When the technician looked at the fridge he quickly realized it was a different issue. They worked with LG, got the part and rescheduled quickly. Alex came out with the new part, wore a mask and shoe covers, and had the fridge fixed in no time He was friendly and efficient and made sure the area was cleaned up before he left. They call and send texts confirming everything so we never had to guess on timing. They fix all appliances - not just refrigerators, and I will definitely call them again.
