From the start the Customer Service seemed rude and detached, like they were doing me a big favor and I should know that. It was noticably creepy. Upon requesting repair service for the rolling entrance door to my storage unit which had become almost impossible to open, I was given a 30 Day Notice To Vacate. TALK ABOUT INCONVENIENT. Not a very good value for the money either! Commercial storage units around here are in high demand, all with waiting lists. Up Country Mini Storage has chosen to exploit the situation and it is very much to the customers detriment that they do so. NOT COOL.

Jackson Five Star Self-Storage provided exactly what we needed for the transition at a very fair price... I should note that we needed this space at a time when our community was reeling from a devastating wildfire... Most of the storage facilities were either full or jacked up the price because of the demand... Jackson Five Star was an extremely good neighbor during those times...
