Horrible Gas Station Dino Sinclair ( DO NOT GO TO THIS GAS STATION ! STAY AWAY) , I purchased fuel and when I went inside to request the cashier to turn on the air/ water machine they said they can't give it away for free but I mentioned I purchased fuel and it's California law they turned on the air/water machine shortly after . To my surprise the air hose was not working properly and did not have a gauge indicating the psi of the tire. Very bad experience ... The car wash/water rinse is horrible and leaves water spots all over the car. Granted it is a gas station car wash so I wasn't expecting much anyway. However, the last time I used it, the wash didn't start when I drove my car through even though I waited for 5 mins and still nothing happened. I went inside to let the attendant know and he starts screaming at me in another language as if I did something wrong. A female attendant came to help me and profusely apologized for this a$$hole's behavior and gave me a refund. Will never get gas here again. I've been coming to this station for years. Its conveniently located next to the freeway and has a car wash ( also very convenient) However this COVID19 pandemic has really opened my eyes to how low a business will go at the risk losing its customers. I purchased gas a couple of weeks ago and imagine my shock when inside the mini mart they tried to charge me nearly 6 dollars for one pack of Kleenex personal tissue. We're talking the little purse pack ones people. When I asked the clerk what that was all about he informed me that it was because of the market...NO that is price gouging and it's not only illegal it is highly gross behavior.To have your first thought go to how to take advantage of people during times like these is just gross. I went to get a car wash as I have for the last 6 months. I followed the instructions of the machine and it wasn't washing my car. So I went inside to ask for help and a man who told me his name was "Babu" called me an idiot and told me I was doing it wrong. So I asked him to show me and rudely he instructed me how to do it. Their credit card machines don't always work. The manager blamed it on my credit card - said it had a block on it. I told him there was nothing wrong with my credit card. He said he was sure that my card was the problem. I left, went down the street, and used my credit card at another gas station with no problems. read more

This station does not even get a one star rating from me, although yelp made me give a star rating. Previous to last night, I frequented this mini mart and gas station several times a week for gas, munchies, drinks and a routine car wash. As of today, I cannot recommend this gas station and will not patron there any longer. I dropped by for milk, an energy drink and cigarettes; what I got was an extremely rude associate that in his words told me, I will not sell you cigarettes on credit." There was no provocation for this statement. Why would he assume I was paying with credit when I had my pocketbook in hand? Not that this matters, but I never use credit. The point is that he was pointedly rude and aggressive toward me with no provocation and exactly who is this little man to tell me how I can or cannot pay for my purchase when they accept all forms of payment? When I told him there was no reason to be rude to me, he told me, rudely, that he was not rude to me. It escalated from there, he yelled, I yelled and although I will miss the convenience of this station they will no longer be seeing my hard earned dollars. I intend to speak to the owner about his behavior when I can find him/her. The rude associate refused to get the owner on the phone and gave me a wrong phone number to contact him/her. Their computer's down a lot. I gave them a $20 this morning for coffee and told them to put the rest on #1 for regular gas. I only got 17.32 worth of gas. Tell me is 2.68 a fair price for a large gas station coffee? Once tried using my credit card and it was declined and I wondered why. When I got home I saw the reason, there was an attempted charge of $125. Normally there is a pending charge of $1 dollar that gets updated later to the actual charge. Ridiculous!!! read more

The night cashier indian man I believe is not helpful and plain out rude. I was having some trouble with the car wash machine started putting some cash and yes I know it takes quarters only! So as I was putting the quarter in i noticed someone before me had not read the sign quaters only! So I couldn't put the quaters i had since there was change stuck in the machine.
