They have an outdoor patio with fire pit, humongous bar, light bright bowling alley, indoor bocce ball and rooftop patio with bocce ball and pits! Something for everyone and perfect for small or group gatherings. I enjoyed brunch and enjoyed is an understatement. The crispy Prosciutto Eggs Benedict was plentiful in portion as well as flavors. The two biscuits were larger than I expected or could eat and the prosciutto wrapped asparagus perfected the dish! The oatmeal was too thick and not hot enough but I loved the dried cherries and spicy pecans! I will add milk if I get it again. McKenzie is an excellent server and responded to our frequent requests with a graciousness that stood out. Also, they are currently suffering a fly infestation. You could see every table swiping at the flies. We ordered the prosciutto and fig flatbread, the chicken bacon avocado pizza, and the buffo cauliflower appetizer. The chicken pizza was really good. The Buffalo cauliflower was tasty but very, very spicy with a lovely blue cheese sauce on the side. The prosciutto fig flatbread was so salty that it was inedible. He was inattentive and had very poor communication. He did not ask how I wanted my burger cooked , brought my mimosa out with the meal and the glasses were dirty. Good came out very slow. Just very disappointed, I had a reservation link that I used from a previous not so great visit but this took the cake. I came. I saw. I won't be back. The 2 stars are pretty much for our server. She was nice and that was probably the highlight of our visit. I ordered a glass of Pinot Grigio and was told the house wine was the best selection. One word... TERRIBLE. My friend didn't enjoy her glass of whatever sweet red was recommended either. I think it's safe to say our server wasn't a wine expert, as these were both her recommendation. Luckily I ordered the crab cakes and got to enjoy those before the attack of the bugs. I visited as part of a group of coworkers. We had an hour to bowl because there was a large party coming down to play after us. We then enjoyed dinner in the restaurant. We wished we had been able to have more time in the bowling area. We were having a grand time. The food that I received was quite good. I ordered the espresso crusted fillet mignon. I tasted more pepper and salt than espresso but the meat was perfectly cooked. I could have sliced it with a butter knife. The broccolini was well steamed. Not overcooked. I was dissatisfied with several aspects of my experience. The food both in both terms of selection and quality. For the price I wasn't happy with the selection offered- should have been much more items, and the quality or freshness of the items there left a lot to be desired. The shrimp cocktail wasn't even peeled, they were out of prime rib 4 of the 5 times I went to try to get it, and the line for omelets was really long and only had one person preparing them. The chicken fingers were so over cooked and dry, and the pasta dishes/ pizza looked like they were made hours ago and no one eats it. The service was embarrassing I had to move plates from our table as no one was bussing, but worst of all our server didn't even keep up on drinks- we sat half the time with empty coffee and our whole water bottle and glasses empty. The ambiance left something to be desired as well. Wants to charge $35 for brunch like it's good quality, but one single unisex bathroom downstairs, then upstairs feeling like an empty banquet hall. Half the "dining" area was empty yet we were told to sit in the bar or wait. Just overall not somewhere I want to bring anyone for dinner. Maybe bowling and grabbing a drink is fine, but don't overcharge so much for mediocre food and service and expect people to come back read more

Tonight I had an excellent experience at Pinstripes, we were sat right away without a reservation. My server was very nice and personable as well. The food was great but more importantly I loved how they went the extra mile with my niece. The manager came up to her and gave her a medal as well as the server giving her a complimentary dessert. A swanky take on bowling! This was my first visit to pinstripes- it was a friday night so I made sure to make a reservation prior to coming. We reserved a lane for 2 hours and had tons of fun. The bowling game has a touchscreen controller with plenty of options and variations on your classic bowling game. The cost was $29 dollars for shoes and 2 hours of bowling. Our waiter was prompt and polite. I ordered the chicken sandwich with jalapeño slaw and fries- really good overall. Perhaps a little too much jalapeño slaw, but I just picked some of it off. I was slightly bothered that I was eating finger food while touching shared bowling balls.. The germs phone in me died a little inside. I would've liked to see hand sanitizer or hand wipes out for customers to use while eating. Overall really enjoyed my time at pinstripes! This is based solely on Sunday brunch. I have ordered food from them for dinner which I enjoyed, so keep this in mind as you read -- it is purely about the Sunday Brunch and nothing else. - Made a reservation for brunch on a Sunday and they called me to let me know that the patio was closed because of rain. I appreciated the effort there. - The brunch buffet was not on par for the value; yes, there was a lot of everything, but the everything wasn't that good. I don't want flatbread pizzas and flabby chicken tenders for brunch. I want brunch items like eggs benedict or omelettes (which, I will say, they had a decent omelette bar), some shrimp cocktail or other fresh seafood. -- The seafood that was on the buffet was severely overcooked -- The bacon on the buffet was either undercooked or burnt to a crisp -- The "waffle station" was a hot waffle iron with nobody manning it and a buffet serving container filled with burnt waffles that were also, somehow, soggy and flabby at the same time. There was no butter on the station, just some whipped cream with a spoon, something resembling jam, some Nutella and two community syrups in those squeeze-type bottles usually used for ketchup and mustard. -- They charged me full alcoholic drink price for a non-alcoholic bloody mary -- My server was really sweet, but she didn't bring me a water until I was almost finished with my meal (and I didn't ask, but usually you bring that first). I can forgive this because I ordered a sparkling water at the onset. -- I posted about this experience on Twitter and, unprompted, got an email from the manager which kind of creeped me out until I realized that they probably did their research to determine who I was based on my Twitter account and my email address. Then, I was really creeped out and felt stalked on social media. But my biggest complaint? I'm deaf as hell and the music was really loud. The style was what I'd describe as "a series of dubstep Earth, Wind & Fire and Adele remixes nobody asked for" mixed with "today's hits". If you look at my yelp history. I've never given a bad review, this is definitely my first. I'll start with the good things about this place so you can see that before I tell you about my experience. The prices here are very reasonable and the food was delicious. Now for my experience: My husband and I were pretty excited to check this place out. We made a 4:15pm reservation. We arrived at 3:30. Had two drinks each at the bar and then around 4:05, I approached the podium and paid. I was told to come back up at 4:15. No problem. Finished off our drinks and came back at 4:15. Lane wasn't ready. Again, no big deal. So we waited about 10 or so minutes and then went to our lane. Our lane quit working 5 minutes into the game, and was down for over 30 minutes. It was finally up and running and we both ordered one drink and the truffle fries (which were delicious). We were given an additional 25 minutes added back to our bowling time. Not really the most impressive way to apologize to me, but at least they tried to give me some of my monies worth. Our time ended on the lane, and as I'm sitting down to put on my shoes (it could not have been more than 2 minutes after our game ended) the host came over to the lane and told us that she needed us to move because she needed the lane. The lane was late to begin with, then the lane broke, I've spent a decent amount of money between the drinks before hand, during and food....and I couldn't even lace my shoe up before being asked to leave. Pretty ridiculous. When we turned our shoes in, my husband said something to a lady who said she was one of the managers & she offered to buy us a round of drinks, but by this point we just wanted to leave...it wasn't even fun anymore. My bartender while waiting on our lane, and our server in the bowling area were both extremely polite and professional. Went here to not only dine at this location for Sunday brunch for the first time this past Sunday 12-29-24 - in fact it was our first time dining her at all. The brunch sadly was not edible and not at all worth what seemed to be a reasonable price of 35 dollars a person. Everything .. EVERYTHING .. on the buffet line was cold in the middle. The buffet stations are deceiving and appear to have hot food available but that is not the case .. tried sausages and the cheese ravioli and both were cold in the middle .. even the sausage gravy which was in what looked like a crock pot was cold. This made everything other than the omelet station worth it - since those were made fresh they were the only hot item we had for our entire dining experience. They ran out of prime rib frequently and the slice offered (1 per person per visit) was over 50 percent fat. This was a total waste of time and money. Our server Candace was excellent so the one and only star given here belongs to her. read more

MEAN MANAGEMENT I was here on Easter Sunday 4/9/2023 around 5:00 and came with a party of 6 and two toddlers. I have to say that the food was great and our service was even better. The place was packed with huge parties and our server Dennis was fantastic. He came from a fine dining background and he was kind, fast and the best server I've ever had here before. At the end, we had been waiting for our check for a really long time (20 minutes or more) and we asked what was going on. Our waiter was incensed. He informed us that the manager was holding our checks and wouldn't let him deliver them to us until our table looked better. The manager said our table looked like a dumpster. Holding our checks only hurts the patrons who are waiting to leave. What kind of management is that? I get he maybes hoped we would give Dennis a bad tip but we were all angry at the manager and gave him better tips. Treat your staff better. Your loosing a great server and everyone knows hospitality employees are hard to find. read more

Never had an experience like this, and I don't mention that in a good way. We dropped by Pinstripes with another couple this past Tuesday evening. They weren't particularly busy. The waiter, David, was friendly so we tipped him 40% on our half of the total $138 bill. After returning home that evening, I noticed we were charged not only our half plus the tip, but redundantly charged the entire amount of $138 again. Now I understand mistakes happen, but it's the complete lack of help in getting this addressed that has made this a terrible customer experience. I called Wed at noon to explain the double charge. The hostess said that she'd have the manager call me back to rectify it (I don't remember that manager's name). Didn't receive a call back. I called again Wed evening and asked to speak to the manager on duty, mentioning that no one had called back. That manager, Mike, was apologetic and said he would call back with a fix in 30 min. Again, no call back. I finally called today at 1pm. Mike was the manager on duty again. After asking for Mike, the hostess returned with the message that Mike was too busy with guests to talk to me. And yet, they have happily kept out money. I will now have to call my credit card company to resolve the matter. It should never have come to that. read more

Loved the setting and environment, was seated right away in the 'bistro' section which was fine. Didn't seem too busy but everything did seem to take a while to get, water, drinks from the bar, never did get that bread, or our place settings, or that second plate. So after waiting a bit, we felt invested and decided to try for an appetizer anyway. Of course, the one we chose they were out of, okay, guess we'll try a different one. 5/18/19 Ate in Pinstripes' nice outdoor eating area. Waitstaff available was not at all sufficient for the volume of customers. The kitchen was also unable to keep up. The drinks (Moscow mule, limoncello and Long Island iced teas) were good. We just spent too much time waiting for a refill. Ordered the small Cesar...not bad, but not special. The margarita flatbread was pretty good. The highlight was certainly the short ribs, along with the mashed potatoes that were included. Even the veggies were delicious! The manager was outstanding! He was nice enough to give us credit to try the ahi tuna when we return, as they were out of both dishes we originally wanted. 10/13/18 Awesome atmosphere. Nice view of Pinecrest area. Love the atmosphere but the service was horrible. We were a party of 8 for bowling. We ordered a lot of food and had to ask for plates and utensils multiple times after the food was served. We had to also ask for more water multiple times and then gave up after they didn't bring it. This place needs better service. At least provide the basic stuff. We spent over $500 between food and bowling and left thirsty since they never brought us more water after asking multiple times. Trying to be fair with this review; honestly, there is a lot of space here for group gatherings, which is what brought us to Pinstripes in the first place. If this review was just about the atmosphere and service, it would rate higher. However, I think the quality of food takes it down just a little bit. I ordered the margarita flatbread, which was very crunchy, to the point that it cut my mouth up. Also, not a lot of toppings on the flatbread (mostly just crust and a thin spread of cheese). The feedback from the rest of the group was mixed: some loved their dishes, while others were disappointed. Again, I think it's a great place to bring a group of people and have a game of bocce ball or bowling, but maybe stick to easy menu items like burgers. read more
