My last appt with Dr. Swayze was very satisfactory. I like Dr. Swayze, and know he is an excellent surgeon. In my first couple of visits I felt VERY rushed, and it seemed he did not have time to answer my few significant questions. On my 2nd visit about the findings on my MRIs, he told me VERY NICELY that he had 14 other patients to see after me, and then rushed out the door!! At the hospital before my surgery, I was told several times that he would come in and answer any questions I had. He never showed up, and I was the first surgery on his schedule. The anesthesiologist had to take care of the problem. Which then put her behind. He didnt pop in to talk with my daughter about how my surgery went. He gave her a phone call. These things makes a patient feel like just a number. Especially since I was the first surgery of the day, so he couldn't have been falling behind.​ read more

Dr Zhu, the nurse practitioner and the cast application tech as well as the rest of the staff were knowledgeable, efficient and patient with me and my daughter who accompanied me. I have been seeing Charles for 8 weeks for PT on my shoulder after my rotator cuff repair. He has done a great job helping me get motion back in my shoulder. There were days it has been tough, but he helped me push through it and gave me great exercises to do at home to continue working it. read more
