I do think most of the food items are on the pricier side.

Had the crepes, turkey & avocado croissant and the strawberry matcha. Everything was good but somehow just missed the 5 star rating.

Came in for their mango sticky rice and ended up with that and a scoop of their pandan ice cream to try. Both were SOOO amazing and not too sweet! The sticky rice was hot & fresh, while the mango was cold and perfectly sweet and ripe. It's one of my favorite desserts when done right! Such a nice sweet treat. The pandan ice cream was delicious as well and not too sweet. I want to come back to try their famous coconut sundae! The rest of the menu looks amazing as well

There's plenty of indoor and outdoor seating which is nice. Next time I'd like to try the coconut ice cream with peanuts and bread which is an old style street dessert! Sundae in young coconut - 5/5, definitely worth the splurge! I love that after finishing the sundae, you can eat the coconut meat inside. We got mango, coconut, and Thai tea ice cream scoops. The coconut is soo refreshing and the mango is very fruit forward without any artificial flavor or being a sorbet! Thai tea is on the sweeter side, but very delicious. Mango sticky rice - 5/5, the sticky rice is cooked well and not wet! The coconut sauce is not too sweet and the mangos were super sweet!!! They did justice to an iconic staple!

It kind of reminds me of a little food court, but with a more unique and local feel. They have everything from ice cream and sushi to Mexican treats, so there's plenty to choose from. It's the kind of place where you can come back multiple times and try something new each visit. I ordered the Espresso Horchata, and it was so good! Definitely one of my favorite drinks I've had in a while. The coffee was smooth and the horchata flavor was just right. I was able to find parking pretty easily during the week, but I can imagine it gets busy on the weekends. Overall, such a fun spot with a great atmosphere. I'll definitely be back and next time I'm trying some of the other vendors too!

It is a very small coffee shop that is really just a counter area without seating. When I walked up, there was one staff member working. He was friendly. They had a small menu of specialty coffee drinks listed for the holidays. It appears that they serve wine as well, as there was a list of wines by the glass on the same menu. I decided on the iced pistachio latte, as I absolutely love pistachio, and it was a bit of a warm day. I asked for nonfat milk, which is getting harder to come by at small coffee shops, so I was glad they could accommodate. I waited a couple minutes, as the staff had to leave to go get my requested nonfat milk from what appears to be a larger storage area. There are not seats in Coffee Culture, however, the small seating in the public market is quite cute and there was plenty of seating near the fountain. My drink was, unfortunately, just OK. It was a typical iced latte. It was slightly sweet and had no pistachio flavor at all. I'm guessing it was made with a simple pistachio syrup, and no real pistachio. I was a bit disappointed. If I were shopping in Old Town, I might stop in Coffee Culture for a quick coffee to go, but I would't order anything too fancy.
