I got a ladder, screwdriver and hammer and removed three downspouts myself He power jetted two drains which he couldn't clear and just ran my hose down the third drain reporting that it wasn't clogged. For this I had to write a $250 check, and when I gently complained about paying so much for no results, I wad told that operating the power jet drain unclogger was expensive After he left I discovered the third drain WAS clogged. He left dirt backsplatter on me white garage door, driveway and garage wall after he pulled the jet out of the drain while under power. I had to give him a couple towels to clean his upper body When he left I had to clean up and replace the downspouts myself. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy.
