Took almost 4 months for them to actually do the project. When they did come I could see there was water damage and asked them to stop so we could look at it and talk to the insurance. The guys said if I bought some wood panels they would fix it. Now it's been a couple years and my plaster inside is falling apart because they never really fixed anything, and there's bugs and tons of damage. Had I just gone through my insurance from the start they would have repaired all this, now I have to pay to have it done.

Through 3 different attempts, Patriot Drywall sent the same person to sand and repair work that I eventually paid someone else to complete. After my last voice mail saying the work STILL wasn't done, I was called by the drywaller directly in what I can only describe as a conversation that left me "uneasy" that this person knows where I live. Bob made promises to stand by his work & come out to to inspect the job before painters arrived, even offered to pay my painters to fix the work but never showed up and has just stopped responding to me. Patriot Drywall took advantage of the fact that I didn't know anything about what a finished drywall product should look like and I've spent weeks cleaning the mess they left. There was drywall mud all over my floor, on my furniture, stuck in the grooves of my window trim and in the grout and stones on my fireplace. They didn't cover my table, even when I offered my own drop cloths, saying it wasn't necessary, and the drywall dust scratched the finish on my new table. If you want reliable work done properly, spare yourself the headache and look somewhere else.
