We flew out to Phoenix in January 2009 to look at prospective properties. Carl spent two full days showing us house after house. He visited the many houses we identified through the MLS, took pictures of them and gave us his assessment. He quickly submitted bids on houses that met our criteria. We were so confident in Carl's judgment that we committed to buy a house sight unseen. All we had were the MLS photos, his pictures and his opinion - but that was enough for us. With some realtors, once the transaction is complete the relationship ends. Not with Carl. He continued to assist us.
