I enjoy coming here with my husband. There is this lady that always has a smile on her face and the gentlemen that does my pedicure is very delicate with my pedicures, which is a huge green flag. I always make sure to call to ensure they have time for us or a heads up. Also another lady always gives my husband tips on what seems to help others to reduce callus and other tips. read more

The whole experience felt rushed. He didn't put any effort into the design of my nails, didn't let me choose the color, and the nails look nothing like the picture.He was also pretty aggressive in how he handled everything. When I came back to get them fixed, he was outside smoking instead of helping. Very unprofessional overall -- needs to put more care into both the work and the way he treats clients. Very nice place, clean, calm, gentle, and friendly service. Took the girls there for our first nail day together and we truly enjoyed the experience. 12 days later we still have nice manicure/pedicures. I have a very hands on job where I deal with tools and lifting and just lots of gross stuff and the gel polish has withstood all of that on top of gardening/washing dishes, etc. We will be going back regularly for service. Walked into the spa to get a manicure 30 minutes before closing. Technicians were working on clients and they told me they were closed. I asked them how is that possible when i see that they're clearly opened as i walked thru the door. To make it more hilarious, one of the technicians had the comedic nerve to ask if i could come back tomorrow. I have been going here for years but since the previous owner left the shop has gone down hill nails break after two days and polish chips after one. I've been coming to this nail salon for over 10 years and the staff are so sweet. Since the original owner relocated, they can sometimes become understaffed making it hard to be seen in a timely manner BUT if you have an appointment or can exercise a bit of patience, your trip will be worth it. The customer service is there and they treat you like family. They have a new set of ladies now and now they can offer more designs. The ladies here were super friendly and very attentive. The first older woman who started my gel manicure did a FANTASTIC job. She was very kind and had really soft hands! However the girl who did the painting of my manicure, although she was kind and sweet, did not do a very good job. We had to redo my thumb nail, which was fine. But after the manicure was all done, the color is very uneven; dark in some spots on the nails, while the rest of the nail is light and see-through in some areas. Next time I will probably get a full set as opposed to a manicure. Every time I've had a gel manicure done anywhere it has turned out like this. It would be more worth it to get a set of acrylic as opposed to paying $22 for something I could do at home. I'll be back, but next time for a pedicure and a full set! read more

Horrible. I'm a nail tech myself and I went here to get a quick short set and pedicure. They do not do your nails with love. They barely file and shaped. When he was about to fill my big toe he didn't even file off all the parts that were lifting which would lead to your nail lifting very soon. If you are going to charge $80 plus. Please give valuable work. I ended up walking out and paying for the polish removal and acrylic application. I went home and finish the job myself! Highly annoyed that every time I come here, whether it is bright and early or mid afternoon I am either turned away or I see other customers turned away. I came in today and was asked how could I be helped? and when I replied that I wanted a pedicure for my little sister.. I was told that "she couldn't be taken right now, and I needed to come back in 2 hours". I love this bail salon! I'm still fairly new to the shop as ive only been coming here since February however i return every 2 weeks faithfully. All thr ladies and man in the salon are polite and they really take their time and pay close attention to detail. It is also very clean and sanitized! I get a gel manicure and regular spa pedicure. My cuticles are alwaya neat and trimmed ans they listen to yiur requests with respect. They do an excellent job with the gel. Mt nails grow very fast so i get them redone every 2 weeks but my mother goes every 3.5 weeks. I highly recommend this nail shop! While you dont need an appointment you can make one ans just note that there can be long wait times on the weekend but its becauae they don't rush their customers just to make an extra dollar. read more

The wait time and service was good. However, when we reviewed the cash app payments we were charged twice. We went back to get refund and showed her the double charge and she refused to give refund! My mother-in-law went after hearing that we had good service and they charged her for service that she did not receive! They would not give her a refund arguing that she did receive the service! He brought my nails back to life (I came in to get a fill) and they looked better, more natural, and cleaner than the first time I got them done. He is very clean, precise, and takes the time to make sure each nail is perfect!!! I love how natural they look!
