the experience, was something, I never want to go through again. was like dealing, with the keystone cops main thing, was getting my medicane at pharmacy. It took 6 trips, to finally, getting what I needed They rushed you out and did not listen, to your needs You could not talk to a live person at the office. I was there over a month ago and wrote a review commending the drs but stated the receptionist was rude and direct. Today I came with my stepdad again. This same rude receptionist was there. She stated he did not have an appointment today and it was in Fredericksburg and that someone online canceled it. I explained to her that the appointment was in Stafford. She argued with me. She said she was gonna try to call someone in Fredericksburg to figure out what happened. She never once in 15 minutes picked up the phone and called anyone. I told her I was gonna call the Fredericksburg office to find out what was going on so I got on the phone with Karen who is the on-call center. This rude Receptionist continued to speak to me and a disrespectful and unprofessional manner. She demanded to take my cell phone from me so she could speak to who I was speaking with. Karen from the call center could hear this rude Receptionist speaking to me in that tone and manner she was raising her voice. While I was on the phone with Karen this rude Receptionist stood up who is very tall and yelled at my stepdad to say, sir, I'm going to deal with you. I wanna speak to you because you're the patient. He did not answer her because I told her for the third time that my stepdad had advanced stages of Alzheimer's And that she was not going to speak directly to him. My Stepdad cannot answer her questions because he doesn't understand them. He was becoming agitated and very afraid to be in the lobby. When I got off the phone with Karen at the call center she still continued to hear this rude Receptionist speak down to me and yell at me and finally Karen told me to work with her because I didn't have any other options. I told her that I was a little afraid to deal with her and didn't want to deal with her. She told me the only way that my stepdad was gonna be seen today is to make an end road with this road receptionist. A receptionist is the director of first impressions. I had a terrible first impression of this Receptionist the last visit we were here which I mentioned in my review in June 2025 today she stood up she yelled she was unreasonable to speak with, and then she proceeded to break down and cry and scream. At that point, my stepdad wanted to just go home. The next thing I see is a doctor, a nurse and two or three other employees at the window without the receptionist there having a discussion with me about what had occurred. It was embarrassing and humiliating what this Receptionist did to us. We did nothing wrong that it made her feel that she was threatened that she needs to cry and scream, and she couldn't be upfront anymore. She blew that completely out of proportion and acted like a five-year-old. I had to ask her four times for the name of the manager in Fredericksburg. She finally gave me that name and took the $45 co-pay. I never said anything else to me. The doctor took us back and she took care of three issues that my stepdad had on his face and the nurse that was in there giving us instructions of how to take care of it she said, would you like to make a one year appointment and I said we will have a step put in this office again as long as that Receptionist is working upfront. She said that's what I thought. When we got in the car with my stepdad, broke down and started to cry and didn't understand what he did wrong. What does Receptionist did today is senior abuse to an Alzheimer's patient and she absolutely humiliated both of us by her childish behavior. We are demanding that she be terminated. read more

Came here one time for a rash on my leg that wouldn't go away, and while the phone staff and reception were always nice and friendly, the doctor threw me off. She was very controlling and unwelcoming even talking down to the nurse that was writing notes for her. Afterwards, she kept apologizing for her behavior and I felt bad she had to deal with this all day Now the Dr was knew so I get dotting your Ts...however to tell me you will call the prescription in at the end of the day after you reviewed your notes is a little much especially when someone is dealing with any skin problem that is itchy and painful. Then for me to have to call the next day multiple times because it wasn't called it is unneeded stress and more time out of my day I hate having to call an followup on you doing your job that you are being paid well for. I had an appointment in March 2025, my second visit. After waiting over an hour, I had not been seen. I rescheduled for the first available appointment which was June 13, 2025. On June 13, 2025, I waited an hour and was not seen. The excesses both times were the doctor is running late, with no apology. I think they schedule too many patients and do not care how long a person has to wait. More patients more money! I will never go there again. read more

It's a joke. I went here after getting an appointment three months ago for some cream, not a big deal but I really need it. First red flag should have been the front office staff. Pizza Hut dishwashers are more professional than they are. They gossip about other patients while you're in the waiting room and are more concerned with their lunch order than answering the phone or helping people. The type that turns off the phones half an hour before closing because they really aren't there to help anyone but themselves. And it shows, literally. The doctor and nurse were both fine when they saw me. But my real issue is that they never called in my script and after leaving numerous messages it became clear that they were blowing me off. I had become one of the people they gossip about in front of patients and let's face it I was super hard to deal with, wanting my prescription called in and everything. WOW! Stay away. I had an appointment today at 1120 to get my moles checked. It was my first visit to this clinic and the first impression was horrible. When I walked in I was confronted by a very unfriendly and rude clerk. She never said hello and the way she talked to me made me feel very uncomfortable. I don't recommend this practice! I was an existing patient, and just called to schedule. The earliest they could get me in was 3 months from now, and I didn't want to wait that long. (I called around and found a practice in Fredericksburg that could get me in within a couple of weeks.) I was part of this practice before Pinnacle bought it over, and it was better then. The switch to Pinnacle has been really negative for the patient experience. It is much harder to schedule, their website is inaccurate (e.g., It has a provider I have seen on the past up there but apparently she is no longer in the practice), and it says you can schedule online but the system isn't allowing me to do that. It is always a shame when these big practices buy out the little ones and then you can never get an appointment and everything is so automated, you lose the personal connection. read more

The office staff do not communicate with each other, they misquoted prices and what insurance is taken and not taken and when I went in for a procedure the nurses had the wrong information and were completely unprepared for an appointment made a month in advance. The dr was professional but careless and obvious that she didn't want to be there. Got severely overcharged and terrible service for a minor procedure. read more

I very rarely write reviews but felt if this will save someone else a headache I will share. I went to see the Dr. at the beginning of November, I was told I would be called within 2 weeks with results from my visit. I never heard back and called about 3 weeks later, they told me that the Dr. would call me with results. Another week later (month at this point) I finally heard that I had some abnormal results and the Dr. would call me. To this day I have still not received a call from the Dr. When I call, the center always tells me they will make a note in my chart for the Dr. to call, and that they cannot help I haven't heard back. My visit itself was fine and the Dr. was helpful and kind, but the communication is so poor I will not be returning. read more

I have been a long time patient of this practice and have over the years had very great visits. Unfortunately some of the doctors have left and the company changed owners. I called today to try to reschedule an appointment for my skyrizi shots that I must have every 3 months and was told by a very uncaring scheduling person that next December was available. My shots are due in July and the cancellation was due to my fathers death not just because I don't feel like going. I am furious and wish there was more I could do to shame this business publicly. What an embarrassment they are for doing this without any regard whatsoever. Needless to say, I left this dermatologist and followed one of the doctors that left. They were gracious enough to understand my situation and fit me in for my shots in July. I am a veteran and even more so I once again feel let down and uncared about. If you're looking for an appointment, I'd strongly suggest looking somewhere else and waiting if possible. I needed to make a time sensitive appointment and they were the only practice that could see me relatively soon. I regret every appointment I ever attended here. I was assigned the new Dr. because she was the only one that had appointment availability. Now I understand why she was available and wondering why she even was allowed to see any patients. My husband's work schedule is erratic and he travels a lot so my appointments included a 40 minute drive and bringing a toddler due to how far out appointments are booked. Some of the comments I received from her were, "I can tell you have your hands full.." In reference to her trying to talk me out of an excision she told me was needed after a biopsy, and waiting 8 months for an appointment. She wanted me to make another appointment with a different doctor since, "You seem very concerned about scarring." After I told her I was concerned about the three locations she did a removal from that are now/still purple red. I've had many removals since I'm prone to moles and they've never looked like hers do and I was asking about their appearance and get a condescending reply. One is in the middle of my stomach! Looking back and reviewing her credentials, I feel its because she wasn't well experienced with removals as much of her experience is hair transplant. She even told me that, "These are the moments you're going to miss," with my toddler as I'm fully undressed on a table in a room with three other women and my toddler is tearing through my entire purse and wallet and throwing everything to include my underwear on the floor and she has a scalpel blade cutting three moles off of my body. After experiencing a traumatic birth, I left that appointment feeling traumatized again. This is not the message to give moms who are making an effort to try and take care of themselves. Not to mention the front desk demanded payment before my last appointment, which was different from the charge from the appointment before that and when asked why it was different they didn't know, so I said I'll have to contact my insurance before I pay anything and she was still pushing for me to pay before my appointment, while my toddler was upset and crying the whole time. Please don't go!! Will be finding a different practice. read more
