I visited Windsor on Tuesday, 12/12/23, in the evening time. I was looking around for a beautiful dress since I'd been invited to a college prom with a theme called Enchanted Forest. The associate, Lizzy, was super kind and helpful. She truly went above and beyond. She picked out a few dresses for me to try on. She selected a GORGEOUS emerald green gown, with roses printed on sheer material. It gave "forest queen goddess." I immediately fell in love and purchased it, without any hesitation. I received a lot of compliments. Huge thanks to Lizzy for the help! The only downfall of this visit was that when I checked in on Yelp, the 20% discount wasn't honored. The lighting in their dressing rooms SUCCCCKS. You might as well try stuff on without a mirror, because you can not see anything. Also, the salesperson, Kathryn, was pretty sassy. She gave my friend a rude remark when she asked what items were included in the sale. Something along the lines of "you see these signs!?". I don't understand how someone could think that insulting customers is an acceptable sales method. read more

I went into Windsor looking for a dress for a friends graduation. I was helped by a very nice girl! I got to the cash register to pay for my dress and was asked if I was using credit, debit or cash. I said credit. I was asked for ID in turn I replied since when did you guys require ID? I give her (Katrina) the ID and Credit card and she says In a very nasty tone Since there has been so much credit card fraud. She puts my dress in the bag and I tell her well this is my credit card and I wouldn't do that. She throws the bag at me and CALLS ME A BITCH! I got upset and words were exchanged. Came here today just looking for some cute dresses to wear on special occasions coming up, the girls here are so stuck up and rude. I had to ask one of the girls at least four different times to help me get a dress down because she kept walking off talking to and laughing with another coworker after saying she'd help me, then the final time I asked her for some help she got an attitude and said she was going to find the pole to get the dress down and went and said some shit to her coworker and they both looked over at me, so talking shit I guess? Went here to find a white dress and saw one online that was perfect! When I got to the store I was so happy they had one, however, there was a tiny pen mark on the dress. So I asked the ladies there if they had any more in that size and they tried to locate the other one but couldn't find it. Then, one of the ladies uses a stain remover wipe to try and get the pen out without telling me and it ended up making two larger discolorations. They told me after taking it home and washing it, it would be fine, so I trusted them, but it's still pretty noticable. I really appreciate how they tried really hard to find the other dress but I wish they would've informed me about the stain remover because it would have come out without making huge stains if they just used some rubbing alcohol. So I guess I'm just sad that the dress is still discolored and it was final sale because it was damaged and I guess that's my fault for taking the risk. I think the ladies here are really nice and I know they meant well trying to get the stain out! read more

Despite my hit or miss experiences here. When it comes to special events there are limited options. Bought a dress here (Arden store) last week, and noticed a flaw after I purchased it and brought it home already. This dress was not returnable, but after explaining the situation, and my prior experiences, Celina, the store manager, offered to let me return the dress this time. As a customer, who wouldn't return unless I had no other options, this gesture goes a long way. She was very nice and understanding, and didn't make me feel like she was doing ME the favor. She made me feel like on behalf of the company, she was trying to make past experiences right, in addition to settling the dress situation. Celina also asked me about my previous experiences, that way she can focus on what to work on for her store. Because of Celina, Windsor will continue to have my business. read more

OHH MYY GODD talk about bitchy RUDE employees. I always shop here. I live in Stockton an hour away and this place is a bit pricey but I always come here and shop. After today I'm NEVER coming back. I needed a plain black skirt and I tried looking for it myself and couldn't find it so I asked an associate and I even waited until she was done with her errand before I asked . This is how the conversation went Me: Excuse me The associate looks at me up and down with a very cold stare and says nothing Me: Do you guys have plain black skirts? The associate looks at me with a cold stare again And then the tone she answered me was as if I said something really stupid Associate: umm duh yeah we do... Me: oh okay.. where? Associate: "smirks in such a bitchy way* they're all over the store. (Mind you they have a small store I can walk around the whole thing in 2 minutes) Me: oh okay is there any way you can help me find it or tell me where it might be I can't find them? Associate: no. I literally just told you they're all over the store. Then the associate just goes back to what she was doing and ignores me as if I disappeared. That's it end of conversation. Are you serious right now?? So I just left the store extremely irritated and embarrassed. I wish I gotten her name but I can identify her face. If you're in a bad mood over something fine stay at home or ask someone to switch shifts with you don't come to work with this shitty attitude. I'm not an entitled customer, all I did was ask her a question, even if she just pointed to the area where she thought the skirts were I would've thanked her for the help or even if she said she didn't know where they were I would've been fine as well. She just flat out refused to help me and basically told me to find them myself then just ignored me. I work in customer service and I'm a hiring manager myself. I don't know how this girl got this job with an attitude like that. This attitude is absolutely unacceptable. I asked this girl to get me a XS of a bodysuit that was hanging up on the high rack, and without even checking she tells me no there is no XS that's a medium and walks away. I try get it down myself cuz clearly shes lazy, but I couldn't get if off the hanger, but I was able to see that it was in fact an XS so I go to her again and tell her it is an XS and can she help me get it down, and this chick still tells me it's a medium. Eventually I ask someone else to help me and they ask someone else to help me. It's just ridiculous how long it took for me to try on one thing, and they weren't even busy.
