Came back here today after hearing about the Tokyo Station rebranding, it was pretty disappointing. Not a lot of games on the free with admission side, the new Japanese games are boring touch games. The other side was mostly claw machines where you pay per play, even pinball are now pay to play. The claw machines' prizes look cheap little items. The old Free Play was better, this Tokyo Station is just not good considering you're still paying entry fee, we only stayed 1.5 hour and left.

Brought our 9 yr granddaughter here for the day and we all had an absolute blast. So much so that my arms were so sore the next day from basketball, skeeball, driving games and pinball that I could barely lift me arms. Will definitely be back soon by myself so I can play more pinball and drink more beer. Great addition to Arlington. See ya soon.

$10 for all you can play all day arcade games? Heck yes! Oh and full bar and food? Double heck yes! Games range from pure retro 80s to modern Japanese rhythm games. And a dozen or so pinball machines including RUSH!!! So yeah, go right now and spend the day!

super fun place for a date night or just hanging out with friends, comparable to Cidercade in size and game choices for only $12 daily admission. drinks were cheap and delicious (i think my fav was the red one, forgot what it was called) arlington is really on the come-up nowadays thanks to places like this

So much fun in one building! When you first walk in it doesn't look that big until you make a left and it is endless game playing. They give you a wrist band for all day entry! See the pics for specials! Order your food and drinks at the bar and grab any open seat. We went on a Wednesday and they had half prize pizzas. The kids enjoyed them, but for teenagers they needed more. They also give a discounts for military and first responders.

Never had the food but drinks are good and at a great price point. Place can be a bit crowded at times. Tons of fun games- great night out!

Good vibes with friends. Plenty of games. I haven't been here in years. They updated it. And now it's a game bar basically.

General manager had the capacity to credit account/card that was already paid for a month ago, EVEN WITH our proof of purchase. THEIR system wiped all transactions the day and time we originally visited, but they chose not to give us a refund or provide credits. GM even said he has the authority to give us credits, but he didnt want to. Made us wait for 30 min just to tell us to go through our bank. Visited about a month ago when the system was running into issues. They recommended we try reloading credits into the card to see if it worked, which we did: $110. It didn't work. We came back today (1 month later) to see if the system loaded our card and it never did, but our payment was posted. Looks like the day we originally visited (10/18), the system recorded NO transactions from 12PM-3PM. We provided proof of payment via credit card transaction, but due to them not being able to "verify the transaction" on their end (because their own system was down???) they could not credit our card/account. The GM was absolutely useless and noncooperative even with physical evidence of our payment. He literally told us he has the authority to credit our account, but was choosing not to. Wasted 30 min of our time with no rectification under the guise of "finding proof of transaction" with a system that malfunctioned and couldn't work bc IT team was not even working (on a Saturday). Powertripping leadership with no care for customer experience. Fun venue but lack of service ruined experience

He only apologized once my sister told him not to touch my nephew and that he is disabled (autism) but he never tried to apologize until my sister confronted him. My nephew still wanted to climb as he wasn't aware what that man did to him was unjustified and wrong. My sister went to the manager and explained the situation but the manager (picture below: woman with short black hair and glasses) said that she was watching everything and began saying it was a parents responsibility to watch over ones child, my sister agreed with that and said that either way the man had no reason to push my nephew and that the correct response would've been to talk with her about it. The manager insisted their employee did nothing wrong. My sister recorded everything and told the manager this and also told her she wanted a refund. We went to the front desk and the manager came back with a completely different story now, she said that she spoke with her employee and that he said he never pushed my nephew. My sister then reminded her that she said she had been watching everything. She is a liar who didn't bother looking at the security cameras after my sister asked her to. She never bothered with any kind of apology even though her later statements imply she wasn't present at the time of the incident and she wasn't even sure about what had happened. This was overall a terrible experience that could've been resolved had the manager taken some responsibility and had not tried to justify the actions of a grown man towards a child with autism. This goes to show that they do not care for any child disabled or not. They don't train their employees to handle children with care and respect that they deserve. The employee didn't even know how to properly harness my nephew who despite all his excitement was standing still, he had to ask my sister to help him. From the manager to the red head employee, all of them handled this wrong and I will never come back. I hope everyone is careful with their children in their care given the manager was willing to defend a man who's first instinct is to push a child instead of talking to a parent. My sister was right next to my nephew when everything happened, I was sitting right there too and my nephew's only emotion was excitement even after he was pushed. Do better ALLEYCATS and employ better people for the safety of children.
