I purchased a car from Pioneer auto broker,in Tucker,Ga. on August 21, 2023. I Purchased a jeep grand Cherokee 2012 came with a warranty. 3 months into this car and the problems after 2-3 weeks of just driving car. Problems #1 started September 2 car started running hot the red light came on I'm at my mechanic to get it checked when light came on he, suggested that I take it back to the dealer he did not want to touch it. I called Pioneer auto broker the sale man RB that sold me the car I also talk to his partner I stated that I wanted to bring back car to exchange out and he said bring it to his mechanic to check it out I did that and his mechanic said there was nothing wrong with the car just needed the engine to be flushed out and to keep it for a day to check it out. ok we pick up car next day, me and my husband was going out of town but we didn't trust taking the jeep so we rented a car when we came back in town. We drove the car around the corner to take the rental back and my jeep started smoking; I took it to the car shop. They stated that I need a water pump and a thermostat and they called the penn warranty and they said they were not going to pay anything though it was specified on the warranty sheet to be covered. Probl'em#2 The air suspension signal came on the dashboard. I put out over2,000 and now they found another major problem #3 air bags that was said by jeep dealer will cost me over7,000 to fix at this point no one has made go on customer service at Pioneer Auto Broker or my car. I tried to make good of the lemon car deal that was sold to me. and to add insult, I was sent in the mail a certified letter, stating that they did not want me to contact Pioneer auto broker again because I was harassing them. I'm in the service business and I believe that customer service is high on my level and even if the client wrong I go above and beyond to satisfy the client. I always go the extra mile when it comes to a client it's important when you in business. read more

Took my Honda Fit to Pioneer Auto for detailing. The owner sure likes to sell his services. He kept promising to make the car look new. After 2 hr 45 mins, I get my car back and it looks like all that was done to it was vacuumed and an engine wash. The agreement was to vacuum, shampoo the upholstery, wax, and engine clean ($100 + $15 for the engine).The seats were fully dry so I highly doubt they were shampooed and still had pet hair and some white residue. The sides or dashboard was not wiped since there was dirt and stains. There was still loose dirt in all the corners. And there's some type of oily residue left on my mat. Yes, the car looks much cleaner than before but the work done was not a detail. It was just a basic vacuum and wipe down. The owner didn't charge the extra $15 and offered to have the person clean out the dirt but I didn't have additional time. I also don't trust his work for the cost. I basically paid $100 for my car to be vacuumed. read more

I bought a 2002, BMW from Pioneer last winter. It was a clean car with relatively low miles. I was provided a Carfax, and a basic history of the car. The salesman was honest about the car, and did not pressure me to buy it. I bought it "as is" and I did end up having to put money into repairs. I thought it was kind of worth it because the interior and exterior was in good condition, plus the tires were pretty good. Normally, I would not buy from a used car lot, but if you do decide to do so, go to Pioneer Auto. It seems fairly reasonable compared to the other places I visited that had much lower quality, at the same price. Please be advised, when you buy a used car "as is" you will have to spend money getting it mechanically up to par. Overall I have no complaints, and I recommend Pioneer Auto compared to the other used car lots that I visited. read more

We've purchased a used 2005 Prius from this dealer about for months ago. In hindsight, i feel like we were pressured into making a certain decision between two options. Comes with the territory of buying a used car, sure. But this car turned out to be a nightmare. The dealer has agreed to fix the AC issues prior to purchase, which he did not. The bluetooth was supposed to work, but to this day it doesn't. Annoyances, nothing more. Then the real issues started. The ABS, Maintenance Required and Brake lights all came on at once, within 2 months of purchasing. Took it to a mechanic, who said it was an ABS pump and module issue, $2000 (about half the car's worth). We called the dealership, and they gave us their mechanic's number. He worked his magic and said it was probably okay to drive with only new break pads. It wasn't, the breaks gave out literally an hour after having left the garage. I was going to order the ABS pump and module part overnight for $250. He said he can get the part the next day for $220. Well, he didn't, but he didn't bother to call, only informed us after we traveled 2 hours on public transport to pick up the car and the dealership didn't pick up the phone or called back. Now he's quoting over $700 for the job in addition to the break pads ($150), making his hourly wage about $100 and the repairs within the first four months adding up to about the fourth of what we bought the car for. Because of the abysmal state of the car upon purchase (the spare tire was swimming in an inch of water along with a cigarette butt - a whole other story but worth noting), the unprofessional attitude of both the dealership and the mechanic we're down about $2000 (Uber fees, lost shifts, car rental...), almost half the price of the car. Constructive solutions would have included a trade-in option, a loaner car, a mechanic who is reliable and is up front about their billing. We've received none of these. read more

DO NOT get your car detailed here! My wife took her 2004 BMW to this place after getting a deal on Groupon. They damaged the paint in the fender with a buffer. They also used the buffer on the headlights and wore down the plastic on front bumper cover. The damaged they did was appraised at over $500 at the BMW dealership. Also they lost the trim ring around her door lock inside the car and left old CHEETOS between the seat and console! When confronted with the damage they denied using a buffer and said it was like that when they started. LIARS! read more

I bought a Toyota Prius from this dealer for my college bound daughter and it's been nothing but a nightmare. So far, I have spent over $3000.00 to get this car in a condition that is good enough for my daughter to drive. I am very disappointed that this business would sell a car with such major issues. I think that RB should have at least bore some of the cost of repairs since the problems ensued immediately after I acquired the car. When I went to test drive the car, I was told that the A/C was not cooling but RB's brother assured me that their mechanic would repair it. Two hours later, he came back with the A/C now blowing cool air. The nightmare started 3 days later when the A/C blower stopped working. After several calls and text messages to RB, he responded that he would let me know when to bring the car in but I never heard back from him. A couple of weeks later, all the lights on the car's dashboard came on. Due to the lack of response and help from RB, I took the car to a Toyota dealership and ended up having the thermostat replaced. RB was very impatient when I called him. He told me that he had customers to attend to. About a week later, the lights came on again and RB finally directed me to a hybrid auto shop in Roswell where I paid for a new hybrid battery, and had the hybrid control unit (HCU) flushed and reset as well. It will be a lie for RB and his staff to say that they don't remember who I am, as they do with all clients that do not give them a favorable review, because I have proof of my purchase and was with them until closing that day. read more

I spent several days filtering cars on Autotrader and found this dealer, for otherwise I would have never considered dealing with a small dealer like this. The pictures advertised and the low miles were very good and made the car look clean, but notice there is very little detail in the ad for each car except low mileage and a car fax. I did not experience good communication with RB to clarify as you would expect from dealing with other dealers. He often did not answer the phone and when he did answer, he was always very rushed and could not talk for more than a few secs. I guess I should have known what is too good to be true is just that. After 5 days of poor communication and waiting this time to supposedly get an oil change and emission sticker for the car, I drove all the way out there to buy the car. I clearly felt the car represented was not even close to reality. It was depicted as a car driven and serviced by retired people and thus the reason for low miles. Car faxes do not list flood damaged cars!! The cars I looked at had low mileage, but appeared to be trashed and had major issues similar to flood damaged cars where all the interior panels and dashboards were literally coming off or fully broken, and the smell of mold was very apparent. I had to shower twice just to get the stench off of me. Little old ladies's cars are clean and do not have every single interior panel and dash hanging off and are not scum infested!! When I became upset with RB that my whole day had been wasted from being duped from the pics with these trash cars, he became unprofessional. A dealer like this would never survive in a more suburban upscale area. I am sure he had some nice cars on the lot in the much higher price range but I was upset about the misrepresentation and all my wasted time. Lesson learned!
