Dr. Glass seems like a very competent doctor but like so many of them lacks any sense of social skills. I never met him before he walked into the examining room. Looking at the floor, he said, what's going on? No hello no calling me by name, no introducing himself. Stuff most people were taught in kindergarten. What a horrible place to go if you hope to receive any help for what hurts. You will be treated like an inconvenience and how dare you ask them for any kind of actual pain relief. The x-ray tech spent more time and explained more than the "Doctor" - not even an actual MD. All they did was take my money and send me to another (probably an ACTUAL) MD. What started out as just extreme pain is turning into what sounds like a very serious problem, and they think I would waste another day being treated like crap by their staff. Yeah, no thanks. They won't have another chance to talk down to me like I'm an idiot because I'm not a fake doctor. I come from a family of Medical Doctors, and even though they have all passed on, I Do know how doctors should treat patients, and how people should be treated in general. I went to Dr. Michael Hull originally because of a fall and broken bones in my foot. It was a workmen's comp referral. I liked that he was very friendly, explained everything carefully, and was easy to talk to. Today I went back again after 3 years as I have arthritis in the top of my foot. He was just as great as I remembered. He gave me three choices that I could consider to make my foot feel better. I chose to get the shot. He administered it himself after spraying it with numbing spray. I was expecting terrible pain as the needle went in but it was hardly noticeable. Dr Bonnaig is the best doctor! He operated on my husband's shoulder a few years ago and "cleaned it up" (my words) so it was brand new. He just operated on my husband's knee and was very thorough in his explanations. He truly has a wonderful bedside manner and is a skilled surgeon. I am sorry to see the other negative reviews of this practice. The staff at the surgery center were all amazing. Jennifer, the post-op nurse, particularly stands out. She provided extremely detailed post-op instructions and was very patient with all of our questions. She gave us confidence in a relatively speedy recovery. i appreciate Dr. Bilotta's care for my shoulder. The cortisone shot gave me some needed relief for from pain. i was impressed by the Doctors advise for further care for my shoulder. I had advised her that I an involved with stonework. She didn't advise me to stop my work for the time being but she advised me to scoop from the bag of mortar what I need for a smaller area at a time. She took interest in my creations of stone. That seems really minor to some, but I need to continue creating. I'm impressed when Doctors take an interest in patient's needs to not slow down. I have a painful leg problem and they think that they can treat me like garbage because they typed in a wrong number! been to urgent care and primary care, both said my insurance was the best they've seen. Terrible Communication and Follow-Through This office is absolutely horrible about answering phone calls and handling important paperwork like short-term disability forms. I had surgery three days ago, but two weeks before the surgery, I handed in the required short-term disability forms. To this day, neither I nor the insurance company has received anything. Every day, I call the Woodstock office (where I visit and had the surgery). Calls there are either not answered or routed to the Marietta office, which doesn't help either. I've also tried calling the Canton office, where the disability forms are supposed to be filled out, but I'm constantly routed back to either Woodstock or Marietta. It's a never-ending loop. The Woodstock office staff are clearly sitting at their desks but refuse to answer the phones. The same thing happens at Canton. Meanwhile, I'm stuck post-surgery, unable to relax or recover properly because I have to spend every day calling this office just to get a simple form filled out. This situation is unacceptable. Without this form completed, I don't get paid--and it seems like no one in this office cares. Everyone here is getting paid except me! All I need is for someone to fill out the form or provide a reliable way to reach someone who can actually help, whether it's a phone number or email address. This office's lack of professionalism and empathy is beyond ridiculous. Avoid them if you need any sort of follow-up care or administrative support. read more

I recently had knee replacement surgery at Pinnacle Orthopedics, and received great care throughout my whole experience. The facility also has a very large open area for physical therapy. Dr. Land is the best orthopedic doctor I've seen. We sought out multiple opinions for my back surgery, and felt he was the best option. It's been a year since my surgery, all my follow ups went great. He helped me with some other issues that I had come up as well.
