Whenever there has been a repair needed it's always done so in a timely manner. The office staff are awesome and always so friendly. When our air conditioning went out last summer they made it their top priority in getting it repaired. They are always so accommodating to your needs. We have rented homes from several different property management companies and TCT WEST is by far the best when it comes to their sense of urgency and professionalism no matter what the task may be. It's nice to go into the office and they know who you are by name and not just by your address. We have had nothing but stellar service from TCT West and are fortunate to be renting our home from such an AWESOME TEAM!!!!!

Always willing to…read moreallow strangers in the house, so they can do inspections, take pictures, show the property when needed. Took care of the house, submitted any repairs right away, let them know of possible termites. Brittany mentioned we would need an inspection for us to renew our lease. I reached out to Patrick the same day I received the email. During the emails, he never reached back out. Since no inspection was scheduled with Patrick, we were forced to do a moth to month. Luckily we found a house to buy I'm this crazy market. Gave them our notice and signed papers. We cleaned the house and cleared everything out. Received less than $120 of deposit money of almost 1k. Total shock. I mentioned we would dispute and sent all wall, paint, dent issues before we moved in. How we were treated towards the end was definitely in fair! I decided to not go through with dispute because it brings anger that I don't need. Karma will come back to this company! Everything happens for a reason & I'm glad we aren't dealing with them anymore.

We finally went with a different broker and are totally happy. After hearing a few complaints, we were made aware and seems as if this company employs these kind of ppl.     In February 2020 Lisa Flemming of Realty One Group advertised a house that she owned and was…read moreflipping for a profit claiming it had a 2-year-old roof and a 2-year-old air conditioner in Glendale, AZ. In March 2020, Lisa discovered the roof was over 10 years old and the air conditioner was over 9 years old but did not change the information. She continued to list the house with the false information both on her personal website and the website owned by Realty One Group. In May 2020, Lisa Flemming sold the house without ever changing the false information in the advertising. When confronted with the false advertising she denied it and refused to discuss it with the new owner. In October 2020, the West & Southwest Realtors of the Valley determined Lisa Flemming violated the Code of Ethics she had sworn to uphold. It stated Lisa Flemming Violated Article 2 by her "exaggeration of pertinent facts relating to the property." It further stated Lisa Flemming violated Article 12 because she did not fulfil her "obligation to present a true picture in representation to the public" and it was Lisa Flemming's responsibility to "use reasonable efforts to ensure that information on their websites is current" and once she determined that the information was no "longer current and accurate" Lisa was supposed to "promptly take corrective action." She did not. Once the Ethics Panel made their decision, the new owner requested that Realty One Group enter into negotiations to correct the issues and come to an agreement. Realty One Group stated their "council (sp) has reviewed your request and has advised me Realty One Group has no authority to pay since Realty One Group was not charged with any ethics violation." The advertising was done on the Realty One Group website and Lisa Flemming is a licensed Real Estate Agent working for Realty One Group. Lisa Flemming has refused to respond to any communications with the home owner.
