I waited outside in the cold and rain and wind for like a half hour for some frrrrrrrrozen yogurt last night. I must be crazy. As soon as I stepped inside the wife and baby joined me. The floors were this small pebble composite thing, which was cool. I made the mistake of taking off my flip flop to feel it - sticky sweet! The decor and music are funky. Cool walls, lighting, tables and chairs. After another 15 or so minutes of waiting once we got inside we finally got to the front of the line. The girl behind the counter gave a quick lesson in what it is to be Pinkberry then we sampled the flavors we were curious about. I got chocolate and mango swirled and had them dump a lot of awesome fruit on top (and puffed rice marshmellow things and bits of cheesecake). My wife got pomegranate and passion fruit and s'more fruit on top. Best yogurt we've ever had! The toppings were really fun too. Almost everything you can imagine to choose from. Can't wait to back again but we might wait awhile until the craze dies down. Prices aren't too bad either! Get a medium or a large and split it with your sweetie to save some cash. I met the one of the owners while standing outside in line. He and his partner own the rights to Pinkberry in Colorado. He said they're opening another store on the 16th Street Mall. I'm not the biggest fan of frozen yogurt, but I know I like a decent selection. If you're cool with 6 flavors to pick from and being charged based on the size and not the amount, then this might be your place. I really only get along with the chocolate flavor, the rest don't ever really taste like the advertised selection. I love coconut for example but their coconut tasted nothing like that fruit that I love to eat. Some of their toppings even cost extra, which is not specified anywhere at the bar area and is only marginally mentioned on their main menu. I LOVE Pinkberry. SOOOOO good. I just tried the Key Lime flavor tonight. It literally tastes like Key Lime pie. The chocolate hazelnut flavor is also to die for. As is the salted caramel if you like really sweet things. Honestly, of all the flavors I have had there, I've liked every single one. You just can't go wrong with Pinkberry's delicious live active culture yogurt. And yes, I sound like an advertisement, but it's that good. This location is always clean and has good service. Pinkberry is a full service yogurt place, not one of those taste test, try yourself, add your own toppings, and then weigh it places. Decided to try out Pinkberry again today, and was sooo relieved to see that the line was virtually non-existent. (On a Monday at around 5:15pm just FYI). We walked right up to the counter, and were served almost immediately. Tried the cucumber with my original today, and really liked it! It was a bit odd in texture however because the cucumber pieces would actually start to freeze and were hard to bite into. Very unique, but good! read more

Who doesn't love Pinkberry? You walk in to this beautifully designed, cheery environment with super friendly smiley people. Of course there is always a line, but it moves so fast. So far I have tried the watermelon, strawberry, chocolate, salted caramel (seasonal), and original. I like chocolate the best, and when I am feeling thinner I may try the peanut butter. The fruit is super fresh. This truly is the best froyo in town. It actually tastes like yogurt, and if you do it correctly, you can have this every day guilt-free. Just stay away from the peanut butter and caramel choices, and limit toppings to fruit. I wish they would come out with a sugar free option because if you have to watch your sugar intake (halleluiah I do not), you are SOL here. read more

Yes it's very good fro-yo and I don't mind waiting in line for 20 minutes or so but when it's an hour wait it's time to think efficiency. Set up a sample station separate from those who know what they want. Or offer samples while we wait in line. Or have a menu so while I am waiting in line I can explore my options. People say that Yogurt Land is better. And people would be wrong. Pinkberry is easily my favorite frozen yogurt spot in town, chain or not. I do like Mai Berry an awful lot off of Federal and Alameda though. I like the tart, sour flavors, the original is always great. This is one of several new generation (compared to TCBY) yogurt places and there is a lot to like about it. I really do love their Pomegranite yogurt, and they have a great selection of fruit to go on it. On the downside they have a small number of flavors, with even the rotating one often on the odd side (e.g., pumpkin), so it tends to get boring. The result is that if I go after a long time away from frozen yogurt I tend to think of this place in the 4 star category, but now that I'm bouncing back and forth between here and Yogurtland on a regular basis I can't give it more than 3. The truth is that if you want something healthier, like one of their limited flavors, prefer a little portion control, and want a good variety of fruit to put on your yogurt, than Pinkberry is a great choice. If you want more choices then Yogurtland wins. read more

Ah yes, Denver has finally jumped aboard the frozen yogurt craze that enveloped the rest of the country a few years ago. Pinkberry's yogurt and toppings are great. They offer a few permanent flavors and a few seasonal flavors...I guess that's how they get you to keep coming back. So, after driving by multiple times and being put off by the constant line out the door I finally got to try the famous pinkberry yogurt at 10pm on Sunday night, still with a line out the door but a smaller line. Here is the good first: Yogurt was pretty much what I expected except for the Mango Yogurt which rocked my face off, yum. Here is the Bad: There is a constant line out the door and at that time 4 people behind the counter to accommodate which helped run everyone through pretty quick. As soon as I was through the first line I was then asked to move out to another line which there wasn't any room for so it cut diagonally through the store, to a line for the register where now there was only one person and was of course unable to keep up with the stream of people coming off the first line. Here is the really Bad: As I stood in all these lines I saw the girl who later handed me my delicious mango yogurt touch her hair, open hand wipe her nose and then rub here eye, ewwwwwww. I am going to yogurt land next to see if they can compete with the mango because at least there the only person that could gross me out is myself. read more

5 stars for the frozen yogurt and 0 stars (or negative stars if that's an option) for the customer service. We went in this afternoon. The line was out the door which was understandable as it was a nice day but unfortunately there was only one guy working and he seemed pretty angry about the fact that he was the only one there. Or maybe he was just angry in general...either way he was far from pleasant. We got to the front of the line in about 15 minutes and ordered and paid and realized a minute later that we needed two more spoons (because kids). I went up and asked for a "couple more spoons" and he made sure to let me know that he was annoyed by that and handed me one spoon. Nice, dude. read more

I almost couldn't believe my ears when my friend told me that Pinkberry was coming to Denver. But, alas, it is true... and I have gone 2 days in a row. I had always planned on going to Pinkberry when I was on vacation in New York last Christmas, but somehow I never made it around to it. Who would've thought the first time I had Pinkberry it would be in my home state? Not me! Anytime I've driven past this location, there has been a line out the door... a long line, at that. First time I went on a weekday afternoon, I waited for about 20 minutes or so. Second time I went on a weekday evening, I waited for 45 minutes. Kinda ridiculous, but so well worth the wait! The staff is to put it simply, amazing. Some of the peppiness is probably just the training, but I know from experience that when you truly believe in the company for which you work and the product you are delivering, you naturally want to talk about it and explain it to customers, so that they get as passionate about it as you are. Energy and love is contagious, and obviously when you have a great customer service experience, even if the product is not up to your liking, you are that much more willing to go back again and again. I truly loved my customer service experiences here -- all the employees are more than willing to tell you about the company, explain the flavors, let you sample flavors, take group orders, give suggestions, etc., and it makes the entire process a little easier when you don't have some pissed off teenager rudely asking you if you want a mix in with that. The quality of product and taste speaks for itself... you really can't go wrong here. I always prefer to keep it simple with original flavor, and fruit toppings in order to keep the healthiness of the treat. However, cheesecake bites are DELICIOUS! :) It truly is an experience -- from waiting in line, to interacting with the twirlers, to enjoying this delectable dessert... you will love it. I eat frozen yogurt on average 3 times a week. I have tried many places in town but still love Pinkberry the most. The consistency of their yogurt quality is unbeatable. I've had multiple "iced up yogurt" experience at many other chains which I don't want to name them here. Pinkberry has wonderful guest service and I definitely feel like I am welcomed at all time. They also offer great flavors at different seasons. Right now, I'm getting peppermint three days a week just because it's too good!!! What is the hype? The first time is stood in line for 40 minutes! I have to say that it was worth the wait, the second and third times I stood in line for 30 minutes and I have to say that still very good but the newness is wearing off of standing in line. On my third visit, i was so disappointed to find out that they are no longer serving the watermelon yogurt. My only complaint would be that they have to have a better system of serving people. Went in with my wife because we love frozen yogurt. The staff and service was horrible. The staff never greeted us during are visit even when we reached the front.My wife ordered first and they were out of 4/6 topping my wife wanted. When I started to order I wanted to try their original yogurt to verify all the good reviews. The employee told me they were out. No apologies followed. Oh, no...by writing this review, I am officially joining the ranks of the yuppies and the pre-teen Justin Bieber fans, but I love Pinkberry (there, I said it)! It's sweet, light, and contains live and active cultures (I'm trying to convince myself that it's healthy). I like the texture of Pinkberry; the ice crystals are very small, unlike the frozen yogurt at the place in Cherry Creek Mall, which stops just short of being made of ice cubes. The original and chocolate flavors are my favorite; I love topping the original with fruit and the chocolate with brownie bites! The lines are always out the door and I've always had to wait at least 20 or 30 minutes, but sometimes the Pinkberry people with walk through the line with samples (frozen yogurt amuse bouche!) which is a good way to waste a few seconds :) There are only about four tables in the shop, but one always seems to magically open up just in time for me to hunker down with my treat. If you decide that you don't like your flavor or toppings, they really will make you a new one. My brother chose poorly and they were happy to replace his strange creation with something more appetizing. read more

When I saw the line of people out the door so often I'm thinking, Holy Cow, this place must have good yogurt. Well they do have pretty good yogurt and a good variety of flavors, toppings, etc. The only issue I have is the dumb ass way they serve up the product. The counter is set up so people are tripping over each other trying to look in the case as you work with a singe person who pours the yogurt then puts on the toppings you ask for. Well, some people are efficient at deciding what they want and some can't make up their minds so they just stand there causing traffic jams. Groups of 4 or more become a huge cluster as everyone is trying to look over each others shoulder and call out orders. It chaos basically until you fight your way to the register. We have decided to go to the other style of frozen yogurt store where you make your own creation without all the cluster confusion. read more

ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! Not only was the yogurt yummy, and yes I had multiple samples, but the service was terrific. The yogurt at Pinkberry is not only flavorful but very creamy. The man serving us the yogurt knew all of the nutrition facts about each flavor and helped us strategize the best way to fit the most yogurt and toppings in the cup!
