I came in on a Sunday around 4pm. I didn't realize my usual nail spot is closed on Sundays. I'm so glad I stumbled upon this place! First of all, let me tell you, I'm a simple girl. I get basic mani and pedi with normal nail polish because that's really all I want. Tell me why I get so much judgments on nail salons when they hear that thats really all I want. I got a nasty sermon from another nail spa telling me that regular nail polish don't last long and no one gets them anymore. Well I do lol. But this place is the only place I felt comfortable! Sue did my nails and let me tell you, she's amazing. It was almost closing time but I never felt rushed or judge. She even game a bottled water. I just got clear nail polish on my hands but she took her time and didn't rush at all. I've been to a few nail salons in the area and let me tell you. The customer service here is awesome. I had my nails done here about 1 week ago. I'm in AZ for work & needed to find a place so the desk clerk @ my hotel recommended this salon. They did an awesome job on my pedicure!! BUT, when getting my pedi, I was given a price sheet to choose which pedi I wanted & saw that dip nails were $30 with no tips... cool. Get to the register & the lady charged me $40 and still expected a tip. Needless to say I won't be going back here and absolutely WOULD NOT recommend this place to anyone. I've been coming here since i was a child and its always great to see familiar faces. whenever i do come in, i either ask for plain black stilettos or something inconveniently colorful. I've been coming to this place for 12 years. I came in yesterday 30 minutes before closing. I really just wanted my Mom to get her nails done because she is always working and this was the only time she could come in. They welcomed us both in! I normally get an average looking dip manicures. But this time I wanted something different. It was my first time coming here and I absolutely loved it . A girl named Kathy did my mani and pedi and she took her time so I really liked that because she did a great job. Color #200 hot pink is the one I choose and gold sparkles. It cost me $46 for everything and I left a $5 tip. I don't recommend this place at all. It has a horrible vibe as soon as you walk in. I wanted a pedi and a full set. I soaked my feet for about 35 min, while I sat there a lady and her two daughters walked in they were helped as I sat there. I brought my sister and her friend who were in town for pedicures and eyebrow waxes. Also for my niece and her friend to get their nails for the Justin bieber concert. Well, I feel horrible for taking them here. Lynn has been doing my eyebrows for a while now. Even when she was at a different location. She HURT my sister and her friend. Almost 24 hours later and they are still in pain. She was extremely rude and very unprofessional. She had just finished eating and was smacking whatever food was left in her mouth the entire time. You could also hear her food digesting inner stomach which made the experience even more uncomfortable. Now to the little girls. Unfortunately we don't all speak the same language, but that is no excuse to be blatantly rude and making fun of two little girls who are excited about a concert. There are a lot of overpriced nail salons in AZ but this is fairly reasonable! Sure you're not going to get the glitz and glamor of a high end salon but a mani-pedi can only last so long. That's why I enjoy going here because I can get a decent pedicure for a decent price. If you get a pedicure and you have any callouses, I know gross but it is the desert for a reason, then you will have to pay $5 extra to get those suckers scrubbed off but your feet will thank you for it! The people there are friendly and a basic pedicure will cost you $23 and a mani-pedi will cost you $33. Don't count Nails of the World out, they can be your next treat to yourself. read more

Absolutely Disgusted. My step-mom, younger sister and I came here yesterday to get our nails done. My nails were cut to the point of bleeding and when I asked her to stop she kept going on, and starting talking to her co-worker about me. Second, my sister just had her nails and toes trimmed down, they cut off the skin of almost every finger and nail to the point of bleeding, and when she asked her to stop trimming she just said "oh" then completely disregarded that my sister was in pain. The star above is for all of the great people I had gone to before my terrible experience there this past weekend. And I partially feel bad about giving them a bad review because up until then I really enjoyed going there, but I will NEVER go back. It's been almost a week and I have an infection in my big toe thanks to the terrible lady I got, but believe it or not that's not the worst part! She cut my foot during the callus removal which I barely had any so I have no clue why the hell she scrubbed so hard to the point that it literally broke skin then the acidic callus removal seeped in and I was in tremendous pain for that whole day! Another thing, they claimed to have opened at 11 but when we got there, there (11:15) were already 6 people in chairs that had signed in at 10. So that is fine but they said it would be about 45 minutes, I literally sat in the chair for 2 hours before I was seen then another hour for her to do the pedicure,and I wish I wouldn't have been seen because it was a torturous pedicure and the absolute worst! I won't tell you not to come here, but take a look at what they did to my foot with just a callus remover in the picture attached. I would not recommend this nail salon. The man who was doing my nails recommended that I get a liquid gel overlay (because I have very weak nails) and we went on and on explaining to me why this was the best service for me and why the liquid gel was better than the powder gel or acrylic so I went with his recommendation. After months of getting this higher priced service, another nail tech there told me there was no reason for me to have this service. This was costing me an additional $10 every 2 weeks - for an unnecessary service. I also had some issues with my gel manicures chipping and they didn't want to correct the issues for me even though I came back to the salon within a few days of the initial service. Clearly they are interested more in the money than the client. Poor customer service. Poor management. read more
