Drinks come from the in-house "Cantina" and lean into the theme without feeling gimmicky. Food runs off the menu from the Wobbly Olive, the main bar hidden behind a door in the same spot, and it held up. The Outer Rim Provisions menu had solid options. The biggest surprise was the noise level. You'd expect a themed cocktail bar to be loud, but you could actually hold a conversation. Our server was on point, brought drinks fast, and even remembered the names of the people we were with. I've been to JZ's longe in New York, and I live in Los Angeles. I know the difference between a lounge and a bar. Lounge in the Village only has tables/chairs, and a few booths. The bathroom was clean which was highly appreciated and they were quick to provide toilet paper when I told them they were out. The dj played the music really loud when we were singing karaoke, so we couldn't hear the singer. When I went up to sing I asked her to turn it down so I could hear myself and she got an attitude. Before karaoke began the dj would put a good song on and then cut it off and put a lame song on and patrons would sit down. She was not reading the room at all. I don't think I will go back there. I was in town for the weekend and my friends wanted to go there.
