The doctor or nurse practitioner - whatever she is - last name Weaver - came into the room and after I said hello she responded with "you have Covid" in a monotone voice. No warmth, compassion or kindness. She told me she was sending 2 prescriptions to my pharmacy. Didn't tell me what they were or how to use them. Then she told me she would be sending me an email of something - I couldn't understand her mumbling under the mask, but I never received it. Didn't offer remedies to help me feel better. No discharge instructions. Nothing. As if I didn't feel bad enough - physically and emotionally about having Covid, this woman made me feel pretty shitty. I can't recommend this place anymore. I certainly won't be returning. I'm giving them 1 star because the front desk people and the tech that took my vitals and administered my tests were all friendly.

They make you feel welcome which I think is nice as usually urgent care centers may come across a bit rude. I have also been able to put my PCP information and they are able to view what occurred on any visit outside of their care, and I really enjoy that because I may not firsthand know what the exact prescription, if provided one.

I asked if he was going to check my throat, to make sure I don't have some kind of infection, his response.. " you've only been sick two days I don't need to check.. even if you don't take the medicine I'm prescribing you should be fine." Later that night at 11pm, I'm in the ER. They give me a steroids shot because my throat was so swollen and give me medications right away for my infection and prescribe me eye drops as well. So no. Not a good doctor at all. Will never be going back. Hope they do something about this since the ER Dr did ask who I went to see earlier that day.

They tore down the old building and raised the lot due to floods but the original parking lots remain. Anyway, the building inside is beautiful, clean and very high tech. Check in was easy at the kiosk. They have plenty of seating on the 5th floor and even a coffee bar. They send you a text to meet your medical assistant at the door. They still come out and call your name. The rooms were nice and fancy with computerized signs outside the door. Very nice complex.

Meanwhile, I am in ongoing pain and unable to move forward with necessary care. I've had to repeatedly follow up on an issue that should have been handled promptly and professionally. Communication has been poor, follow-through has been lacking, and there seems to be no urgency or accountability--despite the fact that delays like this directly affect patients' health and quality of life. I understand that SBCHC is a community health center, but that does not excuse substandard care. Patients still deserve timely coordination, basic administrative competence, and compassion--especially when they are dealing with pain. This experience has left me feeling ignored and unsupported. This was our first time ever visiting Supreme Emergency Room & it was very Impressive Customer Service & Patient Care. We happen to come late night/early morning around midnight on 12/17/2025.... There was virtually no waiting time once my daughter finished the paperwork. The front desk attendant was kind & professional. The nurse was Awesome & went the extra mile to be gentle & explain everything that was going on or being administered thru the I.V. She had really amazing bedside manner, seemed very knowledgeable & kind. The tech that does the Cat-scans & urine samples ect. was also very courteous & kind. Doctor Z. was cool, seemed very knowledgeable, loved how he believes in ruling out the worst things possible and allows the patient to ask questions or to inform him of any additional issues concerning the medical situation. The entire staff, including Dr. Z. had a sense of humor & that was great under somewhat stressful circumstances. I recommend this Emergency room because they treat the patients as well as guests with the upmost respect & kindness. Additional bonus is the snacks & so cool how the complimentary water bottles have their name on it. The Nice nurse & tech introduced themselves but I'm bad at names so forgive me but shout out to the entire staff who worked the OVERNIGHT shift from Saturday (05/17/2025) to Sunday ( 05/18/2025). I was extremely happy with my treatment here, from everybody at the Dr. Desai level on down. I really appreciated the fact that the technician Stefan doing the EKG and CT scan was very patient and answered all my questions and explained things; in fact, everybody was good at that. I found all the staff members to be very respectful, whether that was dealing with a health issue, or respecting my input. The lady named Zi at reception was quick to get things moving and get me treated, very polite. Most people get very nervous when an IV is being inserted in the arm, but that was not uncomfortable at all with David doing it, so clearly, they have very professional people working here. I walked in with quite a bit of pain and walked out without it, and a diagnosis to explain what happened. Kudus to Shawn for his care. Overall, this was a tremendous experience! And I even had a couple doctor referrals which I needed for subsequent treatment and prescription support. I think you'll like being under the care of these professionals.
