Pinkberry is located in the Laguna Crossroad Shopping Center between Noodles and Company and Verizon. I came in around 6:00 PM on a Tuesday. We came in today to retrieve my free birthday yogurt (sign up for their rewards card). The employee that helped me was very nice and polite. He let us try their new flavor, Kiwi Strawberry. My daughter and I both loved it and decided to share a small of that flavor. While choosing the toppings, my daughter wanted the milk chocolate crispies and the employee told us that it was an extra $0.50 so we decided not to get that. She then decided she wanted Nutella which the employee also stated it was $0.50 extra but they both did not have signs on them stating this. He then informed us that those were the only two toppings that cost extra. When we went up to pay, the employee asked if I had a rewards card. I gave him my number and then he states you have a free birthday yogurt, would you like to use that today? It was nice that I didn't have to show him my coupon through my email. Overall, they don't have several flavors or several toppings. The yogurt itself was pretty good and the fruits looked and tasted fresh. This particular location seems to always be well staffed & customer service is excellent. The staff greet you right away and are very helpful. I've never had any issues. The line moves quickly. Since COVID, they now have tables chairs outside their store for customers to use. The store seems very clean & orderly. Wow.. this Pinkberry has really went down the Drain!!! On 10/10/2002, after a enjoying a meal at Chevy's.. My kids wanted to go to pinkberry for some yogurt.. One thing I always have noticed when I went to Pinkberry is when you order a large or medium is that the weight it on a little food scale, to make sure they giving you the proper amount... so I female with long fake dreads and poorly designed tattoos on her arms.. looks like she was just released from the Chowchilla Women's Facility, to tell you the truth... she "Eyes" all of our orders.... While all her 2 coworkers are using the scale to complete their orders. And she gives us a 1 plastic spoon of the toppings we request.. The tart flavor was oh so delicious! I'm surprised they don't have a weight scale(?). The place was clean and chilly but the bathroom needs work. Lol Pinkberry has very limited yogurt flavors but also, it's not a do-it-yourself yogurt place. Love this place. But... I'm assuming the older gentleman that steps in every once in a while is the owner. It seems when things get busy, he steps in and severely undercuts the toppings. It's clear he is 'tight' when it comes to his business. The lines was out the door and he was the only one doing toppings because of his need to micromanage. Meanwhile, there's two perfectly capable associates standing there (one at the register - these two were extra). I'm a regular and am very happy when anyone other than this gentleman serves us. I've tried a few of their yogurt flavors and overall I think they are good. When I went here recently, they ran out of one of their flavors. There wasn't much of a selection. Although, they do have a variety of toppings to choose from. I have been to other yogurt places that offer more flavors (and they're just as GOOD) with better pricing. Upon walking in we were greeted by highly enthusiastic employees who kindly took my husbands sarcastic humor in stride. The kids opted for cookies and cream while me and the hubs got their banana nut bread flavor. I must say Pinkberry packs on the toppings, I mean she was forcing more chocolate chips and gummy bears into that cup like her life depended on it! I was a little bummed to learn they were out of sliced bananas to go on our banana nut bread ice cream but to know they used them all to make the ice cream fresh in store made it a little easier to swallow, no pun intended. The ice cream is always flavorful and a nice delight. While again, I commend them for the amount of toppings they stuff in your cup, it's their variety to choose from I find lacking sometimes. Pinkberry is a good place to get a quality frozen yogurt. They're pricier than most of their competitors. Parking is fairly easy to find in the large shopping center they're located in. Like most other yogurt shops they have some flavors that rotate and some that are staples. They have a wide variety of toppings including numerous fresh fruit selections. They also have smoothies and non dairy selections. The yogurts and toppings are fair portions. The staff are generally friendly and helpful but there have been a few times the quality of the fruit has been lacking and they could seem to care less. I'll be back but I hope the employees receive better training and empowerment to handle the fruit that isn't good enough to be served. read more

We were allowed to have as many toppings as we wanted! I savored every frozen, delicious spoonful! Not only is it great tasting, but they pride themselves as being distinctly different than your average froyo shop. The yogurt is always non fat or low fat, it contains 3 important and useful live bacterial cultures that are essential for your intestinal tract, ingredients are always fresh, and it is rich in calcium and protein. I thought it was going to be like the McDonald ones, which I love. The granola taste too healthy and involved a lot of chewing. The staff is friendly and the line moves quickly. Giving a two because the workers are not being safe. They have markers on the floor but they do not seem to follow any of it... when we stopped by, there was this couple ordering in front of us, we stayed back because they were still up there and there was no room for us to go while following the 6ft distance but the worker waved at us asking what we wanted. I said uhh, we're waiting on them so we can order (talking about the couple in front of us) but the worker repeated her question, asking what we wanted. So unfortunately we had to move up. We were 2 ft from this couple and we felt uncomfortable for them and for us. We ended up saying we wanted cookies n cream. After that she asked what toppings. I then said I don't know because I can't see the toppings since the couple in front of us are still looking at the toppings and we're already not in that 6ft rule. So then she just looked at us, put the cup down and left lol. So then her coworker comes, and asked us the same thing (mind you the couple in front of us hasn't moved so we couldn't see the toppings unless I stand next to them shoulder to shoulder which I was not going to do lol). Finally, they moved so I was able to get whatever toppings I wanted BUT while I was deciding they then called the next people behind us. And these people were 1-2ft away from us! Like I don't understand how Pinkberry's employees do not follow their own rules. They insist customers to come up and order when clearly there are still people ordering. Haven't been to a Pinkberry in a long time and we decided to get something sweet after having lunch at JTD (update review later). There was only one family of 4 there so it was pretty quiet. My sister and I shared a coconut peppermint cookie swirl. It was actually pretty good to mix the chocolate peppermint with coconut. Since both the sis and I are lactose intolerant adding the coconut made the yogurt a little easy on the tummy. I have to say I love the Mochi pieces that is added to our yogurt. It's so soft and chewy.
