Graham Canyon was absolutely delish!! The toppings were so good and ice cream very creamy. Waffle i wasn't a huge fan of. Didn't really have much flavor. The portions were GIANT and definitely can't be split between two. As for ice cream options there's not a whole lot. Like 4 main flavors if i remember correctly. let's start with the inside: the inside of the shop is roomy and the menu on the wall is large enough to read for most. if not, they've got smaller handheld printed out menus for you at the beginning of the line to make the menu more accessible. I tried the milk + matcha ($13). which includes, a regular freshly made bubble waffle, a huge scoop of matcha ice cream topped with mochi pieces, fresh cut strawberries, graham cracker crumbs and a condensed milk drizzle on top. be forewarned that those graham cracker crumbs will get on you if you sit down and don't eat over the table. very good, but very messy so definitely grab some extra napkins. it is as put together as it sounds, and very good. the waffle itself is not overly sweet either which is a nice touch so you're able to enjoy more of it. you have the option of sitting inside (I believe they have a little bar inside to the left, but I could be wrong) or they have a small patio outside for their guests. the patio is a nice place to sit and enjoy the ice cream when the weather is nice. i'd give it a non yelp option rating of 4.5 stars. it's a little on the pricier side, but definitely still worth checking out if you're on the east side and looking for something sweet. all the employees were super nice, too. read more

I have been going since they were a food truck on Waterman Street and even chipped in to help them on Kickstarter so that they could open their own brick and mortar shop on Ives Street.
