My account manager was Tina, who was so helpful, accommodating, and patient. The former owners and staff were consistently gracious and friendly. Unfortunately, the experience has changed significantly under the new ownership. The service feels mediocre at best, and the added charges--such as $2 to print a return label and another $2 just to use their tape to seal a small box unless you purchase a full roll--make customers feel nickel-and-dimed. For better service and a more customer-friendly experience, I'd recommend going to UPS or FedEx instead.
