And then got an apple fritter as well; these tasted fresh and they pull apart beautifully. My son doesn't eat anything right now but licked all the cinnamon sugar off of his claimed donut. The apple fritter was one of the better ones we've had. All in all, this is a wonderful little spot and I'm glad we happened upon it. Looking forward to our next visit.

For bread this good and of this quality you cant touch this price at any of the stores I frequent. And when I say it is a large loaf, it's a LARGE loaf versus other sour doughs you get elsewhere. The store itself is really not much to look at where there is a pretty sparse order counter in the front where the bakery is clearly visible in the back with racks full of fresh bread clearly visible from the front. Nice! This is a clear example of substance over style which I so appreciate as most businesses dont do this anymore.
