Yummy original Tart Frozen Yogurt with pineapple, mochi, and granola and candied pecan.

I'm so obsessed with Pinkberry. The customer service is always spectacular and the treats always make my day better. The young people working always suggest great combinations and I'm happy repeat customer. Love the food, love everything!

now that it's Fall, Pinkberry has Pumpkin flavored yogurt!! If I wasn't obsessed with Pinkberry before... I am now!! I know other people feel the same because it's always busy, but lines move quickly. Very clean environment. Plenty of seating inside and a few outside to enjoy your frozen yogurt

Amazing I absolutely love the new minions ice cream flavor if they still have it at your local Pinkberry, you need to go try it. It's the best thing you'll ever try. And if it's local, you just need it. But if you don't like soft, serve types of ice cream. It's not your ice cream, but it also could be your ice cream depending on the texture you like your ice cream.

First of all, who doesn't love a good frozen yogurt dessert. The Bubble cones are my all time favorite. Made to order, always warm and fluffy. You can still add any yogurt of your choosing as well as toppings. At least 10 yogurt flavors, including a non dairy option and 20+ unique and fun toppings such as fresh fruit, candy pieces, cookie pieces, nuts, sauces and more. Delightful treat for all ages.

Our go to spot for a sweet treat! Just wish they offered more dairy free options! I love the coconut but would love to try a new flavor.Kids enjoy choosing different toppings every time we visit.

***BIGGEST CONCERN IS SOCIAL **** ********DISTANCING!! ************ Covid restrictions Saturday, January 16 8 PM at night. The Garden City location that is the only one that opens until 10 o'clock at night. Walking in I noticed that there is an influx of people wanting pink berries at this time. Because there's not lotta things open because of COVID-19. People are coming and getting their yogurts. Service. I do know that there's something about the service that is not good for social distancing. Do you doing something that's dangerous they are looking to get customers in and out so they're asking who's next who's next without properly distancing. That is a big concern to meet the manager should do something about it or I should call corporate. This is no joke. I know that probably like high school kids just doing their part time jobs but that doesn't give a reason for people to still take precautions especially now during a pandemic. Knowledge in customer service. I asked about the smoothie and a difference between a yogurt smoothie both counter girls/counter reps smiled and have no idea to inform me of the difference between the two (Yogurt a smoothie). They need more training and knowledgeable in their products. BIGGEST CONCERN IS SOCIAL DISTANCING!! You cannot pack people to together in the front counter like it was before COVID. If they need to get people in and out have the person finish with the person presently there. Please! I'm not concerned about just my safety but everyone else including the workers and customers. Positive note: the smoothie is the best I had so far. The to-go-yogurt is packed with in a bag which makes it looks nice.

I love this location. Super clean and great service. A large with toppings was a little pricey at $9.33. Worth it for this every once in a while treat.

I've grown to like Pinkberry. The reasons why I wasn't the biggest fan is that it's not self serve so depending on the worker you'll get different amounts of toppings. Also I don't like how they pick the smallest cups--the toppings are almost always falling off and makes you feel guilty for getting more than 2-3 toppings. However, I do think they have very unique flavors and the toppings are fancier and fresher. Overall I think the ratio ends up being enough, where there's about 1/4 toppings and 3/4 yogurt in a small size. I really like the candied pecans, granola, raspberries, mango, cookie dough bites, and coconut shavings. The cookie butter frozen yogurt is very good, it's almost like a caramel butter scotch blend. The coconut is also very tasty. A classic simple flavor is vanilla beans and goes with any toppings so solid choice. The place is usually packed so they must be doing something right. I also didn't know they offer you an ice bag if you're taking it to go which is super considerate and helpful. Also, it's clean which is important.

I'm not a huge yogurt fan, chocolate hazelnut is the only one I take here which tastes yum to me. . From what I hear from my friends, they love most of the flavors. . Especially their pomegranate n coconut.. toppings r really appealing. .mango n strawberry toppings are enjoyable.. Definitely recommend it. .

Salted caramel and cookies and cream in the original Pinkberry cone. Too impatient to wait for a freshly made cone :)

Never even knew it was there and they said it was open for at least a year or so I think. Lots of different flavored ice cream, (**sidenote, they have gluten-free cones! )my husband and I each got something yummy, although it was really good I was kind of disappointed to hear that the ice cream was Hershey's. Not a big fan of Hershey's company and I thought because it was a creamery that they made their own ice cream. So a little disappointed with that. BUT the two people serving the ice cream were very friendly, the place was clean and bright and there was outdoor seating as well with music playing. Wasn't too busy at the time which was great. Parking was a little tight because someone parked too close to our car and then someone parked in back of us which made it hard to back out but that didn't take away from the experience really, that was just people parking badly lol. Prices were reasonable, combinations that we had were good, and offering lots of different choices. I would definitely go back again even if they don't make their own ice cream it was still yummy.

Inside is kind of like a diner converted into an ice cream shop. There is a counter where they serve ice creams and bunch of tables, seats and diner counter as well. When we came there were bunch of kids likely from the neighborhood. They offer hard, soft, dole whip, sundaes, waffle nachos, shakes, float and parfait with bunch of topping options. I tried their waffle cone cup with 1 scoop of strawberry cheese cake and 1 scoop of peanut butter pie hard ice-cream. Hard ice cream was pretty good. Waffle cone cup was a bit stale. Probably will just get sugar cone or ice cream in the cup next time. Service was good and staffs were nice. Keep in mind that it's cash only but there are bunch of signs outside so they make that clear. Overall it's a solid ice cream place. It's conveniently located near where i'm located which makes an easy stop for ice cream if my partner or I wants some ice cream. Only thing is that it was not particularly much different from other typical ice cream place. If you are looking for your standard ice cream and don't mind paying cash this is the place.

I'm honestly very disappointed with my experience. I was looking forward to enjoying my ice cream,…read morebut as soon as I got it, I noticed that it was already melted way more than it should have been. It didn't seem fresh at all and made the whole experience messy and unappetizing. Ice cream is supposed to be cold and enjoyable, not practically liquid before you even get a chance to eat it. What made the situation even worse was finding a hair in my ice cream. That completely ruined my appetite and immediately made me question the cleanliness and care put into preparing and serving food. Finding something like that is unacceptable and very unsanitary. It made me feel uncomfortable and disappointed because customers should be able to trust that basic hygiene standards are being followed. I normally try to give places the benefit of the doubt, but between receiving melted ice cream and then finding a hair in it, this experience was frustrating and gross. I expected much better quality and attention to detail. I hope improvements are made because no customer should have an experience like this.

It's a small local ice-cream shop with variety of unique ice cream options. Inside is small and there are not really seatings to expect to take them outside or bring it home. They have a big blackboard at the top that shows their menu and also has ipad that has menus as well. They offer ice-cream sandwiches, ice cream tacos, push pops, and cones. I got their almond coconut chocolate ice cream taco. It was very chocolaty with hint of almonds and coconut flavor. The crunchy shell with chocolate was tasty. A bit heavy and rich but to be expected. Service is quick as they seem to have all the ice-cream already prepped in the freezer. Overall, the place was good. Another unique Ice cream shop in the area which is always welcome. Would like to coke back yo try their other type of ice-creams.
