I enthusiastically add my 5-star review for this absolutely terrific company. The major remodeling…read morejob they did for us transformed our kitchen and master bathroom in ways that literally improved our feelings about our new house in Roseville. We are still in that phase where we sit and stare in awe at what ADH accomplished for us. This major construction journey began last fall, when I thoroughly researched every well-reviewed home remodeling company serving this area. I only considered companies with more than 4 stars on Yelp and Google. We interviewed and received bids from five of them, and we were comfortable choosing ADH. We now know we made exactly the right decision. Amazingly, ADH came to us with a proposal that included everything on our wish list, and at a significantly more reasonable price than any of the others. We were impressed by their showroom, and we were especially drawn to ADH because it has its own manufacturing facility, where it custom-makes the high-end cabinetry it installs. Osa was our designer, and she was terrific. Osa was easy to work with, always available when we needed her help, and supportive in every way imaginable. Spending at this level, and contemplating at least a month of daily construction in the home, is stressful. Yet Osa assured us and explained the process in ways that alleviated many of our concerns. We felt fortunate to have her at our side all along the way. Every single ADH employee that we interacted with was a pleasure to deal with. Andrey was our project manager, and his competence and calm demeanor throughout were always helpful. Our remodel involved having workers in our home every day for a month. The respect and care they showed for our home and our comfort throughout the construction period were above and beyond anything we expected. I am posting pictures of the before and after, but no photo can do justice to the dramatic difference these changes made to our home. The quality of the cabinets is outstanding, the countertops are magnificent, and the fit and finish of every part this project are first-class all the way. Obviously, I highly recommend ADH for any level of remodeling you are thinking about. You should do whatever amount of research makes you comfortable, but to the extent that customer reviews make a difference to you, know that this customer is an enthusiastic endorser of this terrific company.

Comparing to the other quotes I had obtained the price seemed fair and I felt comfortable booking with them due to their affiliation with Costco. From the consultation to the scheduling of appointments and the installation every thing went smoothly. I had lots of questions and inquires about my project and they responded quickly and were very patient with me. Although a smaller project and my budget was limited I still appreciate the attention they provided to me for the kitchen counters and backsplash renovation. I hope to update my master bathroom soon and will consult with America DreamWorks for that service.

We do Not Recommend this Company…read more We were looking for a construction team that would remodel our very small and outdated bathroom. After reading reviews and interviewing we chose D&J. John Otto (Owner?), came out and assured us we would be working with professionals, the majority of which were employed by D&J, so our project would be seamless. We were expecting a Turnkey Remodel, where we let them do the job with no need for our input or monitoring after all the selections were made for the tile, fixtures and paint. That was definitely not the case. First, a few positives. Each of the many workers that came into our home were always polite. The tile setter, cabinet setter, and hot mop trades were extremely professional and did excellent work. The Tile Tradesman (A+ Tile & Stone), a subcontractor, was a craftsman. He covered everything and actually removed the bathroom door so as not to damage it, although it had already been damaged by the Demolition Team and yes, it eventually had to be replaced. Now a little bit of the experience: The drawbacks were many. Their internal Communication is terrible. No one generally knew what was going on or what was requested by us to the previous crew, with the exception of those mentioned above. One example - Time and again, we asked that our floor and walkway be protected. Finally, after asking again in writing, they put down cardboard, as they were damaging our entryway brickwork, but it was soon removed and we had to request it be placed again. There were many other examples of poor communications. As to actively monitoring the work? They will tell you they have a "Punch List" at the end of the project, so no need to update or monitor the progress. If we had waited for that? It would have been additional weeks to complete. There were quite a few issues, here are a few that We discovered and had to point out to D&J: Removing and resetting the light cans, which were placed in the incorrect spot, not per the Plan. The crew told no one of this move. So that resulted in removing the cans and cutting new holes, patching the old holes, retexturing as well as repainting. Cabinet doors that were damaged, again, No mention from the crew of this, and they had to be reordered, counter top backing not cut/ installed properly, damaged hallway wall to be repaired/ patched/ textured and painted, multiple issues with the Shower Door and Glass as well as the faucet temperature settings, etc., etc. Just those items probably would have required several more weeks to correct, plus it took at least Five visits to get the shower door installed properly, so, waiting for the Punch List? not a viable option if Time is a consideration. Here is an idea, How about have the Lead for the Day Check their work and Note what needs to be corrected for the next day and pass it on? The Attention to Detail was, for the most part, nonexistent. In short, save yourself about $10,000.00 to $12,000.00 and be your own Contractor, and ensure it's done correctly the 1st time. Good Luck.

We had a challenging situation with an uneven concrete subfloor from a prior pipe replacement. Surprisingly, a couple of other companies refused to grind concrete, but it is just standard work with Valley Tile Pros. During the initial walkthrough, Curtis took detailed measurements in his sketchbook, provided competitive pricing, and gave excellent recommendations. He set clear expectations regarding the gaps required for our chosen hex tiles, so there were no surprises. He even offered us a supplier discount, and though we bought tiles elsewhere, we greatly appreciated the option. Based on his website, his knowledge and attention to detail, competitive pricing, and his demeanor, we decided to go with him. His timeline estimation was spot on. Curtis completed the demolition, concrete grinding, waterproof barrier (Laticrete) installation, tiling, grouting, and baseboard reinstallation in just 1.5 days. He walled off the bathroom efficiently to contain the dust from the grinding. His layout skills and careful handling resulted in minimal material waste, and I was even able to return a full box of leftover tile. Highly recommend this master tiler. Curtis was efficient but laid back, friendly, responsive, and cleaned up the work area. The porcelain tile floor came out beautiful - the work of a true master craftsman. We would not hesitate to call Valley Tile Pros again.

The initial consult was professionally conducted, and we were happy to sign right then and there to get things moving. Everything, start to finish, went like clockwork. Communication was good, cleanliness was maintained from demo to last touches, and the employees were top of the line in their professionalism. We had Aleksei Alaev do the construction and installation work and he was just the best. Handled everything really well, and his work is top shelf. Clean lines everywhere, nothing rushed or half-done. Highly recommend anyone thinking of a bathroom remodel - call Rose! Edited to add photograph and also add that we did the painting ourselves, after Rose's team were done. So any imperfections in the paint are on us! LOL PS: We call this room the Bath Cave because it was built into one part of a framed in porch on our very old (1890) house. The window is just for light and will be covered with a privacy film too.

Would not recommend Rose Remodeling - we met with this company at the Home show and set up an appointment- the sales rep (Eric) came out on the 4th in the evening, took measurements, we went over what we wanted and he said he would get us an estimate - haven't heard a peep - don't waste your time as they will waste yours and not communicate - he also kept saying "this is going to be expensive" without even knowing our budget. My husband was concerned that the sales guy didnt act like he knew what he was doing when talking through what we wanted, measuring - then we sat our our table for 15 minutes while he scrolled home depot site showing us shower heads -- I told him he could just send us something as I was losing patience -- so he said he would send us an estimate and left - that was 10 days ago - not an email saying working on it, not a can't do it -- nothing. I appreciate small businesses and want to support them but not to my time and expense. I also understand (from my past experince being a home show participant) that there may be an influx of sales calls, etc..however that is not an excuse for zero communcations after an inperson sales meeting. Poor leadership, sales and attention to detail which unfortunately for the team doing the work could cause more problems. Recommend to owners to be honest - if your sales team doesn't want to do the work or can't - just say so - don't say you're going to do something and never deliver!!! Also, why waste your money at the home show if this is how your sales team operates? If they don't communicate before the project, imagine the lack of communication during the project!!! RED FLAGS! I'm leaving two stars as the sales rep did provide a good picture of work Rose has done in the past that now I can use to show other companies what I want.

We went to the location to see what they have and honestly, the store was huge and had lot of selections, not only on the vinyl planks that we got but hardwood and tiles and any flooring you can think of. Not only did they have lots of different designs, but also different thicknesses and types. Something to note. We did notice that a few of our pieces that we got were damaged and I called to see if we could return them and they said as long as it was not a large return, but they could take it back, but that if the return was going to be a large amount they would have to contact the the manufacturer. We definitely over purchased to make sure that we have enough so we're going to have boxes that are unopened to return and hopefully that goes smoothly. We did purchase our flooring on one of their payment plans of no interest for 18 months so I don't know if that plays a factor. But I will update my review once that happens! But so far we're very pleased.
