I've been coming to Quality Nails for a long time, especially after long hospital shifts as a nurse. I usually come in early in the morning either in my scrubs or regular clothes just trying to relax and treat myself to a pedicure. I've always tipped well and normally leave around a $10 tip because I appreciate good service. Today's experience honestly threw me off. I picked the $30 pedicure from the card they handed me. The technician I had today was someone I had never seen before, and the pedicure itself felt rough and uncomfortable. Then when I went to pay, my total was $46. When I questioned it because I selected the $30 pedicure, I was told it was an extra $15 just to paint my toenails. I was honestly shocked because I've never been charged $15 extra just for regular toenail polish. If pricing has changed, customers should be clearly told beforehand instead of being surprised at checkout. Transparency matters, especially for loyal customers who come consistently and support the business. Very disappointed with today's experience. read more

I've been a regular customer here for a few months and usually book with Alice or Andy. In the past I tried Lee, but her pedicures felt rushed, which is why I switched to Andy. Today I called to book an appointment with Andy and was told he wasn't available, so I scheduled a 4pm pedicure with Lee. I arrived early and wasn't greeted until 4:20pm. At that point, Lee told me she couldn't do my pedicure because SHE WASNT FEELING WELL & THEN SAID "SHE DIDNT KNOW ME," even though she had confirmed my appointment on the phone earlier. What made this more frustrating was that she continued doing other pedicures while I was there. I ended up having to see Alice because I didn't want to drive to their other location for Andy. What is normally a quick 1-hour visit turned into a 2-hour experience. This situation felt very unprofessional and poorly handled. If a technician isn't able to take a client, that should be communicated clearly ahead of time or at least upon arrival -- not after waiting 20 minutes past the appointment time. The staff was fast with the service, and they were friendly. I was given fair pricing during the appointment. My nails and toes came out prefect and I love the color. The only thing I would have liked is that instead of the soft Gel-X I would have preferred the regular Gel-X. We also had a miscommunication regarding length, but we were able to figure it out. The place also seemed small. They might want to take some of their stations out to make it more spacious. No air conditioner by the way or they just didn't have it turned on. read more

Called to make an appointment for a dip manicure with nail art the day before. I was greeted with the friendliest of staff right away. My entire service was a little less than an hour and a half, so fast and efficient! And how cute are these pride nails I asked for? Reason for 4 stars instead of 5, woman I had had a shaky hand and cut my cuticles and kept putting nail polish remover and burning the heck out of me, and she gnawed at the sides of my nails with a file so often during the service that I left with slices on the side of my skin as well. I came here based off of all the glowing reviews, so I will absolutely be back and everyone that was getting service done seemed like regulars and left with very polished nails. Whenever I need a nice pedicure, Quality Nails is the first place I go! I usually get gels and they last for months! Love their massage chairs and nail art, specializing in chrome, cat/tiger eye, jewels and other designs. The prices are very reasonable too. Mimi is the popular one doing acrylics and original nail art, but I've never actually sat with her. The other staff are pretty solid and I've consistently been happy with all their work. I got acrylics for the first time in many years by one of the young men there. I was a little skeptical at first, but he replicated one of Mimi's designs perfectly! 4 weeks later, they are all still intact, along with the design and much of the jewels! It's not even really noticeable how much they've grown out since they are a natural color. Eventually, I'll go back to get them removed. Strongly recommend making an appointment or you could wait for hours. Small parking lot and free street parking available! read more
