When I asked if I could obtain the owner's name, the woman on the phone sighed LOUDLY and informed me she would need to go into another system to get that info and then just sat there on the phone. Was she expecting me to say "no don't go through the trouble, that's ok"? So I just sat there. Finally she says "hold on". Comes back, gives me the name. I ask her the spelling of the last name because it could be spelled two ways. She sighs again and confirms spelling. I asked her if I could have the owner's address so I could send a letter. She says she can't provide that. I asked her what is the process to obtain the info and she says "please do your research". I told her she already told me I can't get the info myself online so how I can research it? I asked again and she repeated "please do your research" AGAIN. Finally I spoke to her manager, Adrian, who was just as low energy but he said you can come in anytime to search the record. Wow that was all she had to say. Given that their website is NOT specific on processes AT ALL for all the myriad of records you could obtain, I just wanted to be sure before I went all the way there. When I went in I searched for the record but nothing was coming up. After much back and forth with the girl at the counter she says well you need to change the R in the document number to two zeroes (!!!!). WHAT? Like I would've known that. She was so busy (with no other customers there) and just wanted to hang out and talk with her coworker the whole time. Way to go YOLO county, you suck.

I was impressed by their children's area!! Gorgeous story mural, fun pirate theme with a life size mermaid and pirate! Lot of books and a big indoor play area!! Our toddler had a blast in their play kitchen with other kids, putting together age-appropriate puzzles, playing with transparent tiles, stuffies, dinosaurs and more! They have great summer reading challenges for kids! For example 1,000 books before Kindergarten. Your child places a spaceship on the library wall to track their progress and earns prizes along the way! if we were residents, we would sign up! I would definitely recommend stopping by and checking out this popular library! Your kids will thank you and the staff are really sweet and welcoming! SYOY! :-)

We were on vacation and spent the night in Woodland. When we went for breakfast the next morning there was you rice plant and of course since it was Saturday your office was closed. Your trucks were unloading one after the other so we pulled into your parking lot to watch. I was looking thru the fence trying to see something when this terrific employee of yours came out and ask me if we were lost. Explained to him my interest in all of this and he was so kind to go thru the process with me. Would have loved to take a tour but he said he could not do that with out permission. What he told us peeked my interest even more. Eric told me that I can get your rice at Costco and that is where I already buy my rice so I guess I have been using it already. I just want to tell you what a great guy that you have in Eric. He explained it so well to us. Would love to tour your plant someday when we are that way again. For a police station this place is not too bad. I never had a bad perspective on police stations,…read morebut I have had bad experiences with police not helping out. I assumed this place was going to be the same, but it wasn't. My husband's cousin received a ticket on the freeway because he was speeding at 85. The officer said it was a 65 freeway. They took his car away since he didnt have a driver's license. He asked me and my friend to help take out his car. When he called this office an officer told him that he need two licensed drivers to take it out. When we went the officer ignored us at first. I'm pretty sure they do this because they think that everyone that walks in there is probably someone that broke the law. The officer stared at us and told us he would be with us in a minute after standing in front of the window for awhile. There was someone sitting at the waiting area, but we honestly don't know how long he was there. When the officer finally attended us he asked my husband's cousin if he was the one that called earlier about taking out his car. He said yes and then asked us for our driver licenses. We gave it to him but he didn't even stare at us. When my husband's cousin started talking to him very nicely the officer started being friendly. It wasn't too bad. He gave us directions on where his car was. It is a highway patrol office and obviously I didn't expect it to be a 5 star experience haha.
