Easter brunch - The carving stations and the omelet station was on the first floor. Guests on the second floor had to take elevator or steps to access these food stations, stand in long lines so the food was cold when they got back to their table. The wait staff was wonderful. Once again Pinstripes did not disappoint, lunch today was absolutely delicious, each dish that was ordered came from the kitchen well prepared. Our server today was Brittany she was precise with the orders very attentive all while working the bar as well, thank you Brittany. I been to Pinstripes three times for their brunch buffet and I've enjoyed each of my visits. The offerings include traditional breakfast items such as waffles, bacon, sausage, potatoes, and an omelette bar. There are also non-traditional breakfast items such as pizza, Brussels sprouts, chicken tenders, macaroni and cheese, and a salad bar. Dessert offerings include a chocolate fountain with strawberries, marshmallows, rice krispies, brownies, and cookies. Honestly, the buffet is so vast that I can't remember everything that was offered - which is a good thing for those who enjoy buffets. My most recent visit was for a birthday party so we were in a separate room. Our server was friendly, attentive, and prompt. That said, I would recommend Pinstripes for the brunch buffet. However, be aware that the brunch is very crowded/busy; reservations are highly recommended. read more

Stopped in for a late dinner. Pinstripes was one of the few places in the area that stays open late. We walked up to the bar and were tended to quickly. We weren't supper hungry so ordered a couple of apps and drinks. We had the bbq chicken flatbread which was good, had a little kick to it from the chipotle crema but it was really good. We also had cheesy polenta which was good. I wasn't expecting the polenta to be the consistency it was as I am used to more of a wet/soupy consistency and this was firmer but still good. Pinstripes is one of our favorite low-key restaurants for a quick date night. We've even brought our children before. The menu has lots of options including sandwiches, pasta, flatbreads and hefty sides (such as a delicious baked mac and cheese with house-made cheese sauce!) We always make a reservation ahead of time on their site but are typically able to reserve something an hour or two prior unless it's a weekend at dinner time or a holiday. Suggestion for Pinstripes: please bring back the complimentary bread service! On our last visit, I was disappointed to see food all over the floor but overlooked it knowing that's not normally our experience. read more

We had catered event and since this was my second visit thought food would be on par..the apps were good fried cheese and spanokato triangle, main course wow so much disappointment over and I mean dry pucks for sliders, mac and cheese which appeared to be pasta tossed with cheese that barely melted no sauce at all (1 person in group kept stirring looking for something to flavor the pasta). RIBS were excellent and chicken was good offering. Salad had no dressing just splash of oil and Brownie was dry not really very good. Glad I did not have to pay, only plus side. read more

This review is based solely on the restaurant side of this place. We did not bowl so I cannot properly review the bowling side. Anyways, my friend and I stopped in here for a late brunch last weekend. (Saturday). We were seated right away. On Saturday's they do unlimited mimosas for $22/person which is a great deal, IMO. My friend and I didn't do that, but it seemed like a lot of people around us did! Our waiter was very kind and helpful. He seemed to check in on his tables fairly often without being overbearing, which I appreciated. I ordered the lobster and egg bruschetta and my friend ordered the egg white omelet. We also each ordered a side of crispy potatoes and my friend also ordered a side order of mini Belgium waffles. I ordered a Diet Coke to drink and my friend ordered an orange juice. Our food came out pretty quickly and everything looked and tasted fresh. It was delicious. I will say the potatoes were not oven roasted as opposed to crispy, but they were still good. I would definitely stop back here again. The only reason I docked a star is because on the ground floor (where bowling and Resturant is), there is only one bathroom. It's a very large space so I thought there would have been more restrooms. The upstairs has more restrooms but when I went upstairs to use the bathroom, there was no one utilizing the upstairs space. It looks like it's an event space, but it just seems like a waste to have alll of the bathrooms upstairs. Just my two cents. read more

Nice food, decent service, good presentation, interesting surroundings. We stopped by Pinstripes for a lunch and were pretty happy. We shared a Chopped Salad, and ordered Lobster and Egg Bruschetta, Blueberry Waffles, and Margherita Flatbread as our entrees. We enjoyed the salad, and--to save description time--there wasn't a lot of conversation once the food arrived and nothing leftover to take home. This suggests that everyone enjoyed the meal, plus we did not have to stop for additional food on the way home, which is always a plus. If you stop by for a meal, take the time to do a little exploring and see the bowling alley and second floor. We just went for food this time, but might stop by to play some games sometime soon, depending on the prices. read more

Came here on a date to mainly bowl and the experience was meh. My date who is a bowling expert said the lanes were not oiled and were not completely level. I didn't like the score display--why can't they display every player and their score side by side on the screen by frame so all is visible? The display was awful. The food was really good though! I got the meatball polenta appetizer and the portion was big for a starter! Taste was delicious! The restaurant atmosphere was upscale and nice. read more

So I drive all the way to Pinstripes during there brunch hours on a Sunday. I was not aware only brunch items could be ordered. The Pinstrips location is beautiful ... Pinecrest is a nice plaza. However, customer service is lacking !!!!! I'm in town visiting family and was very disappointed with my dining experience. We were seated and it took awhile for us to be served. A young lady came over and took our order for drinks. The blueberry mash drink was decent and refreshing. The server who eventually came over needed more training. I advised him I have an allergy to dairy. So, we discussed my options. I ordered the spaghetti and meatballs . What came out, was a plate of pasta! ?!! Then that's when he told me the meatballs has dairy. So, I ordered again .... I ordered ribs with a sub of asparagus. It took a while for it to come out. Not once did the server apologize for his Mistake nor was I comped for the delay in the food preparation time . At least take off my meal or throw in a free drink! I will not return ... read more

We met some friends for an afternoon at pinstripes. It is in a newer and there is a higher end Mall / entertainment area known as Pinecrest. The first thing I noted, going there on a Sunday afternoon, was that parking was an absolute premium. I kid you not we walked about a quarter mile once we found an available parking spot. Maybe that's a good thing because of the popularity? Anyhow it is an indoor bocce ball bowling alley and restaurant. Not an entirely unfamiliar concept. we had reservations and they were not that busy so we were able to get into our to alleys right away. We were greeted by our server and she took our drink order and got us some appetizers. Almost immediately the alley we were assigned, Lane number one, began to malfunction. It was shut down about every third ball that was thrown and they would have to come and reset it. Over multiple attempts by the manager to keep this Lane running they had to move us to a different Lane which meant my killer bowling score had to be reset and we had to start a fresh new game. keep in mind they had to move us to a lane where someone else was assigned to so they had to wait until we were done bowling our game which made it kind of uncomfortable. after we were done bowling which actually was kind of cool because you can automatically raise and lower the kid Gates but the aliens were not would they were seemed to be some sort of plastic material. Our party sat and I ordered a burger which was mediocre. Wasn't bad at all but wasn't knock your socks off good either. Overall we had a fun afternoon and it just kind of sucked that we couldn't get a solid game of bowling in without some sort of interruption. read more

Sunday Brunch Review I will start my review off with a positive. The food was decent. Unfortunately that is the only part that I can say something good about. The service was not good. We sat down and our table was dirty (sticky). Our server brought us one carafe of room temperature water so it only filled up our cups half way. We didn't receive anymore water until half way through brunch. Drink service was a bit of a mess too. Took 20 mins to get what we asked for. I enjoy music but I felt like I was in a night club. We couldn't even hear each other talking. They tried to charge us 20% gratuity. Their website said 8 or more and we only had 7. The website shows an appearance of a nice restaurant but our experience was very otherwise. read more

I hosted an anniversary dinner for my parents last weekend. Although most of the evening went well, I was totally HUMILIATED when our server decided to share the bill with several of the guests! NO ONE except the person hosting should have been made aware of that info. Kudos to mgmt for reaching out about the matter, but what good does a simple apology do? I had TWO managers reach out but none offered any recompense for the incident...just a promise to re-train the staff--like I would ever want to plan another event here! First and probably last time. Food was good. Service was average. The table was dirty and sticky when seated. The staff assisting the servers and the staff working the host stand could use some customer service training. We dined here Wednesday 6/2! The food was amazing I had the Brussels sprouts as an appetizer and they are beyond amazing. We had drinks and bear and hands down the mixologist are amazing. We had the rib-eye and salmon as a meal. The ribeye was in special for 18 dollars. The ribeye charged at full price but I received a credit without asking on my statement! We used a Groupon so we were really tripping the service was worth the value. Tip: if you use a Groupon make sure to tip well they all work hard! I can't wait to dine here again. Met family members here to celebrate a birthday. We had reservations as we had a large group. We received excellent service from our server Darlene, and the food was delicious. The food was spectacular. The gluten free version of the pizza was excellent. Hard to find a good gluten free crust. The salmon was accompanied with a cucumber dill sauce. Great accent. Only draw back outside of being loud on the first floor there was ONE BATHROOM which was co-ed. So literally one bathroom for anyone bowling on any of the 12 lanes or playing on one of the two bocce ball courts or eating in the restaurant inside or outside area or drinking at the bar or sitting at the counter. There are more upstairs but only ONE downstairs. Math doesn't work!!! I did ask on my way out to confirm. The food would be a 5. The atmosphere a definite 5. Service a 5. Bathroom availability took it down to a 3 Just left from brunch and I took my rating up to a 4. If you leave hungry it's your own fault. There is something there for everyone for breakfast and lunch. If I was able to leave a 0 star review I would, came here for bowling and quickly learned that they take absolutely 0 care of their lanes. The manager stated that they oil them on sunday, but they must take all the oil off on mondays. Water is dripping from the ceilings and overall was a terrible experience. read more

I have been comming here for food and drinks since the restaurant opened. I typically love suggesting it to other people and bringing friends here. In the past the service and food was amazing. Recently the service and food has been terrible. I have come on multiple occasions since the service has been getting worse. All of the times recently when I come I am displeased and embarrassed that I even suggested comming. Today I came in with a few friends and had to send 4/6 plates back to the kitchen. This place doesn't miss! Making it a staple in my top restaurants for Cleveland because I've been during lunch, brunch, and dinner and each time the experience was amazing from start to finish. The open windows gives a very light and open air vibe but it's closed and cozy. The service was very attentive and fast with food runners being on point and servers having great recommendations. My sister is very picky and they were very accommodating to her difficult taste buds and indecisiveness not knowing what to drink and I have pregnancy cravings that were easily met! Highly recommend! Very interesting place and I can understand now why the reviews were all over the place. Hostess area folks were not friendly at all but our bartender was very friendly. Such a huge place yet it seems like not a lot of room with people literally next to you. Great menu of drinks but frequently heard the bartender saying we don't have that ingredient. Wait to get a spot to sit but miss happy hour by minutes. Enjoyed live music but the songs were a slow and hallmark commercial type. Just a weird vibe. But the bartender was friendly and she was eager to clear a space for us at the bar for drinks and appetizers. The wings were amazing. Excellent flavor and fell off the bone. Excellent. Pricey for a half dozen. But they were really good and worth it. The flat breads were great as well. Cooked perfectly with fresh ingredients. Bowling and bocce area looked nice.
