Told Katie I wanted a lilac with silver glitter and she suggested a white glitter so it wouldn't overpower the lilac color and maaann she did her thing and I'm in love with the polish combo. I did get dip polish and I feel the product either was diluted or the technician application was horrible. Everyone who works there is very, very kind and accommodating and they've always been very responsive when scheduling. I have been here twice and my second experience I got a pedicure and manicure. I only wanted to do regular nail polish on my toe nails and I feel like my nail technician was irritated about that and painted them so quickly, without even using a top coat. When doing my manicure (dip), she did not brush off all the dust from filing before putting on the color and paint, so there are literal flecks of dust on my black nail polish. I've posted pictures that I'm hoping shows the flecks. I also have sores on 5/10 of my fingers from the filing. They were bleeding during the process, but are much more healed in the picture. I'm willing to give this place another shot, maybe with another nail technician, but I was sadly disappointed. read more

I called a few days ago to set my appointment at 5 for dip nails. It's been 1 hour and I have yet to be seen. Very unprofessional. No one has the courtesy to check in with me to say they were running behind. I get things happen but it would have been nice to be acknowledged. Done at 7:45 When I arrived they did say they were running behind. When it was 30 minutes in I asked the receptionist if I can get a discount for waiting and the inconvenience. She said of course I would. When it came down to it to pay I was charged full price. I reminded them that I had been there since 5, I had to cancel my 6:30 plans and my whole Friday night was ruined. I had to argue a discount for my wasted time. I was told next time I come I can have a discount but I told them I wasn't coming back. Some man who works there ended up paying the difference. I asked for just 10$ off and I should have said half price This could have all been avoided if maybe I got a call to tell me that they were running super behind and to reschedule. If the owner which is out to meet to discuss this personally I will reconsider coming back because I have brought a lot of friends to your business If I no longer go you no longer get any business from my friends Don't waste your time unless you want to wait. Well I have to say although I like this salon and have had a previous good experience and today my husbands experience was also good, mine on the other hand was not. I asked for a soak off of my gel x nails and manicure. My nail tech was obviously annoyed that they were taking a bit of time to soak off but that's why you soak off to lessen the damage to natural nails. I said I wanted him to just give them a natural shape. He said so round? And I said no, kind of round kind of square... he shrugged and said I'll do square it will look nicer. I said no I don't like square... and now I have weird looking nails that are too short to fix! I won't be back, I'd rather find another place that listens and doesn't make me want to cry when I look at my nails. This is a great place! My nails are sensitive so I always just get regular mani/pedi and it has taken me a couple to try to get somewhere where they do a good job and this place was it! Staff was friendly. I believe it was amiss who did my nails and she did a great job! Loved them! I messed up three nails while I was there and I usually feel bad asking for them to fix it cause most get upset but she was so kind and nice about it made me feel better! I would not recommended this shop for acrylics. I wanted to give them another chance but I shouldn't have. First off, I showed a design that was not too intricate in my opinion to the nail tech and I asked if she can do it. She agreed that she could do it, so I trusted her. She picked the color and I agreed, but it turns out it was a complete different color. When it was time for the design, she struggled a little so I politely asked her to leave them plain and mentioned my nails were too thin for being a newer set. She said they were fine and began doing a different design after I mentioned to leave my nails plain. Not even a day later, 3 of my nails were completely ripped off because of how thin they were. I called the shop immediately after and wanted a refund and a lady mentioned that I could come in to have it fixed and it maybe offer 10 % off. I mentioned to lady that I was currently at the airport and there was no possible way for me to have them fixed. I then asked for a manager and she said they were not in. Not too much time after, a manager called me and mentioned that I could go in and they can offer me 10% off to have them fixed. I do not recommend this shop for acrylics!!! read more
