Such a fun place! Have done a "paint and sip" at other places, but the vibe here was very welcoming and fun! The wine was really good too, and the instructor and owner were super friendly and helpful. Happy to have some Halloween artwork to add to my home decor too! Great for solo folks, groups or couples celebrating a special occasion or just wanting a few hours to express your creativity!

This was my first time trying a paint and sip and I had soo much fun. I love how everyone's paintings end up looking amazing no matter what. I felt like the pace of the class was perfect, they were playing great music, the employees are friendly, and the drinks are strong. For the materials you get and the overall experience, I actually think they are fairly priced. This is the perfect activity for couples, friends, literally anyone. Just know that you might not end at the time they state. Our class ended up going over around 20-30 min so keep that in mind

Our group had a great time at Pinot's Palette. We were originally scheduled months ago but things happened that we have to reschedule and Pinot's Brea was kind enough to accommodate us. The staff were very nice, we came with no painting experience and end up going home with a masterpiece. This is a great date night as well as bonding time with friends. Highly, recommended.

Came here a few weeks ago with my bestie for a wholesome Sunday! It was a lot of fun. I have no creative bone in my body so I get intimidated over activities like these but our art teacher made it so easy to follow. Jessica was our art teacher and she was amazing! She explained the steps really well and gave everyone enough time in between. She also came around to assist us. I was very much struggling with the trees and she came to help, which I appreciated. All the other workers were great as well, they have a great team at Pinot's Palette. They also have a bar to paint and sip, we skipped this one since we drank during brunch already hehe. Make sure you come early/on time to the event you sign up for, it's kind of distracting when other painters come in really late. I also feel it's an inconvenience to the teachers. I definitely will be back here. Highly recommend for a wholesome activity.

I used to come here pretty regularly back when I lived in the OC, but hadn't been in a few years since moving. Tonight I went back for the first time in a while and I remembered why I love this place so much. I have tried other "paint and sip" nights at places closer by, but nothing has ever been as good as this place. The staff are amazing, the atmosphere is great. I have taken art classes in the past so I'm definitely not a complete beginner by any means, but there is so much encouragement and support no matter what your experience level is! I've taken friends here who have had little to no experience with painting and everyone always has a great time. I also love how supportive they are of creative freedom; not only are they happy to supply other paint colors so you can add or change things however you want, but they even encourage you to add your own flair! Tonight was a very cute date night painting of two little ghosts holding hands and being all cute, but I was attending with my brother rather than a partner so we decided to make our ghosties be in the middle of a bitter instead and they were so supportive and enthusiastic about our silliness. I literally cannot say enough good things about this location and the people who work there. I will definitely be trying to get back into the habit of going more often!

In the heart of downtown Brea. Such a fun experience! Perfect to unwind and discover your inner artist. Don't be intimated if you have no painting experience. The instructor provides easy instructions you can follow along. If you get stuck, you can ask for help. There will also be breaks in-between for you to catch up on the painting sections. You'll learn how to use different paintbrushes and color blending. It can get a little messy but they provide you an apron. They also sell drinks and wine! Easy to book online! You can pick which painting you're interested in and schedule the date. A session is usually ~$40 and they supply all the materials for you to use (canvas, paint, paintbrushes). Great for a girls night, group outing, celebration, and date night. I'm already thinking of scheduling another painting session and can't wait to come back!

Great Music and Host! Definitely a fun time for friends , family, or co workers ! Who knew my inner artist would come out and shine!

Love this place so much! The staff is super nice and helpful, and they make painting easier than it's ever been. The drinks are good and not overpriced and it's just a really good vibe in there.

Took my girls here this morning. I was excited for them since it's their first time. As for me, I wasn't looking forward to do a kids painting (too easy) but when I expressed that to staff, they told me that I can paint something else. It made my day!! I would def bring my kids back. Such great staff this morning. Thank you so much. Best experience ever.

Happy about a completed project and a relaxing environment.

I'm tapping into my inner Bob Ross in this safe environment to be creator/non-conformist. The instructor is so encouraging with step by step instructions and all materials provided for you. My favorite part is a completed project with no clean up.

After an amazing brunch at Toast in Brea, we continued the birthday celebration at Pinot's Palette. It was my first time attending a painting class, and I have to admit, I was a little nervous--especially with a few drinks already in my system! The theme was Fall/Thanksgiving, which was perfect for the season. I thoroughly enjoyed the entire experience, and it lasted longer than I expected in the best way. The instructor was fantastic, giving everyone plenty of time to work on each section of the painting. In hindsight, I wish I had asked for a smaller or different brush, as I struggled a bit with the ones provided--but now I know for next time! The host made the event even more enjoyable, frequently coming around with candy and taking pictures throughout the session, which were later displayed on the TV. After we finished painting, they were incredibly kind, offering to take individual and group photos, as many guests were celebrating special occasions. Overall, it was such a fun and memorable experience--I'm already looking forward to my next painting session!

AMAZING! We had the best time here ever! The staff was truly incredible and so attentive. Would definitely come again! Super patient with my party as well. Definitely come here! I love the creative freedom they give you too.

It was a great entry level class but the end result of the painting turned out better than expected because of how great the instructor broke it down. The wine is a great price too. Nice to experience once here and future ones at home if you'd like

Their pieces change through the year, so it's nice to come back and find seasonal things to paint. They close at 9:00pm, but we've found ourselves here for a few hours, so plan accordingly! The only downsides I've found are after the firing process is done. Some of our old pieces from when we first came a few years ago have crazing, which makes the pottery unsafe for food or drink. If your piece is for decoration, it should be fine. I haven't noticed it on newer pieces, so they may have adjusted the way their fire them. The second thing is that all my pieces, new and old, have pin marks from being supported in the kiln. It prevents a smooth surface, but also, I've noticed it's an entry way for moisture, which makes it unsafe for food and drink. One of my pieces held onto moisture after washing it because of the pin holes. All this to say, it doesn't deter us from visiting. We still love coming to Kitsch and will continue to visit. Its a great place to catch up, go on a date, or just hang out.

It does get really busy,…read moreso a reservation (or at least calling ahead to see if they can hold seats on the day of) is pretty much a must. The Brea location has more seating than other locations I've been to, which makes it a bit more forgiving if you try to do a walk-in. Reservations are made online and cost $5/person, which goes towards your total. From a large palette, you choose five colors. Sometimes if a friend and I want to use the same color, we'll just put it on one person's plate, which ends up giving us more color options overall! There's also a guide on each table with tips for different ceramic painting techniques. There's a cup of various styles and sizes of paintbrushes, and you can also request for a thin bottle for writing or detail-work. You get two hours to paint, but I've never felt rushed with either picking my piece or during the actual painting process. The staff here are always so attentive, courteous, and helpful, which makes the whole experience even better. I've noticed that when it gets super busy and you need a paint refill and someone hasn't come by, don't be afraid to raise your hand or walk over to someone, everyone is super friendly. They have a great selection of pottery, and you just pay the price of your piece plus the flat studio fee. The space is clean, and I love that they also offer outdoor seating. Since it's right in the middle of downtown Brea, it's fun to people watch and enjoy the vibe outside on a warm day. They'll occasionally have special events or deals too, like student nights with a discounted studio fee.
