In fact it was the homeowner association who delayed the initial start to give 48 hour advisement to other condo owners that the water would be turned off during the project. They were prompt and professional. I was advised when they arrived and when it was completed and provided with pictures. This was even more important as we are out of town. We were charged $315. The one faucet was fixed but the other one still leaked after they left. They came back a second time with a replacement part. The part didn't fit and we were told we needed a new faucet. They charged us for this visit even though the part didn't work. We purchased 2 new faucets so they would match. They returned to install the faucets. The bill was $815. Total $1,130 !! Really? We called to complain and were told it was a fair price and that they charged $165 hr from the time they left their shop. We were told this was normal or that others charged substantially more hourly. Not true. They did adjust their final bill by $300. DO NOT USE THEM.
