I really wanted to like this place so bad since I live near by but they rubbed me the wrong way in the end. I went in for pedicure w acrylic on my big toe and small toe since I hurt my foot recently . Over the phone i was told it would be $60 but in the end i ended up paying $70 because she gave me Gel and then told me she took off $10 because of the wait.. I did have to wait awhile but it was my first time there so imma go when my day is clear and i don't have plans because im trying a new place. I was there for about 3 hours probably more. First time Pinkies client but will be back! Overall I feel like the nail techs care A LOT about the quality of their work and client satisfaction. I had chewed down my cuticles pretty badly and my nail tech was very careful when applying the acrylic and prepping the nail beds to not hurt them further. I LOVED the way my nails turned out, they're very natural and just the right length. I asked for a star and moon design and they used stickers to apply which made it super neat and precise. This was the second chance I have given this place.. I saw Jon first I was so excited as my friend got her nails done with him and they were amazing. To my dismay he was cold and quiet. And my nails didn't come out good. However I understand sometimes People have a bad day, so I figured I would give PINKIES another try with another technician, considering some of their great reviews. Dory has awesome reviews and when I sat in her chair I was again very happy. My nails were not painted to the cuticle. The sides of my nails were not painted.. I had to ask her to paint my nails.. I apologized for pointing out mistakes & I explained I am soon to be engaged which is why I would really love my nails to be photo ready.. These nails are not photo ready. It feels like this business only cares about getting people in and out. Quality is not included here. I would not recommend this nail salon to anyone ever. However I did call and request a refund and whoever answered the phone was very kind and understanding. And I really appreciated that. read more

Came to this mail place since my usual place wasn't available. Overalll happy with my nails. The tech that did it was very meticulous and cared enough to make sure I was happy. He would ask if I was happy with the cut, the shape, the color, etc. Paid $55 for my gel-x set with removal of old set. Not sure how pricing works since they had it listed for $35+ but I didn't have a design or anything. Maybe the length? I was hoping Pinkies would be my new go-to nail place because gel manicures are only $25! But I think their polish is old or not great quality because it just doesn't last long. I typically leave my gels on for a month. The first time I came, they started chipping in a week but then pretty much lasted the rest of the month. I gave them another try since the price was right and they have so many good reviews. The second time, half of them had chipped after 1 day. I went back and they redid the chipped ones for free, but a week later they were chipping again and after another week they were more than halfway off. They also scraped my nails pretty badly when removing my gels so my nails are not in a good state now. It doesn't feel very clean here as there's a ton of clutter. read more

I came to get my nails filled + change of design and fix three broken nails. Before coming I had texted the number available and got a quote of 50-55$. I went yesterday and they were busy so they too our names and said they'd call us so we went back home however two hours go buy and no call back so we drove back and they had seated others and totally forgot to call us. Afterwards the lady who started on my nails DID NOT DELIVER. She started off by pushing me to get my nails off and start with new nails in order to achieve the look I wanted however she was gonna charge me 10$ more. I ended up taking her advice but once we got to the design she gave me these flame stick on things which was not what I wanted but when I told her I rather the be drawn she told me that would be extra because it would take her longer so basically she wanted to charge me for her time which doesn't make sense since that's already what I'm doing. This is disappointing especially because I asked prior to coming in and wasn't told all this until it was too late. I got these done just yesterday and today MY NAIL BROKE. Unfortunately I wasn't happy with the end result of my nails. The only positive about my nail was the color that I wanted on majority of my nails. To further explain why didn't like my nails ... - The amount of paint left on my fingers ; looks messy - space left in between my cuticle and where the paint starts. - Paint look similarly to nail stickers. - Color was poorly blended specifically on one nail. So overall it wasn't worth paying for the service when the work itself was rushed for my nails to look like this. read more

Don't come here!!!!!!!! I literally waited an hour to get serviced for a fill and a pedicure. My pedicure took an hour then I had to wait to be serviced for a fill which I was informed that it would take another 45 minutes to an hour huh????? How ??????? I'm completely agitated at this point as I watched those who had come after me get serviced and be out without a hitch. I tell the nail tech that I would like them short and to just put regular acrylic with clear polish. She then decides to put opaque acrylic and proceeds to keep my nails the same length. The pedicure service here is absolutely HORRIBLE! The lady cut me so deep I had to disinfect and add liquid bandaid. I had a wedding to go to this same evening she cut me and it literally hurt to walk! I'm not big on leaving negative reviews for places to but this had to be said. I go here to get my nails on my hands because I know who to go to and if he isn't available I will NOT let any of the ladies touch my nails. They just don't listen and are not gentle. I was so upset that she cut me and didn't apologize, she tried to pour some blue liquid on it but I told her no thank you because it didn't have a label on the bottle and I don't know what it was. They literally made it seem like it was my fault for the cut. I kept telling her it hurt, it hurts, it hurts and she just kept cutting away and finally, I jumped almost out the dang pedicure chair. Excellent place to get your nails done! The nail techs I had were very detailed and double-checked with me if my nails were even and the way I want them. They also went out of their to make sure I was truly satisfied with my nails. The lady who did my pedicure was very gentle and would always check-in with me to make sure I was okay, and when she was caring for my cuticles, she made sure it didn't hurt and etc. I was lucky enough to have the manager do my manicure and it was amazing! I sent him a picture via Yelp on what I wanted, and he was able to recreate it exactly. I have never been so happy with my nails. Also, typically, when I get a gel manicure, it doesn't last more than a week/week and a half because they'll just lift and rip off! It's been a little over a week and a half and it looks like my nails were just done! The manager is a genius when it comes to nails, and I cannot wait to go back and get them done again. read more

This has been my go to spot for a couple years. Great prices, great job. It can get quite busy but they are pretty efficient in getting everyone in and out in a reasonable amount of time. The last two times I've come in the tech in the photo has done pretty terrible job of a basic gel manicure. I wanted a fairly simple design (one dot on each finger and a stripe on the other). Instead of making the dot with polish, she glued a crystal and tried to use a line strip in a completely different color than what I asked for. Needless to say, two of the crystals had fallen off by the next day and I went back to have everything removed. Mimi ended up redoing my design. Second experience with the same tech was pretty much the same. Every other tech I've had here has brought a bowl of warm water to soak my nails. Isn't this the standard? She just applies cuticle cream and starts clipping away. I also mentioned that the gel light box was burning my fingers (literally like touching a light bulb that's been left on overnight) and she just told me to keep my hand in. Pretty sure that's not how they are supposed to feel. Needless to say, I will definitely avoid her in future visits. I've had the two younger guys here do my mani/pedi and their attention to detail is outstanding. read more

I make it a few mins before once i walk in I told the lady I had an appointment with John at 11 she looked confused I then show her the text msg where I made the appt, she then gets a hold of John he said he was on his way 20 mins later NOTHING!!!!.
