Worst service I have received in a very long time. Don't visit this place. Even the manager was not helpful. The nail technician started shaping my nails, I asked for a reshape only on one nail, he got upset and asked someone else to finish my nails. He took his kart and left. I wasn't sure what was happening since he was speaking in a different language. Then another technician came and told me he would not be finishing my pedi and will not be doing my mani because he was upset. I was so confused. The lady was nice but overall experience was not what I was expecting. Had to go back in and have them take the polish off because she didn't cure it all the way. When I first got there and sat down I had to wipe my chair clean from dirt and crumbs and when I looked around I noticed the place was kinda dirty. I got a more expensive service for a longer massage as well as the candle wax part of it total was $68. She did okay on the whole shaping of my nails but the paint job definitely could have been better messy and got on my toes and you can tell where the polish didn't get put all over or cure correctly when you zoom in on the photos. At one point she drop a tool on the ground and then picked it back up and started using it again without cleaning it at all so that was kinda gross. The massage part of was a very big let down she rubbed the middle bottom of my feet in the same spot for most of it and then the tops of my calves. She didn't use any pressure at all just rubbed in the lotion. And the candle wax thing was in the last 30second of the 10min massage. I also got hot rocks for maybe a minute. Me, my wife, and our friends come here to get our pedicures. We get the pedicure plus package and the staff here does wonders on our feet. Between the work they put in and the massage chairs, I come out feeling in cloud nine. The place is always clean and has great selection of music playing in the background. I've been going here ever since they opened. It's a really nice salon, they have a lot of stations and they offer a complimentary beverage with service. The customer service is just terrible now and I don't recognize a single person in there, so they seem to have high turnover. The girls at the front desk are always on their phones and don't pay any attention to you. They also only have two of the four drinks they offer available lately and sometimes they don't even offer you the drink and you have to ask. The lady that did my dip manicure was not nice. She didn't say hi when I sat down, was pretty impatient when I was trying to pick a color and asked me multiple times if I wanted to add tips to my nails for my dip even though I kept saying no. She was very rough with all the tools, cut my pinky finger and didn't really clean up my nails after she got the dip on. She also didn't do enough coats so you can see my nail underneath. When she was finishing, I noticed some white powder on the top of my ring finger. I asked if she could get it off and she said it was part of my nail.....I knew it wasn't. She ended up taking up the top coat to discover that she hadn't wiped all the powder away before sealing it. How lazy. Mind you, I went in the middle of the afternoon on a Wednesday so it was not busy and she was not rushed. I think I will be finding a new nail salon because it's not the same as it was when it opened and the lack of customer service really throws me off, especially for the price. read more

I've been going to this place for the last year and a half. Never had a problem, sometimes a minor problem but nothing mayor to complain about. But yesterday, I had a confrontation with the front desk girl. 1- She was so rude to me, she doesn't even do the pedicure so she has no clue what the costumers talk with the pedicurist. She is just the front desk girl. So I talked with the pedicurist and told her about what I need it. They are usually nice. 2- Another problem I had is that the manicurist was kind of roughed with my nails she cut me a lot, on my toes and fingers. Not a good experience after so many times. Came in first thing as soon as they opened. We were sixth in line when we signed in. Were taken straight to the back as we picked our dip color. My first color they did not initially have but I chose a very similar in color one instead. They have so many dip colors to choose from. They had every technician working including the owner who jumped in and helped repair a ladies nails. He did not hesitate to help her and take care of her. During your services you are offered complimentary drinks from Teacup Boba which is a nice added plus and definitely unexpected. My nail technician-Mimi, was great. I waited (maybe) 10 mins for someone to be available to take me, took the technician about an hour to soak off old dip polish and fill new color. Honestly, best nails I've had done in the valley. I've been coming here for a while. In the beginning quality of service was really good. The nail techs took their time, they listened and were able to execute what I wanted correctly. However, these last few times, the jobs were rushed and a little sloppy (and it wasn't busy). The last visit the nail tech left extra acrylic product around my cuticle and for some reason when I get the almond shape they can't seem to get my nails to be even length or shape. Horrible and a warning to avoid. The wife and I visited this salon for pedicures prior to our cruise. When entering the salon we were rushed to a chair as if they were busy, but only had about 5 clients in the building. We sat in our pedicure chairs for about 5 minutes before two associates came over to start our pedicures. At this time they started to argue about who was going to take care of us. It's understandable, to a degree, being a male with larger feet, but I take care of my feet religiously and they not tore down nightmares. During the pedicure we asked for a bottle of water and did not receive it, being told they don't have any cold. We told them it was no problem, but they said no. For a business who claims you can order Boba, it was not offered to us and we were not allowed to order it. We both paid for the upgraded pedicure package and my wife purchased a manicure with gel polish (no acrylic). They sent someone over to start her manicure while in the pedicure chair, causing her to turn in the chair to reach over, the associate only willing to work on one side of the chair. This removed then entire relaxation process of the pedicure. During my wife's pedicure another associate was hovering over the person doing her nails and then began to speak to him aggressively and took over. It looked as if she did not appreciate him taking his time, as she began to rush through the process. During my pedicure, the lady appeared extremely disgruntle. She huffed, spoke aggressively to her co worker, and even shook her head at me dismissively several times. The front desk associate came over while my wife was still getting her services done and demanded she paid right then, prior to completing. My wife asked why she did not receive the leg massage and sugar scrub that was included in the service. She was told, "if she needs it, they will do it at the end." She then asked how much my wife planned on tipping, loud enough for the entire salon to take notice. We still tipped very well, as it was a situation where we were out put on the spot. We were not going to post a review until we were experienced the lack of quality of the manicure on my wife's toes and fingers in just 3 days. The polish is chipping and has lost almost all of its sheen. I would avoid this place at all costs. For the price paid, you're better off finding a more respectful location. read more

So I got my nails done here, the woman doing my pedicure messed up on a toenail and instead of removing the nail polish she kept going over with more nail polish. This causes the nails to be very thick and bubbly. The foot exfoliator was USED. This can be a very big health hazard if someone else has any type of feet diseases. With that being said my feet were very rough and hard still after the pedicure. I never get my callus removed with the metal callus remover because it's never cleaned properly (in Barbacide) and on top of that my skin isn't that thick. She insisted on not scrubbing my feet too good because that wasn't included in the basic pedicure. And I was perfectly fine with that because by the time I noticed that the exfoliator was a used one I was already ready to go. I messed up by getting a full set as well... The gel polish on top of the acrylic powder ran onto my cuticles so this morning I'm looking at a bunch of crust on my cuticle line. The insides of my nails have acrylic residue because it wasn't cleaned out properly. I'm noticing many nails not having a full clearcoat on it, and almost every single one of my fingernails have bubbles. Usually I would go back to have them repair my nails but I'll just be returning back to my original spot. read more

I should've known not to trust the recommendation of my brother's wife lol but I came here after she highly recommended it, saying they provide "the best pedicures." I got here right after they opened last Saturday and was seated right away, which was nice. In the middle of my pedicure, the customer sitting next to me had her toe cut badly by the nail tech! There was a lot of blood and they had to bandage her toe. I had never seen something like that happen at a nail salon. Now I'm sitting there, silently praying the same doesn't happen to me lol thankfully we were good. However, when it was time to apply the gel polish my nail tech kept hitting my freshly painted toes with the gel light device! She told me it was because I kept moving my toes, but I definitely was not She kept placing the device right on my big toe. As soon as I left the salon, I noticed the gel was bumpy on my big toes. Not sure if it was the application, but I think mostly because she just painted over the smudged polish, instead of smoothing it out after bumping it with the gel light. Monday I wore flats to work, and my polish completely came off when I took my shoes off at the end of the day This has never happened before, with gel or regular polish. i think possibly this was just bad luck on my part, but when i arrived, employees were still arriving & there was a wait (understandable). but then the young lady began stressing due to multiple parties coming in as well as multiple calls. i was eventually sat in a seat for my full set and told that the lady doing my nails is right down the street and would be here shortly. I waited an additional 15 minutes, which was also fine, but the young lady came in, sat down, and didn't say very much to me. The entire time during the service she was answering questions & trying to help the young lady scheduling & giving people approximate time expectations. She rushed through my nails and did a terrible job. i understand trying to get done quickly since you're backed up with customers, but i would have just appreciated a consistent set. The shapes are all messed up & not symmetrical, the corners have not been buffed and are completely jagged & sharp, the actual nail is lumpy and since there was no buffing, as well as very sloped since most of the acrylic was piled toward my cuticle, the texture under the top coat is showing & it looks terrible. there is jaggedness around the nail all the way to my cuticle & my natural nails are completely visible around the sides of the acrylic. I still paid & tipped because i understand they were terribly understaffed & the young lady doing my nails was pregnant. hopefully in the future, their staffing & quality will be more consistent. read more
