My husband and I go here when we eat around the area. The plaza has so many good options for a meal and pinkberry is such a good dessert. I always go with the plain tart with mochi, cheesecake bites, and strawberry. I was saddened to find out that they charge extra for Nutella now cause I used to always get Nutella as a topping. Sometimes this location is busy and sometimes it's not. When it's busy, the sitting area isn't the cleanest. Pinkberry has a new seasonal flavor Yuzu. It is so refreshing and tasty. A slight tart and tangy taste. The girls working were incredibly patient as we selected our toppings. The cashier also notified me that their rewards program changed so if you have not gone in a while make sure you download the app and create a new account to get your points. The only minor complaint I have is the scent inside the shop. It has a stagnant water scent that isn't appetizing. I actually noticed it this summer but assumed it was because the heat and shop were very busy. We normally do not sit down and eat inside but it is a drawback. I absolutely love this place. I'm from out of state and every time I visit my family in Elk Grove, I have to get it before I leave since we don't have it in AZ! And then the toppings are not old or hard. You first choose your size and pick a flavor. Like every yogurt place they switch out their flavors seasonally. I normally get the original and pomegranate swirl but this time I saw their Peach Passion flavor. If its not in the same machine then you get the flavors side by side but if they are in the same machine you can get them swirled. I usually pick a small, you get two base toppings. I got the mini mochi and fresh strawberries make. Then you can get additional toppings. I picked the mini brownie bites and the chocolate crunch bites which was additional ($0.50). My cousin was getting a medium and I guess they are now doing happy hour Monday-Friday from 3-6pm that if you get a medium size you get one free small yogurt as well. But then my other cousin got yogurt as well in a small size so we had a paper coupon that was 20% off entire purchase so we did that instead. Overall I think the price varies what you get. But love the richness in their yogurt and their inside is nice. Always a must come when I visit. read more

We came in today to retrieve my free birthday yogurt (sign up for their rewards card). The employee that helped me was very nice and polite. He let us try their new flavor, Kiwi Strawberry. My daughter and I both loved it and decided to share a small of that flavor. While choosing the toppings, my daughter wanted the milk chocolate crispies and the employee told us that it was an extra $0.50 so we decided not to get that. She then decided she wanted Nutella which the employee also stated it was $0.50 extra but they both did not have signs on them stating this. He then informed us that those were the only two toppings that cost extra. When we went up to pay, the employee asked if I had a rewards card. I gave him my number and then he states you have a free birthday yogurt, would you like to use that today? It was nice that I didn't have to show him my coupon through my email. Overall, they don't have several flavors or several toppings. The yogurt itself was pretty good and the fruits looked and tasted fresh.
