This location is one of the biggest PINK's I've been in and the staff here is always helpful and present. There is a great selection and inclusive range of sizing! There is literally something for everyone. This location also hosts PINK campus rep events which are fun shopping experiences with free coupons and other goodies. There was also a Photo Booth! Today was by far one of my best experiences with PINK every! The manager Chelsea was awesome and from the time I walked in Melissa was the bomb! Not only did she help me download the Pink Nation app but she told me right away what coupons would be on there that would be great for me. Melissa also helped size my daughter for the very 1st time and my daughter absolutely loved her! She said she was so nice and attentive the whole time she was helping her out and having her try on different items. You ladies rock and thank you for being so great today!!!! I love PINK & I always have a great experience at their stores, but I cannot say enough about my experience with Taylor yesterday! Because it's such a small store right now the line seemed crowded, Taylor didn't seem overwhelmed at all! She was consistent, sweet, and still personable with each customer that stepped up to the counter! You can tell she takes pride in her work place and enjoys it, too! I order my items online a majority of the time but when shipping isn't worth it, I have no choice but to head to the mall. first off, I hate that Arden has decided to separate "Victoria Secret PINK" from the actual "Victoria Secret" store. it is very inconvenient and they have lost my business multiple times because of it. since the stores are separated there are different specials and offers. for example, if I wanted to spend $75 for the free bag (or whatever is on special that week) then I couldn't mix and match between the two stores. what if I wanted some panties from PINK and a sweater from VS to make the $75? well, you can't! for that reason alone, I just drive further to Roseville where the stores are combined and I can mix and match. anywho, this store seems to always be busy but they never have enough registers open! if the line is stretch-out through half of the stores, why do you only have two registers opened with associates who don't have any urgency? you don't need three other associates on the floor hassling customers about help. I work in retail as well and when I see a long line forming, I quickly call for back up because theres nothing more annoying or inconsiderate about customers waiting 10-20+ minutes to buy a few pairs of panties. they do seem to have a few nice associates. at my last visit I think Broadway helped me and she was very friendly and helpful. she wasn't pushy and she did her best to find me the items and sizes that I needed. but, they also have associates who can use a tip or two in customer service. there has been countless times where I've been checked out at this store by an african american girl who is never friendly. she doesn't say hi, doesn't ask how you are or smile. just rings up your items and lets you go. which is fine, but if you're going to work in customer service you have to be some what friendly... in my opinion, its really not worth it to come to this Arden store. I honestly would rather drive 25 minutes further to Roseville. read more

DO NOT BUY A GIFT CARD! THEY WILL SCHEME YOU! The WORST customer service ever. My boyfriend purchased a gift card for me during the holidays and I recently decided to use it. When I went in to make a purchase they told me the gift card had a balance of $0. How could it be if it was my first time using the gift card?? I tried to explain to the cashier but she was RUDE about the situation. I called customer service and they did not want to help with the situation and instead said I needed to call the police and file a report since they don't refund funds. I've come to a conclusion that one of their employees purposely did this and used the gift card for her own benefit. read more

I had a great experience today! I always go to the PINK in Arden but this time was absolutely amazing. We were greeted by Cece and she was so sweet. She was very helpful with helping my grandma find her updated bra size, and helped her find her perfect pick for sports bras. She checked up on us frequently during the time we were browsing and she was great with helping us out with any questions we had. When checking out, Destiny was extremely helpful and sweet. She made sure we got all out booked discounts from the Pink Nation App and she overall did an amazing job. I understand how difficult it can be working in retail, There were a few computer issues going on but that's not their fault and I wanted her to know that she was doing great. I hate this place for a passion. Always crowded, long lines and of course rude people. Not just associates but customers as well. Love their sister store victoria secret. Better deals and less crowded. Was trying to look at the 5/$28 deal i couldn't even squeeze in because everyone else was looking through as well. Finally when i was able to take a "peek" customers and an associate starts pushing me away not even saying excuse me or can i see that. I ended behind everyone again... Line is ridiculously long. I mean every single time i come in its freakin long. I had a handful of items while standing in line ( i was in the middle) . Customers was standing Everywhere. Didn't even know where the line was suppose to start. Finally a associate redirected the line and well guess what i end up being last... Nope! Im done! I threw my stuff onto the floor and walked out. I usually hate shopping when I am pregnant, (18 weeks) I feel huge and unattractive, and with my first born she made my boobs go from a 36B to a F :( I was dreading to go to Pink to return bras that did not fit, on top of that I live in Galt and to drive all the way to Arden, while Im exhausted, not fun but to my surprise I had the best experience! Melissa, was the first person to help me, she offered me all the Sales they had going on with a smile, and I told her what I was looking for, (preferably a push up that holds my babies, and is comfortable.) She guided me to the "Bra Expert" in the fitting room, I wish I knew her name! She was very fit, pretty, and curly hair. This gal was everything, even with feeling uncomfortable with my body, she made me feel comfortable, she made sure my bras were as comfortable as possible. Ok so i know it's probably a personal preference but I really really really hate when the floor girls are constantly trying to sell me things or strike up a conversation with me as I shop. I get it the normal hello welcome in, these are our promotions, would you like a bag. Thw manager, Angelica, was extremely friendly to multiple customers, and doted on them, making sure everyone was comfortable and informed about sale items, except for me. She skipped over me repeatedly, even stood next to me and didn't speak. She looked me up and down and dismissed me. I have a serious look, sometimes intimidating, but I am a nice person, Victoria Secret Cardholder, and an average polite customer. No matter what her issues may be, I should have been treated with the same friendliness and information as the rest of the customers. She is the second manager to act this way, like a young girl trying to act like a grown woman. I had the BEST experience at the Arden Mall PINK store this past Saturday. First of all, all of the associates were friendly and helpful. They even told me about current promotions/discounts that I wouldn't have known about! They honored a coupon that I had even though i didn't have the required attached receipt. And lastly, Susie honored my Veteran's ID and gave me a discount! I will definitely go back there every time - especially because of Susie. I think it's sad that Victoria's Secret as a whole doesn't provide Veteran's discounts when there are MANY female Veterans who shop there and male Veterans who also shop there. Worst customer service out of all the VS/PINK stores I've been to! One time I came here to exchange my items for items I found in store and order a pair of sweats online , the cashier girl was looking around trying to find people to help her do it. She had no energy at all, she had a frown on her face the whole time! She said she couldn't get the items online so I asked just to do a return and use the merchandise credit card on the other items I wanted to buy that I chose from the store. After about twenty minutes of her trying to figure out how to do a return and almost losing the merchandise credit card, I can finally buy the items I wanted to buy. So she rings it up and I give her the card but no money was showing up on the card. So she asks her friend (Filipino/islander looking girl, super straight hair) for help on why it's not showing up. So the Filipino girl tells us that it takes at least twenty minutes for the credit to show up on the card so I couldn't use that. I already told the cashier how I planned to use this card but she never informed me of this? At this point I've been in the store for at least thirty minutes now and I just wanted to get it over with so I just ended up buying the backpack and perfume out of pocket. But that's not where my troubles ended, when I was already in my car looking through the stuff that I bought I realized the girl forgot the perfume. She forgot to put the perfume in my bag. So I had to find parking all over again and LITERALLY run up to the store. A girl directed me to the manager and she sorted everything out within five minutes. So flashback to about a month later, remember the Filipino/islander girl with incredibly straight hair? I was in line and she looks at me with recognition on her face and has this nasty glare in her eyes. This time I was looking to return and exchange for some items online during the semi annual. I happened to get the cashier next to hers and I show the lady a screenshot of what I wanted to exchange it for. The Filipino girl buts in and looks at me with the most sarcastic, disrespecting, nastiest nod and says that they can't order clearance items online. Throughout the entire exchange I tried to maintain a smile on my face and I lighthearted manner but the Filipino girl never even smiled at me or greeted me at all. This Filipino girl was working the second to last cashier from the right during 1/6/18 at about 6:00pm. I really hope this store rethinks its choices in employees, especially your cashiers, after all they are the ones giving the customer their last impression. read more

The service was great at this location. I was looking for a deal and the greeter salesperson up front told me about a sale that wasn't marketed. I bought three bras and five pairs of undies for $100. The salesperson pulled out all the drawers that had my size which made shopping easy. She also handed me a shopping bag to conveniently carry everything. With the 30% off sale I added on a cute sparkly water bottle. I was very satisfied with my experience and will be a returning customer. read more

This place is always busy and so small! I must comment that Angel was so friendly and helpful! Despite it being busy, she really made it a better trip and less stressful. Ask for her if you visit! I'm a frequent shopper at this location, mostly for the 7 for 27 panties. About a week ago I went in just looking for mesh leggings and as always I left with more than that but all because of such excellence customer service. I got help from two very sweet ladies which for the life of me I can't remember but they were so helpful. One of which was in the fitting room when I was trying on a bralette. Any girl that's shopping alone always needs a little help on opinion. The girl in the fitting room made me feel so great about my bralette. These girls make you feel like a friend which is amazing. I'm not at all a big fan of this PINK store. They have only a small shelf when it comes to semi annual sale time. They also didn't allow me to use a gift card because I was buying sale items. I just left everything there and went to the PINK at Roseville because they have better customer service and more options. If you want to shop at a PINK I recommend Roseville. I don't live in either city but Roseville is further from me yet worth the drive. read more
