Awesome staff. Stopped by with some friends and their kids last summer and as soon as we walked in the staff greeted us with a smile. When we started to order the kids took a while to decide what they wanted but staff was very patient and attentive, even as the shop started to get crowded. This place is way overpriced. And, they give you the smallest portions. It's not worth it. And, the place is dirty. I saw a worker wipe the counter by brushing napkins and garbage onto the floor, and not sweep it up. Culture Yogurt tastes better, go there instead, it's on 5th ave. read more

Honestly, I went in here with high hopes as an avid frozen yogurt enthusiast. But the other day I was astonished to see them pouring MY toppings... Can you believe that? I'm paying basically a grand for this cup of frozen yogurt for you to control my portion amount? That was a very harsh and distinct statement PinkBerry is making. There's a reason why this frozen yogurt chain is famously popular. It's the best, freshest-tasting froyo of all the chains I've tried. I like the original and the chocolate hazelnut, though the latter is a bit too sweet and not chocolate-y enough. The toppings are fresh and tasty and of good quality, not like the bulk toppings at the top-your-own, by-the-ounce places. You pay a premium but it is yummy and arguably worth it. read more

We were so excited to finally have pinkberry in our neighbourhood. Sooooo dissapointed though. The lineupat 4pm was movin at a snail's pace with only two people working. One taking orders and giving samples and one girl doing the cash. The other person was painstakingly removing crumbs around the topping area with a teeny brush for 15 minutes despite the large line. After we finally made it to the front with our stroller and two kids we paid an outrageous price for a mini and a small for froyo that was good but ot much better than yogomonster down the street or cultures for half the price. The price in park slope for the size is crazy. When we were readyto leave hrough the exit door we realized that the exit had no ramp but a giant step that we had to get over with the stroller or fight to get through the entrance door again to use the ramp. Whoever designed this place clearly doesnt realize that park slope is swarming with strollers and a useful design would have been helpful read more

Pinkberry is a great addition to Park Slope. The mango flavor is amazing and their cones are great too. It will always be a favorite.

What the heck is that foul aroma? The place smelled like a cesspool. The employees were extremely loud and uncouth. Yelling and conversing over people's order...One guy actually coughed over my brother's cup of yogurt. He then proceeded to ask him what toppings did he want. In the future, I will just travel to 14th street if I want Pinkberry again. read more

I've been coming to this Park Slope Pinkberry consistently with my kids. We went today, and after spending $20 on 3 cups of frozen yogurt, my 6 year old son needed to use the bathroom. They refused to let him use it (it has a door with a code on it), and told us it is for employees only. We've used this bathroom in the past with no problem - apparently, the owner has 'changed his policy'. They said they got in trouble the last time they let a customer use the bathroom. It's unbelievable to me that a Pinkberry store owner would not allow customers to use the bathroom, especially when your business caters to kids. He's a 6 year old kid who needs to pee! I give it 2 stars because the frozen yogurt is decent, but otherwise 1 star. Won't be going back anytime soon. Your policy will lose you business. Enjoy your private toilet. read more

In my experience, the service at this Pinkberry is terrific, not to mention the yogurt! The ladies have great smiles and are super friendly and accommodating. The yogurt itself is terrific - I'm now torn between the Chocolate Hazelnut and the Mango whenever I go. I've also seen two gentleman who I assume are the owners in the store at different times helping out with various things. They seem very nice and involved which is great! They are a welcome addition to the neighborhood. A chain with a local business feel! I'll be back! Standard Pinkberry but with subpar service. I was unfortunate to be attended to by a young woman named Sasha who first skipped me completely and started helping the people behind me, then, when I finally got her attention, seemed annoyed and gave me the smallest serving ever (surprise), then didn't even ring me up. Instead she started wiping the counter down and I had to wait for the more competent employee to come ring me up. Seems like Pinkberry needs to do a better job screening their employees. read more

like all of the Pinkberrys: fresh selection of toppings, fresh low-fat yogurt.. this Pinkberry tends not to be as clean as the others, and doesn't have as much seating as others. also, the service isn't top notch. other than that, just another overpriced yogurt shop that's still better than the self-serve. read more

I always come to this Pinkberry and I have yet to have a bad experience, but today was horrible. The girl was at least nice about it but the "manager" was extremely rude! He had horrible customer service and when it was cleary the Pinkberry app that was crashing he accused us of using the free yogurt. Paying was not an issue. It was the fact that were no ingredients and he refused to go check and his attitude. I showed him proof of email and the app but still it wasn't good enough. Since its opening I ve been there a couple of times. The yogurt is ok. But the stuff is really annoying with all their fake politeness. It takes them forever to greet a customer, then ask if I've been here before, welcome smile, talk about flavors/toppings. No wonder people complain about the lines. I came here 4 times, I think thats sufficient for a review. The staff during the day is composed of ugly little teens who don't know how to work anything (that tells you a lot considering the store is just a yogurt dispenser and a register). The night time staff is composed of, well, people from some kind of out of the hood program who will get all ghetto on yo ass! (C'mon ladies, you're working at Pinkberry of Park Slope, not Mcdonalds of bed-stuy). I hate coming to this particular location because of their customer service. It really stinks! This city has so many froyo locations to offer, and when I'm dropping $6+ on yogurt, I'd rather not deal with at-ti-tude. Needless to say, I really tried to love this location, but I've been forced not to. I'm so sorry! =( read more

Ive been to this location a few times before. Always get the best service. Employees are always helpful in topping selection. This store gets really busy at certain times and I think the employees do a great job in servicing each customer. Love the product. Havent found anything on this earth that tastes like it. I feel totally ripped off. I ordered a chocolate peanut butter shake and got cholalate milk with a hint of peanut butter. I drank my shake in 2 min. It was 3/4 filled- not even the full amount I paid for and was so watery there is no way I could eat it. The flavor wasn't bad. Just NOT a shake. And at $6.26 with tax I do expect an actual shake. Not to mention the guy kept looking at me like he knew he wasn't doing it right. I feel like after eating a shake I'm so full I regret the last third of it.
