I love this smoke shop! Everyone that works checkout is so sweet (especially the girl with the black hair, Bree). Not that it matters, but they also play good music every time I come in and it's very welcoming. They have great deals on disposable vapes and they have so many flavors I love. I've found my forever home here at Pipe Dreams! (They also have Apple Pay which is so convenient) :)) read more

If you guys are a smoker and want to just relax and buy something simple and don't have to spend extra money, please do not go to the store. It is very racist. The girl with the jet black hair is very racist when it comes to African-Americans and Hispanic people they made up a rule that you have to spend five dollars or more to get exactly what you want When I just want something simple they making me have to spend more than I actually came in the store for she's very rude and disrespectful and also ran a customer away not even just me. I got several friends that I'm telling not to go there so good luck. read more

Terrible experience 02/07/2024. Vape had weird flavor and told the female worker that I didn't like the flavor and that this wasn't the vape I was originally looking for. Was told that she can't exchange the vape unless it's broken or no flavor. I purchased a blue raspberry ice and it definitely didn't taste like that. After she refused to help me or refund me I simply left the vape on the counter and walked out. Will no longer be doing business here and will never return. If this review crosses your path, look for a different store. Overpriced and their vapes are sus. Customer service could use some reworking! This is suppose to be a good environment type of store but they don't really care about the customer experience. There's plenty of other vape stores near by, until they fix these issues I'll recommend avoiding. read more

Pipe Dreams has been known locally for years as one of the best shops in town for selection and clean stores. This location is another good one. The staff have all been great. SAVE YOUR MONEY, GO TO ANOTHER SMOKE SHOP! Bought a vape cartridge recently from here, never been to this smoke shop before. However, the vape broke quickly after I purchased it and I lost A LOT of MEDICINE! I called to ask about the possibility of a refund or replacement and was told I could not get either. It has such a strong local vibe and it is cool to see a mix of smaller vendors alongside some more well known food spots. That said there are a few things worth noting. First, seating can be a challenge. There is plenty of outdoor seating but not much indoors. The day we went it was pretty hot and sitting outside was not the most enjoyable experience at times. Second, I fully support spending money at local businesses but the tipping culture here felt a bit excessive. I bought a bag of coffee beans with no drink and was prompted for a tip. I spent $45 for 12 pieces of chocolates at Oban Chocolatier and was asked for a tip there too. Same thing when I spent about $25 on four cookies at Gideon's Bakehouse. I am happy to support but it started to feel like a lot in a not enjoyable way. Third, the hours between vendors can be a bit awkward. We came around brunch time which worked for some spots but others were not open yet. For example, Domu does not open until dinner (5PM) and Gyukatsu Rose was not opening until later in the afternoon (3 PM) Overall, I think this is a great place to check out especially if you enjoy trying a variety of local spots. Just plan ahead for seating and timing and be prepared for lots of tip prompts along the way.

I decided to buy two coloring books (for a neice) from two separate young and black artists. I had some difficulty with the online order so I ordered from the iPads at each stall. Satori sent a text when my order was ready and Yumfinity brought my order to my table. I think that the food was good, but a little pricey for lunch time. I would like to see more lunch time combos.

The bag policy permits only clear bags, except for diaper bags and bags for medical items. There is a maximum of 2 minors per paid adult allowed. All minors 17 and under have to be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian 21+. There were guided parking and ample parking spaces when we arrived. Check points were set up for bag checks, metal detectors and of course ticket collection. The staff members working the bag check and the exit gate were courteous and polite. The Fairgrounds was not crowded so it was easy to walk about and not bump into other people. There was law enforcement presence inside and outside the Fairgrounds.

One thing that really surprised me was the $20 per person helicopter rides over the fairgrounds. We almost did it and I kind of regret not taking the chance--hopefully they bring that back next year. Overall a really fun family outing with lots for younger kids to see and do.

Great experience. Went in looking for a new oil pen since we left ours at home. Josh was super helpful and showed us the dip stick! I knew I wanted it instantly. . And we got it.. when we got back to our hotel.. we charged it and it didn't work (battery issue totally explainable). I called the store and Josh answered and apologized profusely. They were closing shortly but we rushed over there just in the nick of time.. Josh was uber helpful and friendly. We are so appreciative of his positive attitude and his friendliness. He is a natural sales person but makes you feel comfortable and like he is one of your old smoking buddies.. anyway. We are so happy with our pen! If we are back to Orlando. . Incredible shop with great pricing! Staff was very warm and friendly! I met Cory today and he was super cool and knew the products very well. He answered all my questions and wasn't in a rush to push me out like some other shops. I'll definitely continue shopping here as my one stop smoke and vapor shop from now on!
