I had a pretty great time here! The instructions the day that I went were a little hard to follow towards the end, but it was an abstract painting. Abstract is hard to instruct! I LOVE all of the employees here, especially MJ! Very very friendly ladies here. They made this such a wonderful experience. Brought more water or wine if you asked, brought more paint if needed. Very helpful and polite staff. Help guide your hand if you were struggling with any portion. A lady next to me showed up late and MJ spent one on one time catching her up which was great. Decent wine selection. Very clean bathroom, and the whole place in general. There were cubbies to store your belongings so they do not get paint on them. They have smocks here which not all of these types of places do, so huge plus. Had a blast! I plan to go again some time. read more

I was so excited to see a paint and wine place opening so close to my house! The location is ideal, right in the heart of downtown Brea, making it easy to meet friends for food and drinks before or after the experience. There's so many amazing things about this establishment I don't know where to begin! You go online and can view the upcoming paintings so there's no disappointment or surprises on what masterpiece you create! And it's only $35! When you walk in, check-in, and someone directs you to the cubbies/shelves for personal items, to grab an apron, and the wine/ beer bar. I think the gentleman who checked us in was named Evan. He was awesome and circulated around the room as we painted. The process is simple. The instructor, also awesome, I can't remember her name, literally goes step by step, exposing colors and shapes or strokes. In between the directions the music gets pumped up and you can chit chat and have more wine and beer! Upon my third round of wine I asked the bartender if he was the owner and indeed he was, and his wife co-owner was also behind the counter. His enthusiasm, passion, and joy shown through, which is why I had a hunch he ran the place!!! They were both so friendly and you could genuinely tell they wanted everyone to have a great time!!! Our session was 7-9pm, but we ended up not finishing until after 10! That is definitely not a bad thing. It was so fun! I will definitely be back again. When you leave there's even a coupon for a return visit! Great marketing!! I highly recommend everyone try this experience! My friend asked me to join her group yesterday afternoon & I had such a wonderful time I wanted to share. Pinots Palette is always a fun night (this is my second time going) the step by step instruction, supplies, friends & wine make for a fun time. I really think this location stands out from other one I've been to. The owner was on site, he served as bar tender & was very knowledgeable about the wine menu he then assisted the instructor and employees, even walking around with a tray of Giradelli chocolates at one point. The environmental so warm & hospitable, we enjoyed the music & the trivia game during the break. Super fun night & I love my masterpiece! My husband and I were looking for something to do for a belated Valentines night out. The owner Lucia was so nice and able to accommodate us even though they were fully booked!!! We got a little table just for the two of us. The bar area in the back had a good selection of wines & beers and snacks (which we were so happy about since we skipped dinner!). Total time was a little over 2 hours but it goes by fast. And more importantly, we both have a little souvenir to remember our night out. Awesome!!! I have been eyeing this place for a very long time.. Me and my SO finally made a reservation last night for some fun. The person who checked us in was very nice and pleasant. She showed us where we will be seated, and on our table is the canvas and paint brushes and the paints. She also showed where the aprons are and of course, where the bar is. You have to checked-in yelp to get a free glass of wine (it's technically $4 for a glass of their house wine but if you checked-in yelp, then it's free). You can also get a discount for their bottle of house wine should you opt for it. They also have some appetizer available to pair with your wine. The instructor was fun. We had some black lights on last night. The owner of the place (bartender and the lady who greeted us) were also there to assist during the painting if you ever need help. Everyone was having fun painting, singing and drinking wine. I would love to this again! It's worth the $35. I highly recommend this place. Bring over some friends or family or your SO. 21 and above only though.. It's great for some grown-up time. read more

Last night was my 2nd Saturday in a row at Pinot's Palette. I celebrated my 25th birthday last night. I was in contact with Lucia who was extremely accommodating for my group via email leading up to the event. We painted the vintage peacock and were hosted by Danny, Minsun, and David. They took care of us by providing instruction, motivation, and of course drinks (which are an additional cost, but still a relatively cheap 7-11$/drink)! The location is terrific. The ambience is comfortable and clean. I joined the Pinot's Perks reward club and will definitely be back! Feedback from my group was appreciative and positive. Very impressed with this place, the art, and the instructors. We were able to bring in our food, and they served us various drinks.

Unfortunately, I was unable to actually experience a class here due to the pandemic but I've heard it's lovely. However! I wanted to rate them based on my experience interacting with them. I originally had a class scheduled with a friend in late March, but obviously things were put on pause. They tried to refund my card however I had gotten a new debit card since then. I was willing to get comp tickets and then use them when they reopen. But now with things still closed, I am moving soon and would be unable to use tickets, so I asked for a refund on a new card. The first person I talked to said I would get a call back, which I wasn't holding my breath for. But the next day, I received a call from the manager and she offered to send me a check in the mail! It was very nice of them, even though it means they're losing money. Thank you for doing that for me, it was greatly appreciated and I would recommend them to anyone purely how they treated me! read more

I attended one of the sessions at Pinot's Palette for the first time and my best friend and I absolutely loved it! Although I hadn't picked up a paintbrush in nearly 10 years, the instructor is super talented in helping you achieve, no matter what your level of artistry. You can follow along or do your own thing when it comes to the painting. You can bring your own food if you like, but they have snacks available and the wine is phenomenal. The vibe of the room is so happy and fun, definitely recommend this to anyone looking for something new to try out and will be returning. read more

Came here with a group with 11 last night for my birthday. We had such a great time! A few of us were a little worried about painting- seeing as we can't even draw a stick figure. However, the artist takes you step by step to create such a beautiful painting! The wine was flowing and the upbeat music makes it all the more fun.
