Vivax Pros knocked on my door almost a year ago saying that they'd give me a quote to paint my house and that it would be good for a year. I saw a lot of value in that pitch, yet I wasn't ready to have that discussion so I told them I might be willing to think about it in 2025. They were respectful, yet followed up several times. About a month ago, I gave them a call and they promptly came out to give me the quote. Heather explained their business model and project process and talked about how much she liked her job...that each employee had their role and that Vivax is focused on their core competency of painting houses well and to their customers' complete satisfaction. My experience with Heather, project manager, Isaiah, and every other employee I came in contact with was amazing! Also, their paint crews are employees; they are not subcontracted. At each step of the way, I was kept well-informed. I ended up having them stain my fence, as well. I was very impressed by the level of effort they put into prepping to ensure the painting was done to the highest quality possible. We had our house's exterior painted a few weeks ago and we are absolutely thrilled with the excellent job delivered by the entire team at Vivax Pros. We solicited a few bids for our project and the Vivax quote was easily the best value offered. Faith made the decision making process near effortless (and was super helpful in assisting us in selecting a new, brighter color for our home's exterior!). The initial estimates and a few requested revisions were delivered promptly and accurately with clear attention to the detail of our conversations. Once we decided to proceed, Elli made sure the scheduling was quick and easy and the process thoroughly explained. The initial walkthrough was (again) thorough and the project manager, Isaiah, made detailed notes for all points of concern. His team performed all of the carpentry repairs with skill, the prep work was completed quickly and with GREAT attention to detail, and the painting itself was expert. I'm not even certain where to begin. To say this business was great is honestly making it sound too simple. From the sales rep, Andrew to my Project Manager, Isaiah, the entire process and attention to detail was just phenomenal. And the outcome? Even better. Our house looks amazing and in my 8 years here, outside of a new pool this was the best investment so far. The caulking, clean painting and attention to things we cared about including our plants was second to none. The communication was completely on point. We're so used to poor service that seeing it be this good was just an incredible breath of fresh air. If you are considering getting the house touched up, painted or refurbished, you absolutely have to call these guy. I will recommend them to EVERY homeowner I know. The workers worked hard and diligently. The Project Manager was here constantly, asking questions, keeping his team working, and making sure the attention to detail was near flawless. We had a great experience working with Vivax for our home exterior repairs. Our first interaction began with a door-to-door representative who explained the services offered--perfect timing, as we were planning to fix damaged fascia, trim, and gutters that spring. During the initial appointment, two company reps thoroughly assessed our home's exterior, discussing what could be done and the material options available. They shared all the project details digitally and followed up with a clear PDF summary. After finalizing details and questions, we signed the agreement online. The project was well-organized and handled in stages by different crews, with Isaiah Cavada serving as our main point of contact. He guided us through each phase, communicated clearly, and ensured everything was completed to our satisfaction before collecting payment. The process began with a full pressure wash to prep for painting. Materials were promptly delivered by Sherwin Williams, and the crew quickly got to work--removing gutters, replacing damaged wood, and expertly masking and painting all surfaces. A separate team installed the new gutters the following day. We were highly satisfied with the results. Vivax Pros is relatively new to this market and when approached about services I needed - painting, new guttering and roof line wood repairs for my home I - researched Denver, where they started and Austin markets where they have provided services for several years. After seeing good ratings and customer comments there, having their services explained in detail and receiving a competitive cost estimate, I committed to their services. I was not disappointed. Their crews were all business with care taken for the quality of their work. They were respectful of the house and property when maneuvering equipment around to the best positions for their work. They did comprehensive masking of areas when they were painting, to the point where they covered my car that was 25+ feet away from the house to protect it from airborne overspray. They consulted with me on my knowledge of how the property drained to ensure they placed gutter downspouts in the most efficient locations to facilitate good runoff management. This was all accomplished in a short amount of time by the Project Manager, Monty, for the quoted cost. During work, they saw to it that their presence did not interfere with my scheduled activities. We received excellent customer service from everyone that we interacted with at VIVAX PROS. We first met the Project Planner, Heather who was polite and not aggressive at all. My husband was impressed with her knowledge. She answered all his questions, which is a feat. She confidently addressed all our concerns and issue areas and assured us that they would guarantee the work. Our brick house had never been painted and had a few area of rotten wood. Next, we coordinated our selections and project start date with Ellie. She was patient and easy to work with as selecting paint colors can be tricky. She kept us updated so that we knew exactly what to expect and when to expect it. Lastly, Connor was the Project Manager onsite who coordinated his team. He took pictures and was extremely informative about issues they found during the project. He kept us updated every step of the way. He and his crew were fast and efficient and always on time. We recently decided to refresh our home's exterior paint and woodwork. We chose Vivax Pros after researching local contractors and looking at homes in our neighborhood that had previously contracted with Vivax Pros. Overall, we were very pleased with the results. The Vivax Team was very professional, communicated effectively, and our home looks great! Our estimators, Linda and Faith, did a very good job of identifying problem areas on the exterior that needed attention and explaining the process from start to finish. Even helped with paint color selection options. Our Project Manager, Connor, was actively engaged in overseeing our project, interfaced with paint, gutter, and woodworking crews, and provided a daily update of accomplishments, photographs of progress, and expectations for the next workday. The painting crew was very professional and thorough. Care was taken to protect the ground from any spills. Ladders were placed to avoid damaging landscape. We were asked to temporarily turn off HVAC so they could be covered and not damaged during the work nearby, which was appreciated. Any materials removed from the exterior were hauled away at the end of each business day. There was Pride in their workmanship. We would highly recommend Vivax Pros to others. read more

The whole experience with Vivax wently smoothly. There was no pressure from Pete as part of the initial project quote. He appeared to be transparent about what to expect and the cost breakdowns. It didn't feel like a sales pitch. There was plenty of communication from Vivax leading up to the work being done, ensuring the right colors were selected, and knowing when the work would start. Evan was the project manager and kept us constantly in the loop of when his crew would arrive, pictures of the progress (as we were having repairs made in addition to painting), and showing us the results of the stain tests prior to work continuing. Evan was hands on throughout the multiple day project, checking on the quality of the work. He wasn't absent as project managers can sometimes be. It was very hot, but Sergio and Serviano still ensured the quality of the prep work with proper surface cleaning, caulking, priming, and replacement of rotten material when needed. It resulted in the project taking longer than expected, but that was a testament to doing the job right and not rushing it. Surfaces were properly protected from overspray and staining, and they did well to clean up the job site when they were finished. From the initial visit with Ian who gave us the quote to the final visit with Josh, our project manager who did the final walk through of approval BEFORE any payment for the job! And in addition to these two young men, who by the way were so respectful, polite, kind and accommodating, we had Ellie who scheduled the joy and rescued me at Sherwin Williams when they weren't sure about a coupon Vivax provides for sample pain and then Eddie, Denis and Edward who did the actual preparation and painting of the house on of course the HOTTEST days of the year so far in Texas. Vivax Pros did an outstanding job painting our house, and I highly recommend them. The entire experience was professional, organized, and very consultative from start to finish. From the first outreach through the final walkthrough, everything was handled with care and attention to detail. Everyone showed up exactly when they said they would, which we really appreciated. Vivax Pros did an amazing job on my home. They replaced all the rotten wood on the exterior of my 1935 home, they painted every visible surface, and they also stained my fence! What I liked about this team is that they showed up and left on time every day, they worked non-stop, they went above and beyond to scrape off old paint - prime the house - seal every crack and hole - tape up and protect each section they painted - and paint everything with care and precision. Just had VIVAX PROS (vivaxpros.com) come and lead the outside painting of my house done. The work was led by Memo as the supervisor and Connor was my onsite project manager. They came in and replaced rotting boards on the outside walls (over 30 years old), chalked all the seams between the new and old boards and windows and doors, as well as replaced the old trim around the windows and doors and then painted that. Also, a shout out to Dylan Buckner who did the estimate and helped us pick out some new colors (after 20 years they needed to be changed). He arranged for test quarts of the colors they recommended based on talking to my fiancé and me and we made the final options and laid everything out with the crew. The guys were here on time each morning even with a delay caused by the Texas summertime showers but were able to knock out everything in 2 days as they promised. We recently had our house repainted, and siding redone. The crew was outstanding. Ellie got things rolling for us and Julio and his team were incredible. I recently had turf added and windows replaced in my home. They went above and beyond to ensure that everything was worked around and nothing affected our new remodel. Julio's team were flawless in touch up's and made sure we didn't have any issues. After remodeling our entire home I didn't expect the painters to be the most careful with the job but turned out to be the best part of our remodel.
