Very great and place to have parties and just for hanging out with buddies and playing to your heart's content! The staff is very kind to the customers and the service is amazing. Bowling is really fun especially with all the games. The food is delicious and all the games are very fun and rewarding! They even have other activities such as laser tag and bumper cars. My friends and I went to this place for the first time and it was a blast. I never would have imagined there would be bumper cars or rock climbing at a bowling place! Today I made my 3rd trip to the Las Colinas Pin Stack. 1. Visited about 3 weeks ago with Grandkids. Funtime for them and I was so excited to have the location so close to my home. They were excited too. They live near the Plano location and love it. The food was amazing. However, very slow in getting out the food. So not a 5 Star Thank you for such a great experience and good food. 2. My husband and I had just flown back into DFW. After my great food experience I suggested we go to Pin Stack for dinner. We waited for over 30 minutes for our food. Our server Kelly was not at all concerned with how long our food was taking. She did not keep us informed on the status with no apology. Needless to say we were very disappointed. 3. Today. I decided to give Pin Stack one last chance. I brought my 2 girlfriends. We had Bethany as our server. She was wonderful. Checked on us several times as 2 of us waited for our friend. She stopped by and provided us with drinks as we waited. As my friend was about 10 minutes late, she asked if we wanted an appetizer. Which we ordered. We got the pretzels. They were amazing. However, our food was taking longer than expected after we ordered. Bethany was consistent in checking in on us and made the whole experience relaxed and fun. Then the manager came by and I shared with him how Bethany saved the day. I explained this was my last test run on the service there. Bethany saved me as a customer. The food is great but I feel they are working hard on training the servers to ensure they understand how important a connection with the customer is part of their service position. I'm still excited about having Pin Stack in our City and want to invite everyone to support them through their growing pains. The investment will pay off for us all. Went for a evening of bowling and play on Saturday night with my husband and two kids and we had so much fun!! Lots of updated and new games in the arcade and everything looked really clean. And their prize room was awesome! Way bigger and nicer than Main Events. While the kids played me and my husband decided to grab a bite to eat, and the two girls at the front were super sweet and helped us get sat as soon as possible even though the restaurant was almost all the way full because of the cowboys game. And our server was really attentive and took great care of us. (wish I could remember his name!) Only bad thing was that bowling wait time was 3 hours so that was a bummer but it's a busy Saturday night so that's understandable. Overall, a pretty good experience! We enjoyed a wonderful experience at Pinstack Las Colinas last night for my daughter's 11th birthday party. Unfortunately, due to the season and timing of our planning, only a few of the many guests invited were able to attend. Those that did were running late, stuck in a traffic jam. The hosts, Mia and Leslie, were incredibly sweet and accommodating. They helped decorate with the supplies we brought, and kept everything in the room in the optimal place for serving and staying organized. The most valuable characteristic they had was their empathy towards my daughter. On a very busy weekend evening in mid-December, with only a quarter of her invited guests able to make the party, they made her feel like the most special person in the building. They asked their manager about giving us a bit more time in the room due to the traffic delays, and the manager Kaitlyn was so gracious to come offer this to us. They all had smiles on their faces and helped us move items to another table in the bowling area later in case more guests arrived later, so they would be able to eat. Even the employees we encountered in the gaming areas were smiling and genuine. You can tell this is a place that values and rewards their employees for great customer service. It was such a pleasure to do business with them and I'm still blown away by their graciousness and spirit of fun. Thank you for making a party that could have been a disaster into a truly special experience! We will definitely return! read more

Took my family here for the first time last night! Oh my gosh we had a blast! I enjoyed the high ropes course with my 6 year old son. My 5 year old son had so much fun playing in the arcade...and those were some pretty fantastic prizes he earned after redeeming his tickets! Great atmosphere and tons of fun for the whole family! The only reason I'm not giving this a 5-star review is because we spent more money than I planned to in less than 2 hours. But that's our fault for getting a little out of control...too many fun activities to enjoy under one roof! read more

Overall a terrible experience. Upon arrival, we were told it would be a 30-min wait to eat. When we decided to leave minutes later because our little ones were hungry, they followed us out and told us they could suddenly seat us right away. Then the quality of the food was super disappointing. My kids' chicken tenders ($8) were not only overdone but very obviously burned on the outside, yet they still felt they were appropriate to serve. The Moscow Mules we ordered were totally inconsistent. The first time they arrived in a cocktail glass with mint (odd as that is), but the second one we ordered came in a copper mug. The dishes sat on the table until we specifically requested that at least some of them be cleared so we had space to even sign our bill. Then the family restroom was awful. Super dirty and no soap. Needless to say, we won't ever be back. read more

Awesome restaurant, bar and entertainment place. More upscale than other places like Bowlmor or Main Event. Bartenders are attentive and know their stuff. Excellent food and ambiance . Their VIP room is often rented by many of the Dallas sports stars . We went for a company outing and we were pleased with everything and our group had a blast. Food service was awful! It took an hour for the waitress to take our order. When we needed her for refills or condiments she was nowhere to be found. Then we tried to get the managers attention for assistance. He looked at us and then deliberately walked away (he was standing 2 feet from our table). The food was nothing special.. I get better service at McDonalds than I did here. Do yourself a favor and eat somewhere else before you come here. read more

We visited on a Sunday afternoon and got sat right away. The place itself is awesome but I am giving a 1 star for the service in the restaurant. Our waitress never refilled our drinks. I even got up grabbed the pitcher off the bar and refilled our waters. My sons food came out 5 mins after everyone else's and when she brought it she asked if we wanted dessert. Dessert? Awful Customer Service from Cindy-We will never return to Pinstack-The Pinstack located in Las Colinas/Irving lacks customer service skills. A "manager" by the name of Cindy is very unprofessional and unethical and needs immediate proper training. My daughter hosted a kid's birthday party on a Friday evening for at least 12 kids. I went to the bar area and purchased a drink and asked the bartender if I could get a table and a menu, (no one was waiting for a table and there was enough tables and booths available), the bartender, without hesitation cleaned a table and had us seated, we also asked a server if we could get an additional table for a few other adults from the party to sit and dine with us, the server allowed us to connect a table to fit a total of 7 adults and one infant. We ordered our drinks and were looking at the menu. Suddenly, I was approached by a "Manager" by the name of Cindy and she told us we needed to move from the table because we weren't on a waiting list and didn't ask her to be seated. According to Cindy, people were waiting on tables, I was very surprised that she would make such request because there was many booths and tables around us available for seating. Cindy was very impolite and bad-mannered. My family and I felt extremely humiliated as everyone in the bar and restaurant watched what was happening while she just stood there asking us to move from the table, her offer was to seat us at another table after a 10-15-minute wait. My family and I decided to leave, there was no point in sitting there while she continued to stand there telling us we needed to move. I am in total disbelief at what my family and I encountered with this "Manager" Cindy. The way we were treated was very inappropriate and disrespectful. Cindy's attitude and behavior towards us and the way she handled the situation, indicates her ignorance and lack of education in her management role. It's very clear that she does not understand a customer's perspective. While we waited for the kids to finish in the gaming area, we noticed that the same table we were asked to move from was still available and no one had been seated. CINDY needs better training, she is very unprofessional, and she needs to understand the true meaning of customer service!! My daughter will never have a birthday party there again and we will never return to Pinstack. read more
