The only thing I don't like about Pinkberry is, it is right across the house that it always and always messes up with my diet! Lol I just love it so much that I couldn't believe I still get excited every time. I cannot count how many times I visited pinkberry all over nyc since I came here 3years ago. I love their peanut butter crunch topping although it's 50c more! I love love love the peanut butter flavor that even though I already memorize how it tastes, I still ask for a sample every single time! While there are other yogurt shops, I've yet to find one that's better than Pinkberry. The taste is true to it's flavor, and it's light and simply wonderful! Most Pinkberrys are similar (not the same!), they all have a friendly staff, a bright atmosphere, and happy mood setting music, to keep you feeling great while you enjoy your yogurt! I still can't decide how I feel about Pinkberry. It's definitely over-rated. It's definitely over-priced. And it's definitely still delicious. But not as delicious as 16 Handles still in my opinion. It has a certain Pinkberry taste to it though that's unique and no other place has replicated yet. I prefer usually just the original. Some of the flavors have a slight funky after taste. Like peanut butter and chocolate. The pomegranate isn't bad and other than those flavors I haven't explored any further. Their toppings I also feel are slightly healthier than some of the other fro-yo places. They have limited chocolatey/peanut butter/candy toppings and more fruit/cereal is what I'm trying to say. They also charge extra if you want the wet chocolaty/nutella topping on top. But I do LOVE mochi balls. Also, I'm in a bit of a predicament because now there is a new Pinkberry located in the pop-up stores in the Seaport. And when it's almost 100 degrees out, I crave fro-yo almost every single day. This one in Park Slope is also fairly new because the Slope usually doesn't have many franchises and chain stores. But its a welcome addition. Especially when I end up walking from the f train on 7th avenue all the way to Prospect Heights because someone doesn't believe in the bus. read more

I've come to love fro-yo after eating it various times throughout the frigid winter. After bookmarking this place several months ago, I've come to realize I made the right decision. I ordered the original flavor, and topped it with mochi, boba and fruity pebbles. One bite into the creamy goodness, I knew it was worth the money and wait. So damn good. The mochi is soft and chewy, the pebbles are cruncy and fruity, and the boba is fruity and squishy. What I like about this,(outside of the taste of course) is that there are a VARIETY of both flavors and toppings. I don't know which one I like better, Pinkberry or Red Mango, but this place is great! I totally recommend. read more

It was my first time ever having a frozen yogurt from Pinkberry. Everyone talks about Pinkberry and its glory so I had to try it. One evening my friend and I decided to catch up for girl time (it was her time at Pinkberry as well). The cashier/slash yogurt "designer" was friendly and patient with us. We didn't know which toppings or yogurt flavor to order and he walked us through it. He recommended the peach flavored yogurt and it was a good choice. As for toppings, I' kept it simple with cookies and strawberry (?) syrup. The syrup was too sweet and I would have preferred the peach flavored yogurt without any toppings. My friend enjoyed her peach flavored yogurt with several toppings including m&ms,cookies and nuts, which she enjoyed. The location is small and not a lot of seats and can fill up fast especially on a hot summer day. We went during the colder months back in December and seating was scarce. Our two cups (size small) cost a little under $12. Slight pricey for yogurt but it's fancy haha Nonetheless I will definitely return during the warmer months. read more

The yogurt is great and they even get you through the line pretty quickly when it snakes outside. My only complaint is that trying to get delivery is like playing whack-a-mole. We've ordered 3 times. 2 times great. 1 time they forgot us. We've called at least 4 more times and they say "Oh, we're not delivering tonight", "Delivery is over for the night", or "Delivery hasn't started yet". I wish it were closer or that they actually delivered. read more

I'm a regular customer (about once a week!) who comes from a different neighborhood just for this yogurt. It is SO good. But I've often had issues with one of the women working here. Usually, she's just terse and impatient, but today she was so rude that I had to write a review. I was there 3 minutes before opening, and she yelled from the back to read the sign on the door. It pains me to say it - because I love the yogurt and often crave it - but I'm going to try my best not to return here. Hopefully there's another Pinkberry I can get to for those cravings. (For the record, the other woman working there was incredibly empathetic and has always been nice to me.) read more

The employees there aren't very patient or nice. It feels like they are bothered when people are taking their time choosing toppings or trying to figure out how it works. I also usually get 5-6 toppings without a problem anywhere else but at this location they get bothered when I ask for more than 4. I don't mind if it costs extra but you can at least say that it costs more instead of almost refusing to sell me more. I hope they train their staff better on treating customers with more respect. The reason I gave it three stars is because I wanted to purchase the waffle yogurt cup and was disappointed that the waffle maker was not working or was it that the people making it didn't know how to work it. The yogurt is great. Super addictive. It's the workers. I'm pretty sure that in order to work here, you either have to be perpetually stoned or victim of head trauma. Only 5-6 yogurt selections (which was a disappointment for me) and a good number of topping selections. A staff member makes your creation for you; which was another disappointment.
