It has such a nice layout, they have a water fountain area thar feels like a mini Bellagio (Vegas Strip) water show. This space also has the Luxe Movie Theater and big play area for kids. They have lots of great eateries like fancy Italian, Mexican, Shabu Shabu as well as chains like Yard House and Dave N Busters. Also, they have lots of shopping options, Whole Foods, and a plethora of other stores. Our favorite stops include the Humphrey Slocombe ice cream shop, Wine Bar and Barnes and Noble. The only reason for the 4/5 stars is how hard it is to park on the weekends. Stop by sometime, you'll have a blast!

But there are other stores here along with restaurants and coffee shops. Seems like this is more of a place to hang out at to me. They had live music the time I was here. I got lucky and found some street parking, but make sure you feed that meter, the Berkeley meter patrol doesn't play. They are waiting for that meter to expire and they circle this area a lot!!

It was a like a big picnic for the community. It had an electric vibe. The live music was great. There were food tents lined up with different cuisines and other vendors. I decided to stop by the Asian Snow Ice tent and ordered their Mango icee. It was refreshing. I will be back.

I was wearing a top from one of the stores and jeans from another shop there. I popped into each store and was ignored by everyone in the first place and watched as if I might shoplift in the other store. I had only my phone in my pocket and no bag at all. It was uncomfortable-making and I left both stores, which were understandably empty. The place is delightful as a location for walking around with kids and dogs. Lots of food options. But the stores are not as friendly as other locations of the same brands.

No, I don't like those at all and they are popping up more and more. People are diving bigger and bigger cars and the spaces are getting smaller and smaller.... what is going on with that? Nobody loitering - looked like a great neighborhood in Concord. Still, would like more interesting stores - I guess San Francisco is the only city to make it so hard for chains to move in?
