My default is to never trust the door-to-door home services pitches. However, when Vivax Pros first arrived, the timing was good as I had noticed some issues with the paint peeling and fascia crumbling in places around the house, as well as leaks in the gutter corners that were also impacting the fascia. When I learned that a trusted neighbor - retired from the large scale construction business - had also used Vivax, i was much more comfortable. Friendly, polite, efficient and communicative all the way through the process. Respectful to the property surroundings and cleaning up after themselves. Multiple walkarounds with punch lists to make sure we were pleased. Great warranty as well. While my fence is also in need of new paint/stain, I've got slats to replace first. Was really looking forward to use this company for an exterior paint job. On day 1 they pressure washed the neighbors house accidentally or through sheer stupidity. If they can't identify the proper house, I'm not sure what else would have been screwed up. Other quotes from companies include re caulking of windows and painting of lintels- not something offered by vivax at a lower price with a higher quality paint. read more

Amazed they completely my home project in a single day. Would have thought it was not possible since it was double coat painting, replacing many areas of wood trim, including the chimney on a steep roof and professional staining of the pergola in the back. Prior to starting the pergola, they had to remove a ton of lights and decorations. But yes, they completed in a single day and painted behind bushes and trees that were touching the trim, truly an incredible job! Great service, neat, on time and great value A couple Sundays ago, my wife looked at the back of our house and said we need to do something and paint our house. A couple days later Vivax Pros knocked on my door and asked me if they could give me a quote. Most of the time I would say no thanks and close the door. Instead, I said sure go ahead. I got a call from a very polite and courteous salesperson a day or two later. I can usually smell the BS from a salesperson, this was not the case and set a date. I looked Vivax up on google, yelp and BBB and all reviews were 4+ stars. Vivax came by and took pictures of a couple hail damaged trim pieces added it my quote. The price quote was great and would use Sherman Williams paint plus fix any hail damage and drive in and putty and exposed nails. We had a deal; Vivax came on the day they said they would be here, finished a day earlier. I returned home after a trip to see my finished house looking perfect.
